本发明公开了一种新型低功耗管道除湿机,主要包括底座和主机,所述底座顶部设置有凹槽,且凹槽内底部设置有垫板,所述垫板顶部设置有主机,所述主机包括壳体、风机、压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器,所述壳体一侧设置有排风口,所述壳体另一侧设置有进气口和出气口,且进气口设置在出气口上方,所述进气口直径大于出气口直径,所述壳体内部依次设置有风机、压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器,且压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器之间通过毛细管连接,所述壳体顶部设置有控制器,所述控制器顶部设置有显示屏和控制开关,且控制开关设置在显示屏一侧,本发明结构简单,使用安全便捷,能够有效减低除湿机的能源消耗,同时提高除湿机作业效率。

一种新型低功耗管道除湿机
技术领域
本发明涉及除湿机技术领域,具体为一种新型低功耗管道除湿机。
背景技术
除湿机又称为抽湿机、干燥机、除湿器,一般可分为民用除湿机和工业除湿机两大类,属于空调家庭中的一个成员;通常,常规除湿机由压缩机、热交换器、风扇、盛水器、机壳及控制器组成;其工作原理是:由风扇将潮湿空气抽入机内,通过热交换器,此时空气中的水分子冷凝成水珠,处理过后的干燥空气排出机外,如此循环使室内湿度保持在适宜的相对湿度。
管道除湿机用蒸发器来给空气降温除湿,并回收系统的冷凝热,弥补空气中因为冷却除湿时散失的热量,是一种高效节能的除湿方式,已经广泛应用于国防工程、人防工程、烟草及石化行业、地铁车站、航天领域净化工程、实验室、电讯器材室、档案室、食品房、制药或胶片车间、特种玻璃制造、粮食、木材等的除湿干燥和高湿空间的除湿与温度控制等有除湿要求的场所。目前,常规的除湿机由制冷系统和送风系统组成;制冷系统中:由压缩机压缩输出的高温高压制冷剂气体进入冷凝器,与环境空气进行热交换后被冷却,冷凝成常温高压液体,经毛细管节流后进入蒸发器,在蒸发器中吸收空气中的热量,变成低温低压气体,然后被吸入压缩机进行压缩,如此往复循环;送风系统中:被吸入的湿空气在蒸发器表面成为相对低温的干燥气体,被冷却到露点温度以下后析出凝结水,使空气中的绝对含湿量下降;接着再进入冷凝器,吸收制冷剂的热量而升温,使得相对湿度降低后成为相对高温的干燥气体,最后由送风机送入使用场所。该类除湿机的主要缺陷是:压缩机周围空气的温度会随其工作时间的增加而升高;由于压缩机的能耗与压缩机工作时所处的环境温度成正比,因而导致整机的能耗相对加大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型低功耗管道除湿机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型低功耗管道除湿机,包括底座和主机,所述底座顶部设置有凹槽,且凹槽内底部设置有垫板,所述垫板顶部设置有主机,所述主机包括壳体、风机、压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器,所述壳体一侧设置有排风口,所述壳体另一侧设置有进气口和出气口,且进气口设置在出气口上方,所述进气口直径大于出气口直径,所述壳体内部依次设置有风机、压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器,且压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器之间通过毛细管连接,所述壳体顶部设置有控制器,所述控制器顶部设置有显示屏和控制开关,且控制开关设置在显示屏一侧;
所述壳体内部还设置有第一过滤层、第二过滤层和第三过滤层,所述第一过滤层设置在排风口与风机之间,所述第二过滤层与进气口相对应,所述第三过滤层与出气口相对应,所述第一过滤层、第二过滤层和第三过滤层结构完全一致,包括网本体,且网本体为蜂窝式,所述网本体包括第一活性炭层、抗菌涂层、滤棉层和第二活性炭层,且第一活性炭层、抗菌涂层、滤棉层和第二活性炭层依次排列。
优选的,所述还设置有水箱和导管,所述压缩机外壁上设置有螺旋凹槽,所述导管镶嵌在螺旋凹槽内部,所述导管一端连接水箱,导管另一端连接冷凝器,所述导管包括外层和内层,且外层和内层之间通过加强筋连接。
