Abstract
本发明公开了一种闭锁型充电枪挂座,包括充电底座,所述充电底座上设置有插入充电枪的充电孔,所述充电底座上设置有充电枪感应机构,所述充电孔内设置有充电枪电子锁,所述充电底座上还设置有控制主板,所述充电枪感应机构将感应信息传输给控制主板,所述控制主板控制充电枪电子锁进行锁定或解锁。本发明具有能避免有人在未经过认证的情况拔插充电枪的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及充电设备,尤其是涉及一种能避免有人在未经过认证的情况拔插充电枪的闭锁型充电枪挂座。
背景技术
充电枪挂座作为充电桩对电动车充电的关键器件,近年来其应用随着充电桩的推广发展很快,但目前充电枪挂座均以空座为主,部分可附带归位反馈开关,其功能单一。同时目前的充电桩在实际运营过程中,在无充电操作的情况下,旁人可以随意拔插充电枪,这对设备的运行和对人的安全都存在极大的隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种能避免有人在未经过认证的情况拔插充电枪的闭锁型充电枪挂座。
本发明通过以下技术措施实现的,一种闭锁型充电枪挂座,包括充电底座,所述充电底座上设置有插入充电枪的充电孔,所述充电底座上设置有充电枪感应机构,所述充电孔内设置有充电枪电子锁,所述充电底座上还设置有控制主板,所述充电枪感应机构将感应信息传输给控制主板,所述控制主板控制充电枪电子锁进行锁定或解锁。
作为一种优选方式,所述充电枪电子锁为脉冲电子锁。
作为一种优选方式,所述脉冲电子锁为正脉冲300ms闭合、断电3S分开。
作为一种优选方式,所述充电枪感应机构为设置在充电底座开口的常闭微动开关。
作为一种优选方式,所述充电底座上还设置有电性连接控制主板用于显示充电枪电子锁状态的指示灯。
作为一种优选方式,所述指示灯为LED灯。
作为一种优选方式,所述充电底座上设置有连通充电孔的排气孔。
本发明上设置有充电枪电子锁、控制主板和充电枪感应机构,三者配合实现对充电枪的拔插管理,充电桩在非充电状态下,充电枪插入充电底座的充电孔内,控制主板检测到充电底座上充电枪感应机构的反馈信号,表明充电枪正常插入,发出信号控制充电枪电子锁对充电枪上锁。此时用户在未经过系统认证是无法拔插充电枪,通过挂座内置电子锁功能,配合电子锁控制主板解决用户在未经过认证的情况下随意拔插玩弄的问题,避免了安全隐患,且能防止充电枪被盗。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例并对照附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本实施例的一种闭锁型充电枪挂座,请参考附图1至图2,包括充电底座4,所述充电底座4上设置有插入充电枪的充电孔3,所述充电底座4上设置有充电枪感应机构,所述充电孔3内设置有充电枪电子锁2,所述充电底座4上还设置有控制主板,所述充电枪感应机构将感应信息传输给控制主板,所述控制主板控制充电枪电子锁2进行锁定或解锁。
由充电枪挂座上设置有充电枪电子锁2、控制主板和充电枪感应机构,三者配合实现对充电枪的拔插管理,充电桩在非充电状态下,充电枪插入充电底座4的充电孔3内,控制主板检测到充电底座4上充电枪感应机构的反馈信号,表明充电枪正常插入,发出信号控制充电枪电子锁2对充电枪上锁。此时用户在未经过系统认证是无法拔插充电枪,通过挂座内置电子锁功能,配合电子锁控制主板解决用户在未经过认证的情况下随意拔插玩弄的问题,避免了安全隐患,且能防止充电枪被盗。
在一闭锁型充电枪挂座的实施例中,请参考附图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,充电枪电子锁2为脉冲电子锁,本实施例中的电子锁采用脉冲式,正脉冲300ms闭合,断电3S分开。
在一闭锁型充电枪挂座的实施例中,请参考附图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,充电枪感应机构为设置在充电孔3开口的安装在安装座5上的常闭微动开关6,当充电枪插入挂座,压迫安装座5上的常闭微动开关6,致使开关关闭,系统检测常闭微动开关6的低(开关闭合)电平信号,经过延时去抖滤波,确定充电枪正常插入,持续给出+12V直流电压驱动充电枪电子锁2工作锁紧充电枪。
在一闭锁型充电枪挂座的实施例中,请参考附图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,充电底座4上还设置有电性连接控制主板用于显示充电枪电子锁状态的指示灯1,指示灯1为红色的LED灯。
在一闭锁型充电枪挂座的实施例中,请参考图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,充电底座4上设置有连通充电孔3的排气孔7。

1.一种闭锁型充电枪挂座,其特征在于:包括充电底座,所述充电底座上设置有插入充电枪的充电孔,所述充电底座上设置有充电枪感应机构,所述充电孔内设置有充电枪电子锁,所述充电底座上还设置有控制主板,所述充电枪感应机构将感应信息传输给控制主板,所述控制主板控制充电枪电子锁进行锁定或解锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的闭锁型充电枪挂座,其特征在于:所述充电枪电子锁为脉冲电子锁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的闭锁型充电枪挂座,其特征在于:所述脉冲电子锁为正脉冲300ms闭合、断电3S分开。
4.根据权利要求1所述的闭锁型充电枪挂座,其特征在于:所述充电枪感应机构为设置在充电底座开口的常闭微动开关。
5.根据权利要求1所述的闭锁型充电枪挂座,其特征在于:所述充电底座上还设置有电性连接控制主板用于显示充电枪电子锁状态的指示灯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的闭锁型充电枪挂座,其特征在于:所述指示灯为LED灯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的闭锁型充电枪挂座,其特征在于:所述充电底座上设置有连通充电孔的排气孔。
