一种烧伤止痛膏配方
技术领域
本发明涉及膏药技术领域，具体属于一种烧伤止痛膏配方。
背景技术
中药外用的一种，古称薄贴，用植物油或动物油加药熬成胶状物质，涂在布、纸或皮的一面，可以较长时间地贴在患处，主要用来治疗疮疖、消肿痛等。早在久远的年代，我国医学家就有言曰：“膏药能治病，无殊汤药，用之得法，其响立应。”
膏药经皮肤发挥作用贴膏药疗法是中医临床常用的外治方法之一，它遵循中医辨证论治及中药的功效、主治与归经的原则，充分调动药物互相协调为用的效能，组成多味药物的复方，以发挥药物的良好效果。由于膏药直接敷贴于体表，而制作膏剂的药物大多气味较浓，再加入辛香走窜极强的引经药物，通过渗透入皮肤，内传经络、脏腑，起到调气血、通经络、散寒湿，消肿痛等作用。
据现代药理研究，黑膏药在吸收、疗效方面优于橡胶膏。但由于黑膏药的制作工艺较为复杂，没有统一标准，不易进行质量控制，导致黑膏药的质量参差齐。因黑膏药的制作费时费力，中医医院多开展中药外敷，即用中草药粉碎后调入蜂蜜、凡士林等基质呈软膏状外敷后以棉纸、绷带固定，每24小时换药次，使用成本较高。黑膏药每贴可使用3—15天，揭下后可再次贴敷，不影响疗效，因此费用较低。
中医外科膏药是运用中药归经原则，运用药物互相协调为用的效能，组成多味药物的大复方，以发挥药物的良好效果。由于膏药用于肌表薄贴，所以膏药中取气味具厚的药物，并加以引药率领群药，开结行滞直达病所。因此可透入皮肤产生消炎，止痛，活血化淤，通经走络，开窍透骨，祛风散寒等功效。贴于体表的膏药刺激神经末梢，通过反射，扩张血管，促进局部血液循环，改善周围组织营养，达到消肿，消炎和镇痛的目的。同时药物在患处通过皮肤渗透达皮下组织，在局部产生药物浓度的相对优势，从而发挥较强的药理作用。此外，因膏药中有些刺激性强的药物，强刺激通过神经反射，可以调节肌体功能促进抗体形成，提高人体免疫力。药物穿通皮肤及黏膜后，经过血管或淋巴管进入体循环，也可产生全身性药物作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种烧伤止痛膏配方，克服了现有技术的不足，制成的软膏为红棕色，有特殊的油腻气，具有清热解毒、消肿止痛的功效，主要用于热毒灼肤之1~2度烧烫伤。
为解决上述问题，本发明所采取的技术方案如下：
一种烧伤止痛膏配方，由下列重量份的原料制成：当归30～34份，地榆10～18份，黄柏9～11份，黄芩18～22份，婴粟壳0.5～1.4份，大黄9～11份，五倍子35～45份，槐米10～16份，忍冬藤5～9份，侧柏叶4～6份，白芷14～18份，栀子20～22份，苦参30～35份，紫草2～6份，血余炭5～7份，红花12～14份，冰片18～22份，穿山甲8～10份，芝麻油90～110份，蜂蜡18～22份。
