The embodiment of the invention provides a circuit board testing method, which is used in a terminal and comprises the following steps:
sending a login request to a server, wherein the login request carries first identity identification information and authentication information of a tester;
after the login is successful, sending a test starting signal to a circuit board to be tested, so that the circuit board starts to enter a test running state;
acquiring various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing running state, and judging whether the circuit board is qualified or not according to the various testing electrical performance parameters;
and if the circuit board is qualified, acquiring second identity identification information of the circuit board, and sending the second identity identification information and the various testing electrical performance parameters to a server.
In the circuit board testing method of the present invention, the login request further carries hardware identification information of the terminal.
In the method for testing a circuit board according to the present invention, before the steps of obtaining various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing operation state and judging whether the circuit board is qualified according to the various testing electrical performance parameters, the method further includes:
obtaining model information of the circuit board;
acquiring various standard electrical performance parameters from the server according to the model information, wherein the standard electrical performance parameters are the electrical performance parameters of the qualified circuit board corresponding to the model information;
the step of obtaining various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing running state and judging whether the circuit board is qualified or not according to the various testing electrical performance parameters comprises the following steps:
acquiring various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing running state;
and comparing the various testing electrical performance parameters with the various standard electrical performance parameters to judge whether the circuit board is qualified.
In the circuit board testing method of the present invention, after the steps of obtaining the second identification information of the circuit board and sending the second identification information and the testing electrical performance parameters to the server if the circuit board is qualified, the method further includes:
receiving a serial number of the circuit board sent by the server;
and generating an identity two-dimensional code of the circuit board according to the serial number, the first identity identification message and the second identity identification message.
In the circuit board testing method of the present invention, the second identification information is a hardware identifier of the circuit board.
The invention also provides a circuit board testing device, which is used in a terminal, and the device comprises:
the system comprises a first sending module, a second sending module and a third sending module, wherein the first sending module is used for sending a login request to a server, and the login request carries first identity identification information and authentication information of a tester;
the second sending module is used for sending a test starting signal to the circuit board to be tested after the login is successful, so that the circuit board starts to enter a test running state;
the first judgment module is used for acquiring various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing running state and judging whether the circuit board is qualified or not according to the various testing electrical performance parameters;
and the third sending module is used for acquiring second identity identification information of the circuit board if the circuit board is qualified, and sending the second identity identification information and the various testing electrical performance parameters to a server.
The circuit board testing device of the invention also comprises
The first acquisition module is used for acquiring the model information of the circuit board;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring various standard electrical performance parameters from the server according to the model information, wherein the standard electrical performance parameters are the electrical performance parameters of the qualified circuit board corresponding to the model information;
the first judging module comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing running state;
and the judging unit is used for comparing the various testing electrical performance parameters with the various standard electrical performance parameters so as to judge whether the circuit board is qualified.
In the circuit board testing device of the present invention, further comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the serial number of the circuit board sent by the server;
and the generating module is used for generating the identity two-dimensional code of the circuit board according to the serial number, the first identity identification message and the second identity identification message.
The present invention also provides a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform any of the methods described above.
The invention also provides a terminal comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor is used for executing the method by calling the computer program stored in the memory.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a circuit board testing method in an embodiment of the present invention, which is used in a terminal, and the method includes the following steps:
s101, sending a login request to a server, wherein the login request carries first identity identification information and authentication information of a tester.
In order to ensure that testers are strictly controlled, the circuit board can be tested only if the testers have authority, so that the strict test can be ensured, and the quality control of the circuit board and the responsibility tracing of the inferior circuit board are facilitated. The first identity information may be understood as an identity ID of an account of the user, and the authentication information may be understood as a password of the account. And after receiving the first identity identification information and the authentication information, the server verifies the first identity identification information and the authentication information, if the verification shows that the first identity identification information and the authentication information are legal and matched, the server allows login and sends a login success response to the terminal.
S102, after logging in successfully, sending a test starting signal to a circuit board to be tested, and enabling the circuit board to start to enter a test running state.
And connecting the circuit board with the terminal, and then sending a test starting signal after the tester finishes logging in so that the circuit board starts to enter a test running state.
S103, obtaining various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing running state, and judging whether the circuit board is qualified or not according to the various testing electrical performance parameters.
In some embodiments, the circuit board is provided with a detection chip, the control chip can detect electrical parameters of the circuit board, and the circuit board is connected with the control chip and then directly obtains test data from the control chip. And after the terminal sends a test starting signal to the control chip, the control chip controls each circuit of the circuit board to start to enter test operation.
In the step, the terminal compares the tested electrical performance parameters with the standard electrical performance parameters of the qualified circuit board, if each standard electrical performance parameter is respectively matched with each tested electrical performance parameter correspondingly, the circuit board is qualified, and if one or more electrical performance parameters are unqualified, the circuit board is specifically indicated to prompt a tester where the problem of the circuit board is.
And S104, if the circuit board is qualified, acquiring second identity identification information of the circuit board, and sending the second identity identification information and the various testing electrical performance parameters to a server.
In the step, when detecting that all the electrical performance parameters of the circuit board meet the requirements, the circuit board is judged to be a qualified circuit board, the second identity identification of the circuit board and all the test electrical performance parameters are sent to a server, and the server stores the first identity identification information, the second identity identification information and all the test electrical performance parameters aiming at storage.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present invention, a login request is sent to a server, where the login request carries the first identity information and the authentication information of the tester; after the login is successful, sending a test starting signal to a circuit board to be tested, so that the circuit board starts to enter a test running state; acquiring various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing running state, and judging whether the circuit board is qualified or not according to the various testing electrical performance parameters; if the circuit board is qualified, second identity identification information of the circuit board is obtained, and the second identity identification information and the various testing electrical performance parameters are sent to a server; thereby, the reliability of the quality supervision of the circuit board can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a circuit board testing method in an embodiment of the present invention, which is used in a terminal, and the method includes the following steps:
s201, sending a login request to a server, wherein the login request carries first identity identification information and authentication information of a tester.

