The invention discloses a connecting structure of a pilot valve and a main valve body and an electronic expansion valve of a vehicle air-conditioning system, which comprises a main valve body, a pilot valve part detachably arranged on the main valve body and a rotor assembly arranged on the pilot valve part, wherein a coil assembly is arranged outside the rotor assembly, the pilot valve part comprises a seat body and a thin-wall sleeve part extending upwards from the seat body, the seat body is pressed and fixed on the main valve body through a pressing sheet, and the pressing sheet is fixed with the main valve body through a screw. The invention directly adopts the pressing sheet to press the seat body of the pilot valve, and simultaneously, the pressing sheet is fixed with the main valve body by adopting the screw, so that the fixing strength is high and the reliability is good, thereby improving the stability of the product.

After the coil assembly 13 is fixed with the main valve body 10 through the fixing piece 15, the coil assembly 13 is not easy to loosen, and the stability and reliability of a product are improved.
Further, the seat body 111 is circular, and the seat body 111 is made of stainless steel and welded with the valve core seat 112 to form an integral structure.
The coil assembly 13 includes a coil 131 and a coil-covering plastic-sealed body 132, the plastic-sealed body 132 is provided with a sealing ring groove, and a sealing ring 133 is arranged in the kitchen range sealing ring groove to realize sealing with the thin-wall sleeve part 113.
Embodiment 2 is different from embodiment 1 in that a pressing piece 14 is fixedly connected with a coil assembly 13.
