Description

Bendable bone chisel
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of medical devices.
Background
The bone chisel is a common operation medical tool in the clinical practice of orthopaedics, the bone chisel used clinically at present is usually designed as a whole, the chisel body and the chisel head are integrally formed, and the chisel head is used for cutting bone tissues in use.
Due to the offset of the bone tissue, the effect is better if the osteotome is curved. The existing osteotomes are mainly of an integrated design, are mainly linear, and are inconvenient to use in some cases.
In some cases, the chisel is designed to bend to facilitate use, but such a bent chisel is not perpendicular to the bone tissue, and has limited use effects and sometimes does not achieve the intended effects.
Meanwhile, the existing osteotomes are all integrated, the chisel head is easy to damage, but the osteotomes are not saved, and the osteotomes of different types are needed to be replaced at intervals, so that the whole osteotomes can be replaced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at: in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, there is provided a bendable osteotome comprising:
the first chisel rod receives external impact force;
the second chisel rod is connected with the chisel head or integrally formed, and the connection refers to detachable fixed connection;
the chisel head is used for contacting bones and performing operations such as cutting;
the connecting end of the first chisel rod and the second chisel rod is a first rotating sleeve fixedly connected with the first chisel rod or integrally formed; the end of the first chisel rod is provided with a rotating core penetrating into the first rotating sleeve, the first rotating core can move along the axial direction of the first rotating sleeve, the side wall of the first rotating sleeve is provided with a plurality of first concave parts distributed around the axial direction, the first rotating core is provided with a first convex part capable of being clamped into the first concave part, a first spring for preventing the first convex part from sliding out of the first concave part is arranged between the first rotating sleeve and the first rotating core, and the first rotating core is provided with a first limiting head for limiting the first spring.
In the invention, the first limiting head can be integrally formed or can be detachably connected, and the second chisel rod and the first rotating core can be integrally formed or can be fixedly connected, such as in a threaded connection. In some embodiments, the first core is directly chisel-connected so that the angle between the chisel of the invention and the first chisel rod can be adjusted as desired to facilitate surgery. Meanwhile, when the novel bone chisel is specifically used, a plurality of chisel heads of different types can be arranged on one first chisel rod, and the chisel heads can be conveniently replaced according to the needs without replacing the whole bone chisel. When the chisel head is bad, only a better chisel head is needed.
In other modes, the structure of the two-bending mode can be designed to be similar in structure through the two-bending mode, so that great flexibility is achieved in the using process, and the chisel head can be directly operated perpendicular to the bone surface.
As for the connection mode of the first concave part and the first convex part, the first convex part can be used for adjusting in different concave parts, and a plurality of first convex parts can be arranged, the connection between the first rotating core and the first rotating sleeve can be more compact due to the design of the plurality of first convex parts, the extrusion force greatly received by the single concave part and the convex part can be dispersed too much, and the damage problem is reduced. In some preferred embodiments, each first recess is provided with a first protrusion corresponding thereto.
As a further improvement, the second chisel rod is connected with the chisel head in a bendable way, one end of the chisel head connected with the second chisel rod is provided with a second rotating sleeve, the side wall of the second rotating sleeve is provided with a plurality of second concave parts distributed around the axial direction, the other end of the second chisel rod is a second rotating core, the second rotating core is provided with a second convex part capable of being clamped into the second concave part, a second spring for preventing the first convex part from sliding out of the first concave part is arranged between the second rotating sleeve and the second rotating core, and the second rotating core is provided with a second limiting head for limiting the second spring.
As a further development, at least one of the first and second stop heads is provided with a side wall which can partially encase the respective swivel. By the design, the stability between the first rotating core and the second rotating core can be improved, and meanwhile, the pollution of the external environment to the spring is placed.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Specific example 1: a bendable bone chisel comprising:
the first chisel 1 receives external impact force, the received external impact force is mainly knocked by a bone hammer, the structure of the first chisel is not greatly different from the prior structure,
the second chisel rod 2 and the chisel head 3 are connected or integrally formed, if the second chisel rod 2 and the chisel head are integrally formed, in this way, the whole osteotome is bent once, but in order to further improve flexibility, the osteotome is endowed with multiple bending effects such as twice, the second chisel rod and the chisel head can be bent in the same way, and the rotating shafts of the two bending are usually in the same direction, but also not in the same direction, and the rotation shafts are determined according to the use requirement of the osteotome. The chisel head is intended to contact the bone, said chisel head being generally of the prior art, which differs mainly in that it is connected to the second chisel rod in a bendable manner.
The bending structure of the present invention needs to take a specific form, and in general, needs to achieve the characteristics of bending in multiple angles and good stability, and in order to achieve this effect, the connecting end of the first chisel rod 1 and the second chisel rod 2 in this embodiment is a first rotating sleeve 101 fixedly connected with the first chisel rod; the end of the first chisel rod 2 is provided with a first rotating core 201 penetrating into the first rotating sleeve, the first rotating core can rotate along the axial direction of the first rotating sleeve, the side wall of the first rotating sleeve 101 is provided with a plurality of first concave parts 102 distributed around the axial direction, the first rotating core 201 is provided with a first convex part 202 which can be clamped into the first concave part, a first spring 203 which can prevent the first convex part from sliding out of the first concave part is arranged between the first rotating sleeve and the first rotating core, and the first rotating core is provided with a first limiting head 204 which limits the first spring.
The first core 201 is provided with more than one first protrusion 202 cooperating with the first recess, which is placed in rotation with each other in a radial position aimed at fixing the first core 201 and the first sleeve 101, and the spring is acting to automatically reset it without additional fixing means.
When the invention is used, when the first rotating core and the first rotating sleeve are required to rotate, the first protruding part is pulled out of the first concave part, then the relative positions of the first rotating core and the first rotating sleeve are rotated, the first protruding part is clamped into the corresponding first concave part to be rotated by a proper angle, and the first concave part and the first protruding part are kept fixed under the action of the spring. According to the embodiment, the first chisel rod and the second chisel rod can be conveniently rotated, an additional fixing device is not needed, the fixing performance is good, and the relative fixing between the first chisel rod and the second chisel rod can be kept particularly when the first chisel rod receives the impact force of the bone hammer.
As mentioned above, in the preferred embodiment, a multi-fold, in particular a two-fold, is used, in which case the chisel 2 is connected to the chisel 3 in a bendable manner, the chisel and the second chisel are provided with a second collar 301 at their ends, a plurality of second recesses 302 distributed around the axial direction are provided on the side walls of the second collar, a second core 205 is provided at the other end of the second chisel, a second protrusion 206 is provided on the second core, which is capable of being snapped into the second recess, a second spring 207 is provided between the second collar and the second core, which prevents the first protrusion from sliding out of the first recess, and a second stop 208 is provided on the second core, which limits the second spring.
The flexibility is improved by adopting a plurality of bending modes, and particularly in some cases, the first chisel rod and the chisel head can be ensured to be in one direction, so that the force of the bone hammer can be fully applied to the bone, and the effect of the bone chisel is improved.