S203, obtaining the model information of the circuit board.
Because different types of circuit boards may be provided for different batteries, the standard electrical performance parameters are different for different types of circuit boards. In this step, after the circuit board is connected to the terminal, the terminal queries the hardware parameters of the circuit board to obtain the model information of the circuit board.
And S204, acquiring various standard electrical performance parameters from the server according to the model information, wherein the standard electrical performance parameters are the electrical performance parameters of the qualified circuit board corresponding to the model information.
In some embodiments, after the terminal acquires the model information of the circuit board to be detected, various standard electrical performance parameters can be acquired by querying the server.
S205, obtaining various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing running state, and judging whether the circuit board is qualified or not according to the various testing electrical performance parameters.
In some embodiments, the circuit board is provided with a detection chip, the control chip can detect electrical parameters of the circuit board, and the circuit board is connected with the control chip and then directly obtains test data from the control chip. And after the terminal sends a test starting signal to the control chip, the control chip controls each circuit of the circuit board to start to enter test operation.
The step S205 includes:
s2051, obtaining various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing running state;
and S2052, comparing the various tested electrical performance parameters with the various standard electrical performance parameters to judge whether the circuit board is qualified. In the step, the terminal compares the tested electrical performance parameters with the standard electrical performance parameters of the qualified circuit board, if each standard electrical performance parameter is respectively matched with each tested electrical performance parameter correspondingly, the circuit board is qualified, and if one or more electrical performance parameters are unqualified, the circuit board is specifically indicated to prompt a tester where the problem of the circuit board is.
And S206, if the circuit board is qualified, acquiring second identity identification information of the circuit board, and sending the second identity identification information and the various testing electrical performance parameters to a server.
In the step, when detecting that all the electrical performance parameters of the circuit board meet the requirements, the circuit board is judged to be a qualified circuit board, the second identity identification information of the circuit board and all the test electrical performance parameters are sent to a server, and the server stores the first identity identification information, the second identity identification information and all the test electrical performance parameters aiming at storage.
And S207, receiving the serial number of the circuit board sent by the server.
And when the server receives the electrical performance parameter, the first identity identification information and the second identity identification information of the circuit board which is qualified in detection, a special serial number is compiled for the circuit board and is used for anti-counterfeiting.
S208, generating an identity two-dimensional code of the circuit board according to the serial number, the first identity identification message and the second identity identification message.
In this step, information of the manufacturer of the circuit board may also be added to the identification two-dimensional code.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a circuit board testing apparatus, including:
the first sending module 301 is configured to send a login request to the server, where the login request carries the first identity information and the authentication information of the tester.
The second sending module 302 is configured to send a test start signal to a circuit board to be tested after the circuit board is successfully logged in, so that the circuit board starts to enter a test running state.
The first judging module 303 is configured to obtain various testing electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a testing operation state, and judge whether the circuit board is qualified according to the various testing electrical performance parameters.
A third sending module 304, configured to obtain second identity information of the circuit board if the circuit board is qualified, and send the second identity information and the test electrical performance parameters to a server.

A first obtaining module 305, configured to obtain model information of the circuit board;
a second obtaining module 306, configured to obtain, according to the model information, various standard electrical performance parameters from the server, where the standard electrical performance parameters are electrical performance parameters of a qualified circuit board corresponding to the model information;

an obtaining unit 3031, configured to obtain various test electrical performance parameters of the circuit board in a test operation state;
a determining unit 3032, configured to compare the various test electrical performance parameters with the various standard electrical performance parameters, so as to determine whether the circuit board is qualified.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises:
a receiving module 307, configured to receive the serial number of the circuit board sent by the server.
And the generating module 308 is configured to generate an identity two-dimensional code of the circuit board according to the serial number, the first identity identifier and the second identity identifier.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where a computer program is stored in the storage medium, and when the computer program runs on a computer, the computer executes the method according to any of the above embodiments.
The invention also provides a terminal comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory is stored with a computer program, and the processor is used for executing the method of any one of the above items by calling the computer program stored in the memory.
