本发明属于发泡塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度聚丙烯发泡板及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯泡沫塑料是一种性能优良的缓冲材料,由于其对光洁表面的优良保护性能,已广泛用于家俱、镶板、高档仪器和具有光洁面的金属器具的缓冲包装;另外一个特别重要的应用领域是在汽车工业中的大量应用:汽车顶棚、侧门板、仪表板、高级安全汽车座椅、底垫板、遮阳板等,市场巨大。也可作为热食品的保温包装,还可制成衬垫、衬板等缓冲材料等;在一些电子器件包装、内衬领域,还需要聚丙烯泡沫塑料具有抗静电的特性;另外,在一些聚丙烯泡沫塑料与相配合产品之间要求配合紧密的领域,还要求聚丙烯泡沫塑料具有较低的收缩率,这样才能与产品稳定且精密的配合。除去上述一些特定领域的需求,作为聚丙烯泡沫塑料,其隔热、隔音等性能均依赖于内部的孔隙结构,因此高的孔隙率,特别是闭孔率,也是衡量聚丙烯泡沫塑料质量的一个标准。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种高强度聚丙烯发泡板及其制备方法,不仅强度高,其孔隙率、闭孔率亦高,同时抗静电、抗收缩性能好。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种高强度聚丙烯发泡板,包括发泡的芯板以及设置在芯板两面上的玻璃纤维毡,芯板的组成成分质量比例为,聚丙烯树脂粉:短玻璃纤维:食品级单甘酯:发泡剂:交联剂=100∶ 30~50∶ 3~5∶ 3~7∶ 1~2。
一种高强度聚丙烯发泡板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将聚丙烯树脂磨成粉;再将聚丙烯树脂粉 、短玻璃纤维、食品级单甘酯、发泡剂、交联剂加入到高速混合机中,分散 5 分钟,得到发泡树脂粉;所用聚丙烯树脂粉、短玻璃纤维、食品级单甘酯、发泡剂、交联剂的质量比例为100∶ 30~50∶ 3~5∶ 3~7∶ 1~2;
(2)发泡机模具上下内面均铺有玻璃纤维毡,通过撒粉机将聚丙烯发泡树脂粉均匀撒在发泡机的模具里的两层玻璃纤维毡之间,合上模具,设定模压发泡机的工作温度为:210±5℃ ;设定发泡时间为:1500±300秒,发泡压力为:2-8MPa;进行硫化交联发泡;
(3)发泡机设定时间到,取出发泡材料,进行水冷却定型,得到高强度聚丙烯发泡板。
进一步地,所述的发泡剂为粉剂,交联剂为液体。
进一步地,聚丙烯树脂粉、短玻璃纤维、食品级单甘酯、发泡剂、交联剂的质量比例为100∶ 40∶5∶ 5∶ 2。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明所述的一种高强度聚丙烯发泡板的制备方法,其工艺简单,无需现有技术中的密炼与开炼,直接用粉料模压发泡;并且,直接用粉料与玻璃纤维毡模压发泡,粉料与玻璃纤维毡之间更容易结合,粉料在发泡剂中发泡、塑化的过程也是与玻璃纤维毡结合的过程;如果使用经密炼、开炼的片状、块状再与玻璃纤维毡进行发泡,其结合并不紧密,且片状、块状的塑化后的料与玻璃纤维毡的结合不够均匀。另外,相比于聚丙烯发泡后的发泡料再与玻璃纤维毡进行复合,本发明不仅工艺更简单,其复合更容易进行,且复合效果也更好。
(2)本发明所述的一种高强度聚丙烯发泡板,其不仅强度高、稳定性好,具有较高的空隙率和闭孔率,同时,其具备抗静电和抗收缩的特性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
实施例1
先将聚丙烯树脂(嵌段共聚EPT30R)磨成粉;再将聚丙烯树脂粉 、5mm短玻璃纤维、食品级单甘酯、AC发泡剂、过氧化氢二异丙苯加入到高速混合机中,分散 5 分钟,得到发泡树脂粉;所用聚丙烯树脂粉、短玻璃纤维、食品级单甘酯、AC发泡剂粉剂、过氧化氢二异丙苯的质量比例为100∶ 50∶ 3∶ 3∶ 1;
发泡机模具上下内面里均铺有玻璃纤维毡,通过撒粉机将聚丙烯发泡树脂粉均匀撒在发泡机的模具里的两层玻璃纤维毡之间,合上模具,设定模压发泡机的工作温度为:205℃ ;设定发泡时间为:1200秒,发泡压力为:2MPa;进行硫化交联发泡;
发泡机设定时间到,取出发泡材料,进行水冷却定型,得到高强度聚丙烯发泡板。
实施例2
先将聚丙烯树脂磨成粉;再将聚丙烯树脂粉 、2mm短玻璃纤维、食品级单甘酯、偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、过氧化二异丙苯加入到高速混合机中,分散 5 分钟,得到发泡树脂粉;所用聚丙烯树脂粉、短玻璃纤维、食品级单甘酯、偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、过氧化二异丙苯的质量比例为100∶30∶5∶7∶2;
发泡机模具上下内面里均铺有玻璃纤维毡,通过撒粉机将聚丙烯发泡树脂粉均匀撒在发泡机的模具里的两层玻璃纤维毡之间,合上模具,设定模压发泡机的工作温度为:215℃ ;设定发泡时间为:1800秒,发泡压力为:8MPa;进行硫化交联发泡;
发泡机设定时间到,取出发泡材料,进行水冷却定型,得到高强度聚丙烯发泡板。
实施例3
先将聚丙烯树脂磨成粉;再将聚丙烯树脂粉 、2mm短玻璃纤维、偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、过氧化二异丙苯加入到高速混合机中,分散 5 分钟,得到发泡树脂粉;所用聚丙烯树脂粉、短玻璃纤维、偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、过氧化二异丙苯的质量比例为100∶30∶7∶2;
发泡机模具上下内面里均铺有玻璃纤维毡,通过撒粉机将聚丙烯发泡树脂粉均匀撒在发泡机的模具里的两层玻璃纤维毡之间,合上模具,设定模压发泡机的工作温度为:215℃ ;设定发泡时间为:1800秒,发泡压力为:8MPa;进行硫化交联发泡;
发泡机设定时间到,取出发泡材料,进行水冷却定型,得到高强度聚丙烯发泡板。
实施例4 产品性能测试与对比:
将实施例2与实施例3所得发泡料,热收缩率测定为在112℃下放置2h,测定收缩率;其他参照相应标准,结果如下表:

由上述数据可以得知,在添加了食品级单甘酯后(实施例2),相比于没有添加的发泡板(实施例3),其表观密度降低了26%,可见食品级单甘酯能够增加高强度聚丙烯发泡板的孔隙率;而实施例2的闭孔率相比于实施例3增加了89.1%,可见食品级单甘酯还增加了闭孔的比率;综上,食品级单甘酯不仅具有抗静电、抗收缩的功能,其还能消除泡孔塌陷、破孔率高的问题,提高了高强度聚丙烯发泡板的孔隙率和闭孔率,直接影响发泡板的隔热、隔音、防水等各种性能。
本发明所述的高强度聚丙烯发泡板,其常温断裂强度(纵向)达到了2170KPa,断裂伸长率可以达到接近300%,同时利用了短玻璃纤维和长玻璃纤维,且一次成型,不仅工艺更加简单,其结合也更加彻底、均匀。