优选的,所述进气口内壁上设置有正向螺旋纹,所述出气口内壁上设置有反向螺旋纹。
优选的,所述底座底部设置有滚轮。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该发明结构简单,使用安全便捷,能够有效减低除湿机的能源消耗,同时提高除湿机作业效率,为了能够方便移动,本发明采用在底座底部设置有滚轮,为了能够提高进气与出气时的作业效率,本发明采用了进气口内壁上设置有正向螺旋纹,在出气口内壁上设置有反向螺旋纹,为了能够减低压缩机长时间作业时热量的加大,导致电能的消耗也随之加大,本发明采用在压缩机外壁上设置有螺旋凹槽,且在凹槽内部镶嵌有导管,利用导管一端与冷凝器连接,另一端与水箱连接,利用冷凝器的下水对压缩机,进行物理降温,同时为确保导管不易产生水汽,本发明采用双层式导管。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型低功耗管道除湿机,包括底座1和主机2,底座1顶部设置有凹槽3,且凹槽3内底部设置有垫板4,垫板4顶部设置有主机2,主机2包括壳体5、风机6、压缩机7、冷凝器8和蒸发器9,壳体5一侧设置有排风口10,壳体5另一侧设置有进气口11和出气口12,且进气口11设置在出气口12上方,进气口11直径大于出气口12直径,壳体5内部依次设置有风机6、压缩机7、冷凝器8和蒸发器9,且压缩机7、冷凝器8和蒸发器9之间通过毛细管连接,壳体5顶部设置有控制器13,控制器13顶部设置有显示屏14和控制开关15,且控制开关15设置在显示屏14一侧;本发明结构简单,使用安全便捷,能够有效减低除湿机的能源消耗,同时提高除湿机作业效率。
本发明中,壳体5内部还设置有第一过滤层16、第二过滤层17和第三过滤层18,第一过滤层16设置在排风口10与风机6之间,第二过滤层17与进气口11相对应,第三过滤层18与出气口12相对应,第一过滤层16、第二过滤层17和第三过滤层18结构完全一致,包括网本体19,且网本体19为蜂窝式,网本体19包括第一活性炭层20、抗菌涂层21、滤棉层22和第二活性炭层23,且第一活性炭层20、抗菌涂层21、滤棉层22和第二活性炭层23依次排列;采用此设计结构,能够有效提高空气的过滤效果,同时提高空气的抗菌性。
本发明中,还设置有水箱24和导管25,压缩机7外壁上设置有螺旋凹槽,导管25镶嵌在螺旋凹槽内部,导管25一端连接水箱24,导管25另一端连接冷凝器8,导管25包括外层26和内层27,且外层26和内层27之间通过加强筋28连接;采用此设计机构,能够有效提高压缩机的物理降温效果,和减少压缩机因发生导致的电能消耗加大。
此外,本发明中,进气口11内壁上设置有正向螺旋纹,出气口12内壁上设置有反向螺旋纹;采用此设计机构,能够有效提高进气与出气时的空气流速。底座1底部设置有滚轮;能有效提高移动效率。

1.一种新型低功耗管道除湿机,包括底座(1)和主机(2),其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶部设置有凹槽(3),且凹槽(3)内底部设置有垫板(4),所述垫板(4)顶部设置有主机(2),所述主机(2)包括壳体(5)、风机(6)、压缩机(7)、冷凝器(8)和蒸发器(9),所述壳体(5)一侧设置有排风口(10),所述壳体(5)另一侧设置有进气口(11)和出气口(12),且进气口(11)设置在出气口(12)上方,所述进气口(11)直径大于出气口(12)直径,所述壳体(5)内部依次设置有风机(6)、压缩机(7)、冷凝器(8)和蒸发器(9),且压缩机(7)、冷凝器(8)和蒸发器(9)之间通过毛细管连接,所述壳体(5)顶部设置有控制器(13),所述控制器(13)顶部设置有显示屏(14)和控制开关(15),且控制开关(15)设置在显示屏(14)一侧;所述壳体(5)内部还设置有第一过滤层(16)、第二过滤层(17)和第三过滤层(18),所述第一过滤层(16)设置在排风口(10)与风机(6)之间,所述第二过滤层(17)与进气口(11)相对应,所述第三过滤层(18)与出气口(12)相对应,所述第一过滤层(16)、第二过滤层(17)和第三过滤层(18)结构完全一致,包括网本体(19),且网本体(19)为蜂窝式,所述网本体(19)包括第一活性炭层(20)、抗菌涂层(21)、滤棉层(22)和第二活性炭层(23),且第一活性炭层(20)、抗菌涂层(21)、滤棉层(22)和第二活性炭层(23)依次排列。
