Abstract

本发明提供防火净化的墙板结构,包括壳体,方型孔,平板,弹簧,挡板,固定板,凹槽,注液孔,盖板,压力袋,压力传感器,电子显示屏,连接管和调压装置,所述壳体的两侧底部设有方型孔,且方型孔贯穿壳体;所述平板置于壳体内,且通过弹簧支撑在方型孔的下端面上;所述平板的外部设有挡板,且挡板固定连接在方型孔的外侧面上;所述平板的下部通过螺栓连接有固定板。本发明平板和弹簧的设置,有利于通过弹簧使平板保持平衡,提高了压力袋对平板施加压力的均衡性,从而使凹槽内的药棉均匀受到挤压,而且当压力袋泄压后,可将平板复位,减小与平板相连的固定板对病人病患处的压力。

本发明属于建筑工程材料结构技术领域,尤其涉及防火净化的墙板结构。
背景技术
净化板又称洁净板是由彩涂板、不锈钢等材质作为面材的复合板,因其具有独特的防尘、防静电、抗菌等效果,被广泛应用于电子、制药、食品、生物
天航空、精密仪器制造及科研等对室内环境要求苛刻的净化工程领域。
基于上述,本发明人发现,现有的防火净化板多采用复合板压制而成,在安装时,多数需要粘接或者打孔,安装复杂,并且对于电线的铺设没有留有预定的防火通道,墙板抗磨性差。
于是,有鉴于此,针对现有的结构及缺失予以研究改良,提供防火净化的墙板结构,以期达到更具有更加实用价值性的目的。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供防火净化的墙板结构,以解决现有安装不便,需要打孔或者粘接,没有留有预定的电线防火通道,墙板表面抗磨性差的问题。
本发明防火净化的墙板结构的目的与功效,由以下具体技术手段所达成:
防火净化的墙板结构,包括第一防火层,耐磨层,安装孔,防火空腔层,第二防火层,防火彩钢板,套管,纵向加强筋,横向加强筋和空腔,所述第一防火层顶部铺设有若干纵向排列的圆柱状凸起组成的耐磨层;所述第一防火层底部铺设有防火彩钢板,且防火彩钢板左端与第一防火层左端相平齐,而防火彩钢板右端则延伸出第一防火层右端;所述防火空腔层顶部和底部均有防火彩钢板夹持,且防火空腔层底部的防火彩钢板的底部固定连接有第二防火层,并且第二防火层与第一防火层结构位置均相对应;所述防火空腔层上开设有若干圆柱状的空腔;所述防火空腔层左端和右端之间穿接有十根圆柱不连贯的横向加强筋,且横向加强筋右端与第一防火层右端相平齐;所述横向加强筋右端相外延伸套接有套管;所述防火空腔层前端和后端之间均穿接有若干不连贯的纵向加强筋;所述第一防火层和第二防火层左端两角对称开设有两个圆形的安装孔,且防火彩钢板右端两角也开设有两组安装孔。
进一步的,所述防火彩钢板之间的防火空腔层的外形大小与第一防火层顶部的耐磨层结构大小和位置相对应,从而使得防火彩钢板和防火空腔层前端和后端之间形成宽10MM,高8MM的凹槽空间。
进一步的,所述纵向加强筋的两端均为圆弧状的内凹面结构,并且与防火空腔层相切。
进一步的,所述套管内管孔径与横向加强筋直径相同,且上下两个防火彩钢板外壁之间的距离与第一防火层和第二防火层内壁之间的距离相等。
进一步的,所述空腔内部用于放置灭火剂,且纵向加强筋和横向加强筋均由空腔断开铺设。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.防火彩钢板之间的防火空腔层的外形大小与第一防火层顶部的耐磨层结构大小和位置相对应,从而使得防火彩钢板和防火空腔层前端和后端之间形成宽10MM,高8MM的凹槽空间的设置,有利于能够使两侧形成的凹槽空间能够成为放置电线的线槽,减少了在建设过程中乱开线槽产生的电线互绕,同时及时电线发热短路引起小范围起火,也能够在防火空腔层的包裹中杜绝,因为防火空腔层中的空腔内包含有大量的灭火剂。
2.套管和横向加强筋的设置,通过套管内管孔径与横向加强筋直径相同,且上下两个防火彩钢板外壁之间的距离与第一防火层和第二防火层内壁之间的距离相等,使得墙板之间能够快速的插接在一起,实现快速的安装和拼接。

