本发明涉及一种泡沫清洁剂,其特征是:它是由下述质量百分比的原料配制而成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1‑15%、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇1‑4%、乙醇1‑2%、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚1‑15%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1‑10%、pH值调节剂0.1‑1%、甘油1‑3%、余量为水。该清洁剂在使用时性状为粘附性细腻泡沫,清洁时更不易飞溅和流失,作用时间长,清洁效果理想,使用成本更低;去污能力强,尤其是对重油污、持久污渍和成膜性污渍清洁效果尤为理想;无异味、不刺鼻、不对眼睛和皮肤产生刺激,性能温和使用舒适性好;主要成分均可有效的生物降解,对环境安全;生产成本低,生产工艺简单;与现有清洁剂相比使用范围更加广阔。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗剂领域,涉及一种清洁剂,特别涉及一种泡沫清洁剂。
背景技术
现有清洁剂一般在使用过程中为水样状或者使用喷雾喷头喷为雾状,接触清洁表面后又恢复为水样状,在使用过程中易流失,尤其清洁斜面或垂直表面时,操作难度大,同时喷雾过程会形成大量雾状颗粒漂浮空中,使用者易吸入而对身体产生刺激;现有清洁剂在清洗湿润表面或深色表面时,不易分辨清洁剂是否均匀覆盖待清洁表面;现有清洁剂均带有浓烈刺激气味、并对眼睛和皮肤严重刺激,使用时需要戴口罩和橡胶手套,同时打开门窗或打开抽风机通风,避免过多吸入有害化学成分;目前现有清洁剂大部分清除重油污和持久污渍能力不理想,费水且环保性能差,生产工艺较复杂,使用范围局限性较强。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种泡沫清洁剂,用于解决上述现有清洁剂的技术问题和困难,该清洁剂在使用时以泡沫形式存在,不易流失,作用时间长,清洁效果理想;该清洁剂无异味、不刺鼻、不对眼睛和皮肤产生刺激,使用舒适性好;该清洁剂生产成本低、使用成本低,生产工艺简单,对环境安全。
本发明的技术方案:一种泡沫清洁剂。其特征是:它是由下述质量百分比的原料配制而成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1-15%、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇1-4%、乙醇1-2%、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚1-15%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-10%、pH 值调节剂0.1-1%、甘油1-3%、余量为水。
所述的pH 值调节剂为NaOH 或五水偏硅酸钠。
所述的一种泡沫清洁剂,其特征是:它是由下述质量百分比的原料配制而成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚10%、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇3%、乙醇1.5%、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚8%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%、pH 值调节剂0.5%、甘油2%、余量为水。
所述的一种泡沫清洁剂的制备方法,其特征是:步骤1)按配方量称取异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇、乙醇、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、pH值调节剂、甘油和水;
步骤2)将配方量异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇、乙醇、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱放入到配方量的水中,搅拌均匀后,加入配方量的甘油混合均匀后,添加配方量pH 值调节剂。
本发明的优点是:本发明的清洁剂本身为水样状,通过普通喷头喷洒后即可产生粘附性细腻泡沫,由于泡沫比液体有更高的表面张力,因而在清洁斜面或垂直表面时更不易飞溅和流失,作用时间长,清洁效果理想,另外,由于泡沫的表面积远大于无泡沫的液体,因而产生相同的去污力,泡沫清洁剂需要更少的量,从而使用成本更低;本发明将非离子和两性离子表面活性剂科学配伍,不但解决了非理想体系各组分之间强烈相互作用,同时配合绿色有机溶剂组合,在解决产品稳定性的基础上,大大提升了去污能力,尤其是对重油污、持久污渍和成膜性污渍清洁效果尤为理想;本发明不含刺激性强的阴离子表面活性剂和其它刺激成分,无异味、不刺鼻、不对眼睛和皮肤产生刺激,性能温和使用舒适性好;本发明使用的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚及其他主要成分在废水处理过程中均可以有效的生物降解,对水生物不具有毒性,对环境安全;本发明通过普通喷头喷洒即可实现泡沫清洁,使用极其简单和方便;本发明与现有清洁剂相比生产成本低,生产工艺简单;本发明泡沫清洁剂使用时喷洒可视、亲润性及渗透性好,去污力远超现有清洁剂,使用后极易漂洗,同时节水、省力、环保,与现有清洁剂相比使用范围更加广阔。
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种泡沫清洁剂,它是由下述质量百分比的原料配制而成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚10%、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇3%、乙醇1.5%、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚8%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%、pH 值调节剂0.5%、甘油2%、余量为水。所述的pH 值调节剂为NaOH 。
所述的一种泡沫清洁剂的制备方法,具体步骤是:
步骤1)按上述配方量称取异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇、乙醇、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、pH 值调节剂、甘油和水;
步骤2)将步骤1)配方量的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、配方量的乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇、配方量的乙醇、配方量的仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚和配方量的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、配方量的甘油倒入配方量的水中,搅拌均匀后,再添加配方量pH 值调节剂混合均匀即可。
实施例2
一种泡沫清洁剂,它是由下述质量百分比的原料配制而成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1%、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇1%、乙醇1%、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚1%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1%、pH 值调节剂0.1%、甘油1%、余量为水。所述的PH 值调节剂为NaOH 。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种泡沫清洁剂,它是由下述质量百分比的原料配制而成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚15%、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇4%、乙醇2%、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚15%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、pH 值调节剂1%、甘油3%、余量为水。所述的pH 值调节剂为NaOH 。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,不同之处是:所述的pH 值调节剂为五水偏硅酸钠。
实施例5
与实施例2基本相同,不同之处是:所述的pH 值调节剂为五水偏硅酸钠。
实施例6
与实施例3基本相同,不同之处是:所述的pH 值调节剂为五水偏硅酸钠。
本发明以实施例1的泡沫清洁剂进行检测,检测结果见表1:

