Compared with the related art, the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the electronic certificate reimbursement unit receives an electronic certificate reimbursement instruction from the electronic certificate application terminal; the electronic certificate reimbursement unit reimburses the electronic certificate corresponding to the electronic certificate reimbursement instruction; the electronic certificate reimbursement unit generates an actual reimbursement and to-be-reimbursed summary analysis result of the electronic certificate and sends the result to the electronic certificate application terminal. By the embodiment of the invention, the automatic reimbursement of the electronic certificate is realized, so that the reimbursement efficiency is improved, and the error rate is reduced.

Claims (34)

1. An electronic credential reimbursement method, comprising:
the electronic credential reimbursement unit receives an electronic credential reimbursement request from an electronic credential application terminal, generates an electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request according to the electronic credential reimbursement request, and sends the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request to the electronic credential storage unit;
the electronic certificate reimbursement unit receives an electronic certificate reimbursement inquiry result, summarizes and analyzes the electronic certificate reimbursement inquiry result, generates an electronic certificate reimbursement inquiry summarizing and analyzing result, and sends the electronic certificate reimbursement inquiry summarizing and analyzing result to the electronic certificate application terminal so that the electronic certificate application terminal can generate an electronic certificate reimbursement instruction according to the electronic certificate reimbursement inquiry summarizing and analyzing result; the electronic certificate reimbursement unit receives an electronic certificate reimbursement instruction from the electronic certificate application terminal;
the electronic certificate reimbursement unit reimburses the electronic certificate corresponding to the electronic certificate reimbursement instruction;
the electronic certificate reimbursement unit generates an actual reimbursement and to-be-reimbursed summary analysis result of the electronic certificate and sends the actual reimbursement and to-be-reimbursed summary analysis result to the electronic certificate application terminal;
further comprising:
after receiving the electronic credential reimbursement request, the electronic credential reimbursement unit judges that the electronic credential reimbursement request is real and complete, and continues to execute the step of generating the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request according to the electronic credential reimbursement request;
and/or, the electronic voucher storage unit judges that the electronic voucher reimbursement inquiry request is true and complete, and continues to execute the step of reimbursement inquiry on the electronic voucher according to part or all information in the electronic voucher reimbursement inquiry request;
and/or, the electronic credential reimbursement unit judges that the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry result is real and complete, and continues to perform the step of summarizing and analyzing the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry result;
the electronic credential reimbursement request comprises an electronic credential reimbursement request code value and any one or a combination of any more of: an electronic credential reimbursement request identifier, an electronic credential application terminal attribute, an electronic credential user attribute, an electronic credential reimburser attribute, an electronic credential reimbursement unit identifier, an electronic credential reimbursement unit network address, an electronic credential reimbursement unit physical address, an electronic credential invoicing time, an electronic credential type, an electronic credential amount range, a purchaser's information, an electronic credential payment method, a random number; the electronic credential reimbursement request code value is used for verifying the authenticity and/or integrity of the electronic credential reimbursement request; the electronic credential reimbursement request code value is obtained by calculating any one or more information in the electronic credential reimbursement request by adopting a coding algorithm.
2. The electronic credential reimbursement method of claim 1, further comprising:
the electronic credential reimbursement unit updates the state of the reimbursed electronic credential to be valid and reimbursed;
or, the electronic credential reimbursement unit updates the reimbursed electronic credential status to a valid reimbursed electronic credential status and any combination of one or more of: billed or unsettled, paid or unpaid, archived or unarchived.
3. The electronic credential reimbursement method of claim 2, wherein updating the reimbursed electronic credential status by the electronic credential reimbursement unit comprises:
the electronic credential reimbursement unit generates an electronic credential state updating request and sends the electronic credential state updating request to the electronic credential state management unit;
the electronic credential status management unit updates the electronic credential status to a valid reimbursed; or, the electronic credential status management unit updates the electronic credential status to a valid reimbursed and any combination of one or more of: and generating an electronic certificate status updating result after the electronic certificate is checked or not checked, paid or not, filed or not, and sending the electronic certificate status updating result to the electronic certificate reimbursement unit.
4. The electronic credential reimbursement method of claim 1, wherein the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request comprises any one or a combination of any more of:
an electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request identifier, an electronic credential application terminal attribute, an electronic credential user attribute, an electronic credential reimburser attribute, an electronic credential reimbursement unit attribute, an electronic credential storage unit identifier, an electronic credential storage unit network address, an electronic credential storage unit physical address, an electronic credential invoicing time, an electronic credential type, an electronic credential amount range, purchaser information, a nonce, an electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request code value;

