本发明公开了一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液及其制备方法,包括硬脂酸二乙醇胺、C20脂肪醇、顺丁烯二酸酐、聚异丁烯马来酸酐、亚硫酸钠水溶液、石蜡、蜂蜡、羟基硅油、聚乙二醇、单油酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、N‑油酰肌氨酸钠,与现有技术相比,通过本发明的材料用于制作育果袋纸,使育果袋纸具有优异防水性和透气性,纸张强度提高,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
育果袋纸属于一种功能性特种纸,是果树果实的生长期用作果实套袋栽培的一种特种纸,是对果实实施套袋保护的高技术、高附加值农业技术用纸。可用于苹果、梨、葡萄等水果。采用育果套袋技术后,可以大大提高果实的着色度、洁净度、完整度、商品果率和果品贮藏时间,还可调节成熟期。套袋还可避免农药的大量残留,生产出的水果色泽鲜艳、无疵点、个大形正。正因为如此,育果袋纸要求纸张有良好的防水性和透气性以及强度。但国产育果袋纸质量较差,多采用单纯石蜡乳液来进行防水,使用中问题较多;例如育果袋纸折光率较低,透气度和抗水性这一对立技术指标研究及生产技术不过关,造成两者都偏低,或单一指标高而另一指标低,导致果品易有黑斑、日烧、腐烂等等缺陷。同时,目前市场中对育果袋纸的需求量很大,优质的进口育果袋纸都供不应求,价格较高,开发防水性透气性都良好的蜡乳液来提升国内育果袋纸的质量势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液包括:硬脂酸二乙醇胺35份、顺丁烯二酸酐14.7份、聚异丁烯马来酸酐10份、亚硫酸钠水溶液42.5份、石蜡300份、蜂蜡30份、羟基硅油50份、聚乙二醇400份、单油酸酯20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份、N-油酰肌氨酸钠16份、蒸馏水964份、防腐剂5份。
本发明一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)硬脂酸二乙醇胺35份,C20脂肪醇15份,升温到60℃,加入顺丁烯二酸酐14.7份,开启搅拌,慢慢升温至100-120℃反应2-4小时;
(2)降温至60-70℃,加入聚异丁烯马来酸酐10份,搅拌均匀后,加入质量百分含量为40%的亚硫酸钠水溶液42.5份,升温至85-95℃,反应2-5小时;
(3)依次加入石蜡300份,蜂蜡30份,羟基硅油50份,聚乙二醇400单油酸酯20份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份,N-油酰肌氨酸钠16份,升温至95-100℃,搅拌0.5-1小时后,滴加95-100℃的热蒸馏水300份,滴加时间1小时,滴完搅拌0.5小时,再滴加95-100℃的热蒸馏水300份,滴加时间1小时,滴完搅拌0.5小时,降温至40-45℃,慢慢加入蒸馏水364份,防腐剂5份,搅拌均匀,出料。
具体地,所述聚异丁烯马来酸酐的分子量为1000-15000g/mol。所述羟基硅油的羟值为3-8%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液及其制备方法,与现有技术相比,通过本发明的材料用于制作育果袋,使育果袋具有防水功能,纸张强度提高,具有推广应用的价值。

下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液包括:硬脂酸二乙醇胺35份、顺丁烯二酸酐14.7份、聚异丁烯马来酸酐10份、亚硫酸钠水溶液42.5份、石蜡300份、蜂蜡30份、羟基硅油50份、聚乙二醇400份、单油酸酯20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份、N-油酰肌氨酸钠16份、蒸馏水964份、防腐剂5份。
本发明一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)硬脂酸二乙醇胺35份,C20脂肪醇15份,升温到60℃,加入顺丁烯二酸酐14.7份,开启搅拌,慢慢升温至100-120℃反应2-4小时;

具体地,所述聚异丁烯马来酸酐的分子量为1000-15000g/mol。所述羟基硅油的羟值为3-8%。

1.一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液,其特征在于,包括:硬脂酸二乙醇胺35份、顺丁烯二酸酐14.7份、聚异丁烯马来酸酐10份、亚硫酸钠水溶液42.5份、石蜡300份、蜂蜡30份、羟基硅油50份、聚乙二醇400份、单油酸酯20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份、N-油酰肌氨酸钠16份、蒸馏水964份、防腐剂5份。
2.一种育果袋纸用蜡乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)硬脂酸二乙醇胺35份,C20脂肪醇15份,升温到60℃,加入顺丁烯二酸酐14.7份,开启搅拌,慢慢升温至100-120℃反应2-4小时;
(2)降温至60-70℃,加入聚异丁烯马来酸酐10份,搅拌均匀后,加入质量百分含量为40%的亚硫酸钠水溶液42.5份,升温至85-95℃,反应2-5小时;
(3)依次加入石蜡300份,蜂蜡30份,羟基硅油50份,聚乙二醇400份、单油酸酯20份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份,N-油酰肌氨酸钠16份,升温至95-100℃,搅拌0.5-1小时后,滴加95-100℃的热蒸馏水300份,滴加时间1小时,滴完搅拌0.5小时,再滴加95-100℃的热蒸馏水300份,滴加时间1小时,滴完搅拌0.5小时,降温至40-45℃,慢慢加入蒸馏水364份,防腐剂5份,搅拌均匀,出料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的育果袋纸用蜡乳液及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚异丁烯马来酸酐的分子量为1000-15000g/mol。