本发明提供防火净化的墙板结构,包括第一防火层1,耐磨层2,安装孔3,防火空腔层4,第二防火层5,防火彩钢板6,套管7,纵向加强筋8,横向加强筋9和空腔10,所述第一防火层1顶部铺设有若干纵向排列的圆柱状凸起组成的耐磨层2;所述第一防火层1底部铺设有防火彩钢板6,且防火彩钢板6左端与第一防火层1左端相平齐,而防火彩钢板6右端则延伸出第一防火层1右端;所述防火空腔层4顶部和底部均有防火彩钢板6夹持,且防火空腔层4底部的防火彩钢板6的底部固定连接有第二防火层5,并且第二防火层5与第一防火层1结构位置均相对应;所述防火空腔层4上开设有若干圆柱状的空腔10;所述防火空腔层4左端和右端之间穿接有十根圆柱不连贯的横向加强筋9,且横向加强筋9右端与第一防火层1右端相平齐;
所述横向加强筋9右端相外延伸套接有套管7;所述防火空腔层4前端和后端之间均穿接有若干不连贯的纵向加强筋8;所述第一防火层1和第二防火层5左端两角对称开设有两个圆形的安装孔3,且防火彩钢板6右端两角也开设有两组安装孔3。
其中,所述防火彩钢板6之间的防火空腔层4的外形大小与第一防火层1顶部的耐磨层2结构大小和位置相对应,从而使得防火彩钢板6和防火空腔层4前端和后端之间形成宽10MM,高8MM的凹槽空间,能够使两侧形成的凹槽空间能够成为放置电线的线槽。
其中,所述纵向加强筋8的两端均为圆弧状的内凹面结构,并且与防火空腔层4相切,方便电线走线。
其中,所述套管7内管孔径与横向加强筋9直径相同,且上下两个防火彩钢板6外壁之间的距离与第一防火层1和第二防火层5内壁之间的距离相等,方便快速拼接安装。
其中,所述空腔10内部用于放置灭火剂,且纵向加强筋8和横向加强筋9均由空腔10断开铺设,既能够保证墙板的强度,又能够实现防火的作用。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:
本发明中,套管7内管孔径与横向加强筋9直径相同,且上下两个防火彩钢板6外壁之间的距离与第一防火层1和第二防火层5内壁之间的距离相等,配合第一防火层1和第二防火层5左端两角对称开设有两个圆形的安装孔3,且防火彩钢板6右端两角也开设有两组安装孔3,方便快速拼接安装,第一防火层1顶部铺设有若干纵向排列的圆柱状凸起组成的耐磨层2,能够增加墙板的使用寿命,第一防火层1底部铺设有防火彩钢板6,且防火彩钢板6左端与第一防火层1左端相平齐,而防火彩钢板6右端则延伸出第一防火层1右端的设置能够辅助套管7进行定位安装,空腔10内部用于放置灭火剂,且纵向加强筋8和横向加强筋9均由空腔10断开铺设,既能够保证墙板的强度,又能够实现防火的作用,防火彩钢板6之间的防火空腔层4的外形大小与第一防火层1顶部的耐磨层2结构大小和位置相对应,从而使得防火彩钢板6和防火空腔层4前端和后端之间形成宽10MM,高8MM的凹槽空间的设置,有利于能够使两侧形成的凹槽空间能够成为放置电线的线槽,减少了在建设过程中乱开线槽产生的电线互绕,同时及时电线发热短路引起小范围起火,也能够在防火空腔层4的包裹中杜绝,因为防火空腔层4中的空腔10内包含有大量的灭火剂。利用本发明所述技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。

1.防火净化的墙板结构,其特征在于:该防火净化的墙板结构包括第一防火层,耐磨层,安装孔,防火空腔层,第二防火层,防火彩钢板,套管,纵向加强筋,横向加强筋和空腔,所述第一防火层顶部铺设有若干纵向排列的圆柱状凸起组成的耐磨层;所述第一防火层底部铺设有防火彩钢板,且防火彩钢板左端与第一防火层左端相平齐,而防火彩钢板右端则延伸出第一防火层右端;所述防火空腔层顶部和底部均有防火彩钢板夹持,且防火空腔层底部的防火彩钢板的底部固定连接有第二防火层,并且第二防火层与第一防火层结构位置均相对应;所述防火空腔层上开设有若干圆柱状的空腔;所述防火空腔层左端和右端之间穿接有十根圆柱不连贯的横向加强筋,且横向加强筋右端与第一防火层右端相平齐;所述横向加强筋右端相外延伸套接有套管;所述防火空腔层前端和后端之间均穿接有若干不连贯的纵向加强筋;所述第一防火层和第二防火层左端两角对称开设有两个圆形的安装孔,且防火彩钢板右端两角也开设有两组安装孔。