从上述检测结果判定本发明泡沫清洁剂发泡力好、去污力强,耐高温、耐低温的效果好,稳定性强,便于保存。其它实施例2-6的效果与实施例1的基本相同。
本发明实施例1-6和对比例1-2(常用市售清洁剂)进行现场使用的效果判定如下(判定结果见表2):
1)吸附性能判定:
用普通喷头喷相同体积清洁剂于倾斜度为60度的斜面,限时10秒:
优:向下流动距离<2cm;
良:5cm≥向下流动距离≥2cm
差:向下流动距离>5cm;
2)发泡性能判定:
用普通喷头将10ml清洁剂喷入直径为4cm的量筒内:
优:泡沫高度>30cm;
良:30cm≥泡沫高度≥20cm;
差:泡沫高度<20cm;。
3)去污力性能判定:
优:去污力>98;
良:98≥去污力≥95;
差:去污力<95;
4)生物降解性能判定:
生物降解性能采用ATP法则,当IA指数>150容易降解,当150≥IA≥50 可以降解,IA<50难以降解。

从表2可以看出本发明具有吸附性能强、起泡容易、去污力强和生物降解性能好的明显优势。
本发明实施例1-6和对比例1-2(常用市售清洁剂)进行现场使用的气味和刺激性判定如下(判定结果见表3和表4):
选出8名体验者(分别编号为1号、2号、……8号),体验者分别用6种实施例及2种对比例通过喷洒时对气味(鼻嗅)、刺激性(对眼睛、皮肤的刺激性)进行评判,并分别对气味、刺激性进行打分,合计得分高者整体效果最好。打分标准如下:
1)气味评判标准:优(无刺激)3分,良(轻微刺激)2分,差(强烈刺激) 1分。
2)刺激性评判标准:优(无刺激)3分,良(轻微刺激)2分,差(强烈刺激) 1分。

从表3和表4可以看出本发明具有气味不刺鼻、对眼睛及皮肤刺激小的明显优势。

1.一种泡沫清洁剂,其特征是:该泡沫清洁剂是由下述质量百分比的原料配制而成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚10%、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇3%、乙醇1.5%、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚8%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%、pH 值调节剂0.5%、甘油2%、余量为水;
所述的pH 值调节剂为NaOH或五水偏硅酸钠;
该泡沫清洁剂本身为水样状,通过喷头喷洒后即可产生粘附性细腻泡沫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡沫清洁剂的制备方法,其特征是:
步骤1)按配方量称取异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇、乙醇、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、pH 值调节剂、甘油和水;
步骤2)将步骤1)配方量的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇单丁醚或异丙醇、乙醇、仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、甘油倒入配方量的水中,搅拌均匀后,再添加配方量pH 值调节剂混合均匀即可。
