As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, the torque-controllable paint stirring and scraping device of the present invention comprises: the device comprises a lifting device 1, a rotating shaft device 2, a transmission device 3, a rotating shaft supporting device 4, a rack 5, a transmission device 6, a planet wheel stirring device 7, a paint scraping device 8 and a clamping device 9; the stepping motor 11 of the lifting device 1 is arranged on the frame 5, the rotating shaft device 2 is connected with the transmission device 3 through a spline, the rotating shaft device 2 is connected with the rotating shaft supporting device 4, the rotating shaft supporting device 4 is connected with the lifting device 1, the transmission device 3 is fixed on the side wall of the frame 5, and the transmission device 6 is arranged on the bottom plate of the frame 5; the planetary stirring device 7 is connected with the rotating shaft device 2; the clamping device 9 is fixed on the side wall 51 of the frame 5, and the rotating shaft 21 of the rotating shaft device 2 is connected with the upper end part of the scraping blade main shaft 83 of the paint scraping device 8 through a coupling; the paint scraping device 8 comprises: the scraping blade 81 is of a rectangular structure, is installed in a slotted hole of the scraping blade installation seat 82 and is fixed through a bolt, the scraping blade installation seat 82 is of a cylindrical structure and is provided with a key groove, the scraping blade installation seat 82 is connected with the scraping blade main shaft 83 through a flat key, threads are machined on the lower end portion of the scraping blade main shaft 83, the scraping blade installation seat 82 is axially positioned through a round nut, the receiving disc 84 is of a disc structure, and middle machining threads are in screwed connection with the threads on the lower end portion of the scraping blade main shaft 83.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the test method of the torque-controllable paint stirring and paint scraping device comprises the following specific steps: opening the self-locking device of the movable roller 53, pushing the whole device to move to a working place, and opening the self-locking device of the movable roller 53; the clamping device 9 is used for fixing the charging basket, so that the position of the charging basket is prevented from moving due to overlarge force in the stirring or paint scraping process; when the equipment is in stirring operation, the viscosity of the paint is too high, the resistance moment is larger during large-area stirring, so that the starting moment of the variable frequency motor 35 of the transmission device 3 is too large to cause burning phenomenon, in order to avoid the damage of the variable frequency motor 35, the rotating shaft 21 is made into a two-body structure and is connected through the electromagnetic clutch 213, when the equipment is started, the electromagnetic clutch 213 is disconnected, the lower end of the upper rotating shaft 211 penetrates through the lower rotating shaft 212 to be connected with the frame-type stirring wheel 75 of the planetary stirring device 7 through a bearing support, and the shaft transition part of the upper rotating shaft 211 is connected with a half clutch of the electromagnetic clutch 213; the lower end of the lower rotating shaft 212 is connected with the gear ring 71 of the planetary stirring device 7, the transmission device 3 drives the upper rotating shaft 211 to rotate, so that the small impeller 76 of the planetary stirring device 7 is driven to rotate, viscous paint is stirred, the resistance moment is reduced after the paint has a certain angular velocity after stirring for a period of time, the electromagnetic clutch 213 is sucked at the moment, the upper rotating shaft 211 and the lower rotating shaft 212 are connected into a whole, and under the driving of the transmission device 3, the frame-type stirring wheel 75 and the small impeller 76 of the planetary stirring device 7 simultaneously rotate to achieve the effect of efficient stirring, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that a motor burns out due to overlarge starting moment is avoided; when the equipment performs paint scraping operation, the electromagnetic clutch 213 is engaged, the upper rotating shaft 211 and the lower rotating shaft 212 are connected into a whole, and the upper rotating shaft 211 is connected with the upper end part of the scraping blade main shaft 83 of the paint scraping device 8 through a coupler; the bucket is fixed through the clamping device 9, the electromagnetic clutch 213 of the rotating shaft device 2 is in a suction state, the variable frequency motor 35 of the transmission device 3 is started to drive the upper rotating shaft 211 and the lower rotating shaft 212 to rotate, so that the scraping blade 81 is driven to rotate along the bucket wall, scraping and collecting of paint are realized, and the paint is recovered by the receiving disc 84.

the upper rotating shaft (211) is of a stepped solid cylindrical structure, a spline groove is formed in the upper end of the upper rotating shaft, the upper rotating shaft is connected with a spline of a belt pulley sleeve of the transmission device (3), threads are formed in the middle of the upper rotating shaft, the upper rotating shaft is connected with the rotating shaft fixing sleeve (22) through the thrust bearing (24) and axially fixed through the centering nut (25), the fixed connection between the rotating shaft (21) and the rotating shaft fixing sleeve (22) is achieved, the lower rotating shaft (212) is of a hollow cylindrical structure, and the upper end of the lower rotating shaft (212) is connected with a half clutch of the electromagnetic clutch (213); the lower end of the lower rotating shaft (212) is connected with a gear ring (71) of the planetary stirring device (7), the transmission device (3) drives the upper rotating shaft (211) to rotate, so that the small impeller (76) of the planetary stirring device (7) is driven to rotate, viscous paint is stirred, the resistance moment is reduced after the paint is stirred for a period of time to have a certain angular velocity, the electromagnetic clutch (213) is attracted at the moment, the upper rotating shaft (211) is connected with the lower rotating shaft (212) into a whole, and under the driving of the transmission device (3), the frame-type stirring wheel (75) and the small impeller (76) of the planetary stirring device (7) simultaneously rotate to achieve the effect of efficient stirring, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that a motor burns out due to overlarge starting moment is avoided; when the equipment performs paint scraping operation, the electromagnetic clutch (213) is attracted, the upper rotating shaft (211) and the lower rotating shaft (212) are connected into a whole, and the upper rotating shaft (211) is connected with the upper end part of the scraping blade main shaft (83) of the paint scraping device (8) through a coupler; the bucket is fixed through the clamping device (9), an electromagnetic clutch (213) of the rotating shaft device (2) is in a suction state, a variable frequency motor (35) of the transmission device (3) is started to drive the upper rotating shaft (211) and the lower rotating shaft (212) to rotate, so that the scraping blade (81) is driven to rotate along the bucket wall, scraping and collecting of paint are realized, and the paint is recovered by the receiving disc (84); the rotating shaft fixing sleeve (22) is of a hollow cylindrical structure, four threaded holes are symmetrically formed in the side wall and are used for being fixedly connected with the connecting plate (17) of the lifting device (1), the thrust bearing (24) mounting holes are formed in the upper portion of the inner wall of the rotating shaft fixing sleeve (22), and the connecting disc (23) is connected below the rotating shaft fixing sleeve (22) through bolts; the rotating shaft guide sleeve (43) is of a hollow cylindrical structure, a symmetrical rectangular guide groove is formed in the side wall of the rotating shaft guide sleeve (43), the movable frame (16) of the lifting device (1) drives the rotating shaft fixing sleeve (22) of the rotating shaft device (2) to ascend and descend in the rotating shaft guide sleeve (43) through the rectangular guide groove, and finally the rotating shaft (21) is ascended and descended; a threaded hole is formed above the rotating shaft guide sleeve (43) and is connected with a belt pulley sleeve (33) of the transmission device (3); screw holes are also formed in the lower portion of the rotating shaft guide sleeve (43), and the screw holes are fixedly connected with the positioning check ring (44) to achieve limit protection of the rotating shaft device (2).
