本发明提供了一种用于安装气体传感器的柔性衬底,其用于在其中安装气体传感器芯片,包括在柔性衬底中形成的凹槽,柔性衬底中凹槽的底面设置第一金属层,所述第一金属层上设置柔性介电材料层,在柔性介电材料层上设置第二金属层,在第二金属层上设置绝缘层,在绝缘层上设置,在凹槽四周的柔性衬底材料中埋设金属线圈,凹槽中用于设置阵列气体传感器,解决了目前气体传感器用于柔性情形下的问题,同时使气体传感器小型化,在柔性衬底中直接集成气体传感器,同时加入电容及电感,在对气体传感器加热的同时在电路中加入电感和电容元件,节省形成的电路结构的体积。

一种用于安装气体传感器的柔性衬底
技术领域
本发明属于气体传感器技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于安装气体传感器的柔性衬底。
背景技术
自从上世纪30年代气体敏感元件问世,至今已有七十多年的历史,其种类已经达到了数百个。目前,气体敏感元件涉及人类生产生活的多个方面,在能源与资源开发、环境监控、国防、航天等领域都得到了广泛应用,其中尤其以气体类别、浓度检测领域的应用最为广泛。传统气体类别、浓度检测依赖的传感器往往存在着尺寸大、精度低、响应速度慢的缺点,无法满足现在工业要求的微型化、集成化的要求。且当今市场上常用的热式气体类别、浓度传感器,往往只能检测单一方向的气体类别、浓度,无法完成二维方向气体类别、浓度的检测。随着工业领域中,气体类别、浓度检测对多方向、高精度、快响应趋势的发展,迫切需要设计一种能够有效测量二维方向气体类别、浓度的传感器来弥补现阶段市场产品的不足。
上个世纪末,微系统技术革命逐渐兴起。功能结构的微纳米化能够带来能源与原材料的节省,并导致多功能的高度集成和生产成本的大大降低,为各项领域和技术提供了新的发展契机和研究思路,将MEMS技术应用于气体类别、浓度传感器制造已成为越来越瞩目的应用领域之一。
目前气体传感器都是单独形成,并且形成额外的独立器件用于各个场合,但是市场上很少有柔性的气体传感器,随着智能终端制作工艺的发展,在很多情况下需要器件具有柔性,目前的气体传感器已经无法满足柔性的要求,与此同时,研究人员已经验证了纳米尺寸材料在气体传感器中应用的可行性,并且能够起到较好的效果,采用纳米尺寸材料使气体传感器柔性化具有了基础,因此如果能够通过结构改进,实现气体传感器柔性,就能够使气体传感器的应用进一步扩大,并通过与材料研究的配合,实现气体传感器的柔性及性能提高。
发明内容
为了解决目前气体传感器用于柔性情形下的问题,同时使气体传感器小型化,在柔性衬底中直接集成气体传感器,同时加入电容及电感,在对气体传感器加热的同时在电路中加入电感和电容元件,节省形成的电路结构的体积,本发明提供了一种用于安装气体传感器的柔性衬底,其用于在其中安装气体传感器芯片,包括在柔性衬底中形成的凹槽,所述柔性衬底中凹槽的底面设置第一金属层,所述第一金属层上设置柔性介电材料层,在柔性介电材料层上设置第二金属层,在所述第二金属层上设置绝缘层,在所述绝缘层上设置,所述第一金属层和所述第二金属层在竖直方向上的投影形状相同形成电容器,在凹槽四周的柔性衬底材料中埋设金属线圈,所述金属线圈以凹槽为中心,金属线圈形成为电感,所述凹槽中用于设置阵列气体传感器。
进一步地,所述电感一端连接至第二金属层,第二金属层作为电感、阵列气体传和电容器的公共电极。
进一步地,所述凹槽的形状为圆形,所述金属线圈的形状也为圆形,并且两个圆形的中心点重合。
进一步地,所述金属线圈至所述凹槽侧壁的距离为所述凹槽半径的1/10-1/5。
进一步地,在所述金属线圈与所述凹槽侧壁中间柔性衬底材料中设置金属细电极,所述金属细电极分别连接阵列气体传感器。
进一步地,所述凹槽的半径尺寸大于所述凹槽厚度的6倍以上。
进一步地,所述柔性衬底中添加高介电氧化物材料颗粒,所述高介电氧化物材料颗粒的粒径从500nm-1500nm之间。