5. The electronic credential reimbursement method of claim 1, further comprising:

6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the querying the electronic credential to reimburse the corresponding electronic credential, further comprising:
and the electronic certificate storage unit verifies the authenticity of the searched electronic certificate, and updates the state of the electronic certificate to be invalid when the searched electronic certificate is the invalid electronic certificate.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that the request for issuance of electronic credential is authentic comprises:
the electronic credential reimbursement unit calculates an electronic credential reimbursement request code value corresponding to the electronic credential reimbursement request by adopting a coding algorithm, compares the calculated electronic credential reimbursement request code value with the electronic credential reimbursement request code value in the electronic credential reimbursement request to determine whether the calculated electronic credential reimbursement request code value is consistent with the electronic credential reimbursement request code value in the electronic credential reimbursement request, and if so, judges that the electronic credential reimbursement request is real and complete; if not, judging that the electronic credential reimbursement request is not true and complete;
and/or, the determining that the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request is truly complete comprises:
the electronic credential storage unit calculates an electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request code value corresponding to the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request by adopting a coding algorithm, compares whether the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request code value in the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request is consistent with the calculated electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request code value or not, and judges that the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request is real and complete if the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request code value is consistent with the calculated electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request code value; if not, judging that the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry request is not true and complete;
and/or, the judging that the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry result is true and complete comprises:

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of reimbursing the electronic credential corresponding to the electronic credential reimbursement instruction by the electronic credential reimbursement unit further comprises:
the electronic certificate reimbursement unit audits the electronic certificate;
the electronic credential reimbursement unit reimburses the electronic credential corresponding to the electronic credential reimbursement instruction comprises: and the electronic certificate reimbursement unit reimburses the approved electronic certificate.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step of reimbursing the electronic document corresponding to the electronic document reimbursement command by the electronic document reimbursement unit comprises:
the electronic certificate reimbursement unit generates second electronic certificate bookkeeping voucher information corresponding to the electronic certificate and sends the second electronic certificate bookkeeping voucher information to the electronic certificate bookkeeping voucher auditing and storing unit;

the electronic credential status management unit updates the electronic credential status to a valid reimbursed; or, the electronic credential status management unit updates the electronic credential status to a valid reimbursed and any combination of one or more of: and generating an electronic certificate status updating result after the electronic certificate is checked or not checked, paid or not, filed or not, and sending the electronic certificate status updating result to the electronic certificate storage unit.

The electronic credential reimbursement method of claim 12, wherein the electronic credential reimbursement unit determines that the electronic credential reimbursement command is authentic and complete after receiving the electronic credential reimbursement command, and continues to perform the step of generating the second electronic credential billing credential information;
and/or, the electronic credential bookkeeping voucher auditing and storing unit judges that the second electronic credential bookkeeping voucher information is real and complete, and continuously executes the step of auditing the second electronic credential bookkeeping voucher information;
and/or the electronic credential reimbursement unit judges that the auditing and storing results of the electronic credential bookkeeping voucher are real and complete, and continues to execute the step of reimbursement of the electronic credential which passes the auditing and storing results of the electronic credential bookkeeping voucher;

