本发明涉及一种防水通风型平瓦屋面屋脊结构,设有坡形屋面,所述坡形屋面用木板条在檀条上构筑成支承面,所述支承面上铺设有防水层,所述防水层上铺设有水泥砂浆层,所述水泥砂浆层上铺设有顺水条,所述水泥砂浆层上相距一个平瓦的长度设置有一挂瓦条,所述水泥砂浆层从下到上依次相互叠压铺设有平瓦,在坡形屋面的屋脊外装有一托木支架,所述托木支架上架设有方木,所述方木上固定有一圆弧形的镀锌钢板构件,镀锌钢板构件在两个下垂端与平瓦交汇,所述镀锌钢板构件上铺设有脊瓦,所述脊瓦通过脊瓦搭扣固定在托木支架上。本发明适用于坡形屋面,具具有设计科学、结构合理、保温通风性能好、防水防雨、使用寿命长的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于一种建筑屋顶结构,具体的是一种坡形屋面的建筑结构。
背景技术
通常的屋面大多以平顶为主,随着人们对居住条件的改善,坡顶也越来受人们的青睐,坡顶有单坡屋顶和双坡屋顶,任意坡顶是指任意多段线围合而成的四坡屋顶、矩形屋顶包括歇山屋顶和攒尖屋顶,这些坡顶外形美观,给城市添加了靓丽的风景线,但也存在许多不足,如防水防雨效果不好,经常在接缝处出现施工质量问题,造成漏雨,保温性能下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提出一种防水通风型平瓦屋面屋脊结构,该防水通风型平瓦屋面屋脊结构具有设计科学、结构合理、保温通风性能好、防水防雨、使用寿命长的特点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:防水通风型平瓦屋面屋脊结构,设有坡形屋面,其特征在于:所述坡形屋面用木板条在檀条上构筑成支承面,所述支承面上铺设有防水层,所述防水层上铺设有水泥砂浆层,所述水泥砂浆层上铺设有顺水条,所述水泥砂浆层上相距一个平瓦的长度设置有一挂瓦条,所述水泥砂浆层从下到上依次相互叠压铺设有平瓦,在坡形屋面的屋脊外装有一托木支架,所述托木支架上架设有方木,所述方木上固定有一圆弧形的镀锌钢板构件,镀锌钢板构件在两个下垂端与平瓦交汇,所述镀锌钢板构件上铺设有脊瓦,所述脊瓦通过脊瓦搭扣固定在托木支架上。
所述平瓦在两端分别设有相互扣接的凹槽和凸块。
本发明在支承面上铺设有防水层,能有效的防止雨水的渗漏,同时在上面架设平瓦保证雨水顺平瓦流下来,在屋脊外装有一托木支架,托木支架上架设有方木,方木上固定有一圆弧形的镀锌钢板构件,镀锌钢板构件在两个下垂端与平瓦交汇,镀锌钢板构件上铺设有脊瓦,保证屋脊处防水效果,同时平瓦与水泥砂浆层形成通风通道,屋脊处有托木支架支承,也形成了一个通风通道,保证屋面有一个隔热的空腔,有利于屋面保温。

实施例:参见附图1、2,防水通风型平瓦屋面屋脊结构,设有坡形屋面,所述坡形屋面用木板条在檀条上构筑成支承面,所述支承面上铺设有防水层1,所述防水层上铺设有水泥砂浆层2,所述水泥砂浆层上铺设有顺水条3,所述水泥砂浆层上相距一个平瓦的长度设置有一挂瓦条(4),所述水泥砂浆层从下到上依次相互叠压铺设有平瓦5,在坡形屋面的屋脊外装有一托木支架6,所述托木支架上架设有方木7,所述方木上固定有一圆弧形的镀锌钢板构件8,镀锌钢板构件在两个下垂端与平瓦交汇,所述镀锌钢板构件上铺设有脊瓦9,所述脊瓦通过脊瓦搭扣10固定在托木支架上;所述平瓦在两端分别设有相互扣接的凹槽和凸块。