进一步地,所述高介电氧化物材料颗粒的材料选自钛酸钙、钛酸镁、钛酸钡、氧化铝中的一种或多种材料组成的组。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种用于安装气体传感器的柔性衬底,其用于在其中安装气体传感器芯片,包括在柔性衬底中形成的凹槽,所述柔性衬底中凹槽的底面设置第一金属层,所述第一金属层上设置柔性介电材料层,在柔性介电材料层上设置第二金属层,在所述第二金属层上设置绝缘层,在所述绝缘层上设置,所述第一金属层和所述第二金属层在竖直方向上的投影形状相同形成电容器,在凹槽四周的柔性衬底材料中埋设金属线圈,所述金属线圈以凹槽为中心,金属线圈形成为电感,所述凹槽中用于设置阵列气体传感器,解决了目前气体传感器用于柔性情形下的问题,同时使气体传感器小型化,在柔性衬底中直接集成气体传感器,同时加入电容及电感,在对气体传感器加热的同时在电路中加入电感和电容元件,节省形成的电路结构的体积。

下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见图1,图1是本发明用于安装气体传感器的柔性衬底的截面示意图,图2是本发明用于安装气体传感器的柔性衬底的俯视示意图,本发明提供了一种用于安装气体传感器的柔性衬底1,其用于在其中安装气体传感器芯片,包括在柔性衬底1中形成的凹槽2,所述柔性衬底1中凹槽2的底面设置第一金属层3,所述第一金属层3上设置柔性介电材料层4,在柔性介电材料层4上设置第二金属层5,在所述第二金属层5上设置绝缘层,在所述绝缘层上设置,所述第一金属层3和所述第二金属层5在竖直方向上的投影形状相同形成电容器,在凹槽2四周的柔性衬底1材料中埋设金属线圈6,所述金属线圈6以凹槽2为中心,金属线圈6形成为电感,所述凹槽2中用于设置阵列气体传感器。
进一步地,所述电感一端连接至第二金属层5,第二金属层5作为电感、阵列气体传和电容器的公共电极。
进一步地,所述凹槽2的形状为圆形,所述金属线圈6的形状也为圆形,并且两个圆形的中心点重合。
进一步地,所述金属线圈6至所述凹槽2侧壁的距离为所述凹槽2半径的1/10-1/5。
进一步地,在所述金属线圈6与所述凹槽2侧壁中间柔性衬底1材料中设置金属细电极77,所述金属细电极7分别连接阵列气体传感器。
进一步地,所述凹槽2的半径尺寸大于所述凹槽厚度的6倍以上。
进一步地,所述柔性衬底1中添加高介电氧化物材料颗粒,所述高介电氧化物材料颗粒的粒径从500nm-1500nm之间。
进一步地,所述高介电氧化物材料颗粒的材料选自钛酸钙、钛酸镁、钛酸钡、氧化铝中的一种或多种材料组成的组。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于安装气体传感器的柔性衬底,其用于在其中安装气体传感器芯片,其特征在于,包括在柔性衬底中形成的凹槽,所述柔性衬底中凹槽的底面设置第一金属层,所述第一金属层上设置柔性介电材料层,在柔性介电材料层上设置第二金属层,在所述第二金属层上设置绝缘层,所述第一金属层和所述第二金属层在竖直方向上的投影形状相同形成电容器,在凹槽四周的柔性衬底材料中埋设金属线圈,所述金属线圈以凹槽为中心,金属线圈形成为电感,所述凹槽中用于设置阵列气体传感器;
所述电感一端连接至第二金属层,第二金属层作为电感、阵列气体传感器和电容器的公共电极;
所述凹槽的形状为圆形,所述金属线圈的形状也为圆形,并且两个圆形的中心点重合;
所述金属线圈至所述凹槽侧壁的距离为所述凹槽半径的1/10-1/5;
在所述金属线圈与所述凹槽侧壁中间柔性衬底材料中设置金属细电极,所述金属细电极分别连接阵列气体传感器;
所述凹槽的半径尺寸大于所述凹槽厚度的6倍以上;
所述柔性衬底中添加高介电氧化物材料颗粒,所述高介电氧化物材料颗粒的粒径介于500nm-1500nm之间;所述高介电氧化物材料颗粒的材料选自钛酸钙、钛酸镁、钛酸钡、氧化铝中的一种或多种材料组成的组。
