技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,提出一种耐高温橡胶材料。
背景技术
橡胶材料是一种常见的建筑施工用材料,被广泛应用于建筑屋面、地下室及有水房间的防水封堵。橡胶材料属于橡胶制品,在一些高温湿热环境中,往往因为高温高热导致防水层主体破坏,进而导致漏水。因此,研究橡胶材料的高温稳定性,是橡胶材料未来的发展方向。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,增强橡胶材料的高温稳定性,本发明提出一种耐高温橡胶材料。
技术方案
1.一种耐高温橡胶材料,自上而下依次包括(1)0.5mm厚聚乙烯薄膜,(2)1mm厚石棉纤维网格布,(3)1.5mm厚SBR橡胶材料,(4)1mm厚玻纤毡胎基布。
2.所述的(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)结构层通过(5)耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.表面阻燃材料,有助阻挡外部高温高湿环境对主体橡胶材料的破坏。
2.多种材料协同工作,发挥材料自身优点。
3.材料轻便,制备简单,利于大规模推广应用。

2.所述的(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)结构层通过(5)耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。
图1是本发明的一种耐高温橡胶材料的一个具体实施例的结构示意图。
图中附图标记的含义:(1)—0.5mm厚聚乙烯薄膜,(2)—1mm厚石棉纤维网格布,(3)—1.5mm厚SBR橡胶材料,(4)—1mm厚玻纤毡胎基布,(5)—水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述的(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)结构层通过(5)耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。