the electronic credential reimbursement request comprises an electronic credential reimbursement request code value and any one or a combination of any more of: an electronic credential reimbursement request identifier, an electronic credential application terminal attribute, an electronic credential user attribute, an electronic credential reimburser attribute, an electronic credential reimbursement unit identifier, an electronic credential reimbursement unit network address, an electronic credential reimbursement unit physical address, an electronic credential invoicing time, an electronic credential type, an electronic credential amount range, a purchaser's information, an electronic credential payment method, a random number; the electronic certificate reimbursement request code value is used for verifying the authenticity and/or integrity of the electronic certificate reimbursement request; the electronic voucher reimbursement request code value is obtained by calculating any one or more information in the electronic voucher reimbursement request by adopting a coding algorithm.
21. The electronic credential reimbursement device of claim 20, wherein the electronic credential reimbursement unit is further configured to: updating the state of the reimbursed electronic certificate to be valid reimbursed; or, updating the status of the reimbursed electronic credential to a valid reimbursed electronic credential and any combination of one or more of: billed or unsettled, paid or unpaid, archived or unarchived.
22. The electronic credential reimbursement device of claim 20, further comprising:
and the electronic certificate storage unit is used for receiving the electronic certificate reimbursement inquiry request, inquiring the electronic certificate corresponding to the electronic certificate inquiry request, generating an electronic certificate reimbursement inquiry result according to the searched electronic certificate, and sending the electronic certificate reimbursement inquiry result to the electronic certificate reimbursement unit.
23. The electronic credential reimbursement device of claim 22, wherein the electronic credential storage unit is further configured to:
and verifying the authenticity of the searched electronic certificate, and updating the state of the electronic certificate to be invalid when the searched electronic certificate is an invalid electronic certificate.
24. The electronic credential reimbursement device of claim 20, wherein the electronic credential reimbursement unit is specifically configured to:
receiving an electronic certificate reimbursement instruction from an electronic certificate application terminal; verifying the electronic certificate corresponding to the electronic certificate reimbursement instruction, and reimbursing the electronic certificate passing the verification; and generating an actual reimbursement and to-be-reimbursed summary analysis result of the electronic certificate and sending the result to the electronic certificate application terminal.
25. The electronic credential reimbursement device of claim 24, wherein the electronic credential reimbursement unit is specifically configured to:
receiving an electronic certificate reimbursement instruction from an electronic certificate application terminal;
generating second electronic credential bookkeeping voucher information corresponding to the electronic credential reimbursement instruction, and sending the second electronic credential bookkeeping voucher information to an electronic credential bookkeeping voucher auditing and storing unit; receiving an electronic certificate accounting voucher auditing and storing result; the electronic certificates which pass the audit in the audit and storage results of the electronic certificate accounting voucher are reimbursed;
and generating an actual reimbursement and to-be-reimbursed summary analysis result of the electronic certificate and sending the result to the electronic certificate application terminal.
26. The electronic credential reimbursement device of claim 25, further comprising:
and the electronic credential bookkeeping voucher auditing and storing unit is used for receiving second electronic credential bookkeeping voucher information, auditing the second electronic credential bookkeeping voucher information, storing and archiving part or all of the second electronic credential bookkeeping voucher information if the second electronic credential bookkeeping voucher information passes the auditing, generating an electronic credential bookkeeping voucher auditing and storing result, and sending the electronic credential bookkeeping voucher auditing and storing result to the electronic credential reimbursement unit.
27. The electronic credential reimbursement device of claim 25, wherein the electronic credential reimbursement unit is further configured to:
verifying the authenticity of the electronic certificate; and generating the second electronic credential billing credential information according to the valid electronic credential.
28. The electronic credential reimbursement device of claim 20, wherein the electronic credential reimbursement unit is further configured to:
generating an electronic certificate posting message, and sending the electronic certificate posting message to an electronic certificate storage unit; receiving an account posting result;
the electronic credential reimbursement device further comprises:
and the electronic certificate storage unit is used for receiving the entry message, storing and archiving part or all of information in the entry message, generating an electronic certificate reimbursed result and/or an entry result and sending the electronic certificate reimbursed result to the electronic certificate reimbursement unit.
29. The electronic credential reimbursement device of claim 28, wherein the electronic credential storage unit is further configured to:
generating an electronic certificate state updating request, and sending the electronic certificate state updating request to an electronic certificate state management unit;
the electronic credential reimbursement device further comprises:
the electronic certificate state management unit is used for updating the electronic certificate state into a valid reimbursed state; or, updating the electronic credential status to a valid reimbursed and any combination of one or more of: and generating an electronic certificate status updating result after the electronic certificate is checked or not checked, paid or not, filed or not, and sending the electronic certificate status updating result to the electronic certificate storage unit.
30. An electronic credential application terminal, comprising:
the generation module generates an electronic credential reimbursement instruction;
the communication module is used for sending the electronic credential reimbursement instruction to the electronic credential reimbursement unit; receiving the actual reimbursement and to-be-reimbursed summary analysis results of the electronic certificates from the electronic certificate reimbursement unit;
the processing module is used for judging that all electronic certificates in the electronic certificate reimbursement instruction are reimbursed; or, judging that the electronic certificates in the electronic certificate reimbursement instruction are not completely reimbursed, inquiring whether the user continues reimbursement, and if receiving a reimbursement stopping instruction from the user, ending the reimbursement process of the electronic certificates;
the generation module is further to:
generating an electronic credential reimbursement request; generating an electronic voucher reimbursement instruction according to the electronic voucher reimbursement inquiry and summary analysis result;
the communication module is further configured to:
sending the electronic credential reimbursement request to an electronic credential reimbursement unit; receiving the electronic credential reimbursement inquiry and summary analysis result from the electronic credential reimbursement unit;
the electronic credential reimbursement request comprises an electronic credential reimbursement request code value and any one or a combination of any more of: an electronic credential reimbursement request identifier, an electronic credential application terminal attribute, an electronic credential user attribute, an electronic credential reimburser attribute, an electronic credential reimbursement unit identifier, an electronic credential reimbursement unit network address, an electronic credential reimbursement unit physical address, an electronic credential invoicing time, an electronic credential type, an electronic credential amount range, a purchaser's information, an electronic credential payment method, a random number; the electronic credential reimbursement request code value is used for verifying the authenticity and/or integrity of the electronic credential reimbursement request; the electronic credential reimbursement request code value is obtained by calculating any one or more information in the electronic credential reimbursement request by adopting a coding algorithm.
31. The e-credential application terminal of claim 30, wherein the processing module is further configured to:
if receiving a continuous reimbursement instruction from the user, sending a notification message to a generation module;
the generation module is further to:
and receiving the notification message, generating a summary result of the electronic voucher to be reimbursed according to the actual reimbursement and summary analysis result of the electronic voucher to be reimbursed, and continuously executing the step of generating an electronic voucher reimbursement instruction according to the summary result of the electronic voucher to be reimbursed.
32. An electronic credential reimbursement system comprising the electronic credential reimbursement device of any one of claims 20-29 and the electronic credential application terminal of any one of claims 30-31.
33. A terminal comprising a processor and a computer readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions, when executed by the processor, implement the electronic credential reimbursement method of any one of claims 1-19.
34. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for credentialing of any one of claims 1-19.
