Abstract

一种腿部假肢,仿型足为弧形板,在仿型足的上部固定两个支座和脚腕支撑机构,脚腕支撑机构由支撑板、支耳和连杆组成,在支撑板上设有两个支耳,两支耳与连杆的一端相连,连杆的另一端与置于仿型足上部的一个支座相连,支撑板的一侧通过转轴与另一个支座相连,在两支耳的上部固定连接小腿腔体,小腿腔体为槽形,在小腿腔体的前部固定连接前模拟小腿板,在小腿腔体的后部置有后模拟小腿板。本发明富有足够的弹性,有利于行走和简单的运动。产品外侧面添加了小腿板,小腿可以看起来与常人无异,不再是很明显的干瘪的裤腿。

技术领域
本发明涉及残疾人假肢领域。
背景技术
每位因伤致残的人,伤残的程度各不相同。腿截肢的部位和截肢的高度各不一样,在佩戴假肢时,通常需要根据每个病患的实际情况进行定制,这会导致现有假肢的成本居高不下,给伤残人士带来更大的生活压力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种富有足够的弹性,有利于行走和简单的运动的腿部假肢。
本发明主要包括支座、支撑板、支耳、小腿腔体、前模拟小腿板、连杆、小腿橡皮筋、仿型足、弹性绳、大腿腔体和大腿绷带。
其中,仿型足为弧形板,在仿型足的上部固定两个支座和脚腕支撑机构,脚腕支撑机构由支撑板、支耳和连杆组成,在支撑板上设有两个支耳,两支耳与连杆的一端相连,连杆的另一端与置于仿型足上部的一个支座相连,支撑板的一侧通过转轴与另一个支座相连。在两支耳的上部固定连接小腿腔体,小腿腔体为槽形,在小腿腔体的前部固定连接前模拟小腿板,在小腿腔体的后部置有后模拟小腿板,后模拟小腿板与小腿腔体的两侧面之间通过小腿橡皮筋相连。在后模拟小腿板的底端和上端分别通过弹性绳固定在支撑板和小腿腔体的外壁上。在上腿腔体的上部通过铰链与大腿腔体相连,大腿腔体的上下均开口,在大腿腔体的前部开口,在大腿腔体的两侧壁之间通过大腿绷带相连。
本发明在使用时,腿部从大腿腔体从插入,进入到小腿腔体,通过大腿绷带和小腿绷带固定。由于添加了小腿板,小腿可以看起来与常人无异。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:富有足够的弹性,有利于行走和简单的运动。产品外侧面添加了小腿板,小腿可以看起来与常人无异,不再是很明显的干瘪的裤腿。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的本发明的示意简图中,仿型足8为弧形板,在仿型足的上部固定两个支座1和脚腕支撑机构,脚腕支撑机构由支撑板2、支耳3和连杆6组成,在支撑板上设有两个支耳,两支耳与连杆的一端相连,连杆的另一端与置于仿型足上部的一个支座相连,支撑板的一侧通过转轴与另一个支座相连。在两支耳的上部固定连接小腿腔体4,小腿腔体为槽形,在小腿腔体的前部固定连接前模拟小腿板5,在小腿腔体的后部置有后模拟小腿板,后模拟小腿板与小腿腔体的两侧面之间通过小腿橡皮筋7相连。在后模拟小腿板的底端和上端分别通过弹性绳9固定在支撑板和小腿腔体的外壁上。在小腿腔体的上部通过铰链与大腿腔体10相连,大腿腔体的上下均开口,在大腿腔体的前部开口,在大腿腔体的两侧壁之间通过大腿绷带11相连。

1.一种腿部假肢,主要包括支座、支撑板、支耳、小腿腔体、前模拟小腿板、连杆、小腿橡皮筋、仿型足、弹性绳、大腿腔体和大腿绷带,其特征在于:仿型足为弧形板,在仿型足的上部固定两个支座和脚腕支撑机构,脚腕支撑机构由支撑板、支耳和连杆组成,在支撑板上设有两个支耳,两支耳与连杆的一端相连,连杆的另一端与置于仿型足上部的一个支座相连,支撑板的一侧通过转轴与另一个支座相连,在两支耳的上部固定连接小腿腔体,小腿腔体为槽形,在小腿腔体的前部固定连接前模拟小腿板,在小腿腔体的后部置有后模拟小腿板,后模拟小腿板与小腿腔体的两侧面之间通过小腿橡皮筋相连,在后模拟小腿板的底端和上端分别通过弹性绳固定在支撑板和小腿腔体的外壁上,在小腿腔体的上部通过铰链与大腿腔体相连,大腿腔体的上下均开口,在大腿腔体的前部开口,在大腿腔体的两侧壁之间通过大腿绷带相连。
