Abstract
The invention discloses a coil panel assembly and an electromagnetic cooking appliance. The coil panel is provided with a bottom and an upward extending side part, the bottom is provided with a bottom winding coil, the side part is provided with a plurality of side winding coils, and the distances from at least two side winding coils to the central line of the coil panel are different; the electric control board is electrically connected with the bottom winding coil and the side winding coils respectively so as to control the bottom winding coil and the side winding coils to work. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electromagnetic cooking appliances, in particular to a coil panel assembly and an electromagnetic cooking appliance.
Background
When the electromagnetic cooking utensil is used for cooking rice, the magnetic field generated by the coil panel in the cooking utensil is coupled with the pot body, so that food in the pot is heated. When the coil panel is coupled with the pot body, two parameters are generated to match with an electric control plate in the electromagnetic cooking utensil so as to achieve the normal working state of the electric control plate; the two parameters are an inductance value L and a resistance value R, respectively. However, if the inner pot made of different materials is replaced, after the inner pot is coupled with a fixed magnetic field generated by the electric cooker, the obtained inductance L and resistance R can change due to the different materials of the inner pot; if the parameter variation exceeds the working parameter range of the electric control board, the circuit board can not work normally. The bottom of the coil disk 1 may be a curved bottom, for example an arc-shaped bottom, in which case the coil disk 1 is of a so-called purely concave configuration. When the electromagnetic cooking device is an induction cooker, the bottom of the coil panel 1 is flat bottom, namely, the coil panel 1 is in a flat concave structure. Since the side winding coil 30 is provided on the side of the coil disc 1, the coil disc 1 can be matched even if the pan 3 is deep or shallow (the depth depends on the height of the pan side wall). The side winding coil 30 preferably surrounds the bottom coil side 12 and the side coil holder 20 in the circumferential direction, and in this embodiment, when the cross sections of the bottom coil side 12 and the side coil holder 20 of the coil disk 1 are circular, the diameters of the plurality of side winding coils 30 are different. Preferably, the plurality of side winding coils 30 each have a lead-in connector and a lead-out connector for connection with the electronic control board 2, respectively.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, in order to enable the coil panel assembly to generate magnetic fields with various intensities, each side coil panel seat 20 is provided with a plurality of side coil windings 30, and the plurality of side coil windings 30 are stacked inside and outside. The side winding coils 30 are sequentially stacked, so that the distance from the inner layer to the outer layer of the side winding coil 30 to the central line of the coil panel 1 is gradually increased, and the electric parameters of the magnetic field generated by each side winding coil 30 are different. Referring to fig. 2, since the side winding coil 30 is circumferentially disposed around the side coil holder 20, in order to ensure that the intensity of heat generated by the side winding coil 30 to the inner pan 3 is the same, so that the food in the inner pan 3 is heated more uniformly, the same side winding coil 30 is disposed around multiple layers in the lateral direction of the side coil holder 20 and the bottom coil side 12, and the distances from the coils of each layer of the side winding coil 30 to the central axis of the coil panel 1 are the same. In the electric cooker of the present embodiment, the central axis of the coil panel 1 is collinear with the central axis of the inner pot 3 of the electric cooker, so as to make the distances from the side winding coil 30 of the same layer to the side wall of the inner pot 3 equal.
When the side winding coil 30 is disposed on the outer surface of the side and side coil holders 20, the side coil holder 20 is provided with a wire slot 21 for accommodating the side winding coil 30 so as to prevent the side winding coil 30 from sliding down along the outer wall of the side coil holder 20 due to gravity. The magnetic strip 4 preferably extends from the center of the outer surface of the bottom of the coil panel 1 to the upper end of the side portion of the coil panel 1. In order to make the heating effect of the coil disk 1 more uniform, the magnetic strips 4 are preferably uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the coil disk 1.

8. The electromagnetic cooking device of claim 7, wherein the electromagnetic cooking device is an electric rice cooker, a pressure cooker, or an electromagnetic oven.
