本发明公开了一种手动式防火卷帘门，包括隔热外壳、手动卷曲装置、防火卷帘布和双重密封条，所述防火卷帘布一端通过耐高温线缝合在手动卷曲装置上，所述手动卷曲装置通过轴连接安装在隔热外壳内，所述双重密封条安装在所有开口及连接部分。本发明手动式防火卷帘门，使用者在发现火情后，迅速拉动手柄，带动手动卷曲装置，带动防火卷帘布，手柄卡住末端，由于整个装置的密封性，保证烟雾不会对使用者造成危害，当温度升高，双重密封条受热膨胀，保证填充进所有由于受热而产生的缝隙中，该装置通过材料的选择及结构的设计很好的保护了使用者，造价低廉，结构简单，可以令大多数消费者所接受，保证使用者可以远离火灾的侵害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手动式防火卷帘门。
背景技术
现有技术中，由于火灾具有极强的蔓延性，因而在高楼、小区等住户众多的地区会造成更大的危害，当火灾发生时，烟雾、慌乱、紧张会对人造成二次伤害，既然逃出有着众多隐藏的二次危害，那么在家利用保护措施，等待救援是更加明智的选择，所以需要一款可以将火场与使用者隔离开来，使用简单，结构稳定的产品，本装置在这种情况下应运而生，通过纯机械结构，保证装置随时都能正常运作，保护使用者的人身安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有隔绝烟雾保护使用者功能的手动式防火卷帘门。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种手动式防火卷帘门，包括隔热外壳、手动卷曲装置、防火卷帘布和双重密封条，所述防火卷帘布一端通过耐高温线缝合在手动卷曲装置上，所述手动卷曲装置通过轴连接安装在隔热外壳内，所述双重密封条安装在所有开口及连接部分。
所述隔热外壳采用隔热铝合金隔热外壳。
所述隔热外壳之间的缝隙采用热膨胀密封条密封。
所述手动卷曲装置采用卷簧进行带动。
所述防火卷帘布采用合成硅胶布。
所述双重密封条采用热膨胀石墨及粘合剂混合制成的密封条。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示，手动式防火卷帘门，包括隔热外壳1、手动卷曲装置2、防火卷帘布3和双重密封条4，防火卷帘布3一端通过耐高温线缝合在手动卷曲装置2上，手动卷曲装置2通过轴连接安装在隔热外壳1内，双重密封条4安装在所有开口及连接部分，隔热外壳1采用隔热铝合金隔热外壳，隔热外壳之间的缝隙采用热膨胀密封条密封，手动卷曲装置采用卷簧进行带动，防火卷帘布采用合成硅胶布，双重密封条采用热膨胀石墨及粘合剂混合制成的密封条，采用隔热铝合金保证高温依旧可以使用，双重密封条要求贴合在所有开口及连接部分，贴合程度保证有烟的时候可以隔烟，当温度升高的时候，密封条受热膨胀，以此保证不会因为温度升高，金属外壳受热膨胀导致产生缝隙，装置可以固定放置在住宅门口、窗口、等与外界交换的区域，使用者在发现火情后，迅速拉动手柄，带动手动卷曲装置，带动防火卷帘布，手柄卡住末端，由于整个装置的密封性，保证烟雾不会对使用者造成危害，当温度升高，双重密封条受热膨胀，保证填充进所有由于受热而产生的缝隙中，本装置可以通过定制不同的隔热外壳、防火卷帘布的尺寸，以便适用于不同的住宅小区，该装置通过材料的选择及结构的设计很好的保护了使用者，造价低廉，结构简单，可以令大多数消费者所接受。保护使用者的生命财产安全。

1.一种手动式防火卷帘门，其特征在于：包括隔热外壳、手动卷曲装置、防火卷帘布和双重密封条，所述防火卷帘布一端通过耐高温线缝合在手动卷曲装置上，所述手动卷曲装置通过轴连接安装在隔热外壳内，所述双重密封条安装在所有开口及连接部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动式防火卷帘门，其特征在于：所述隔热外壳采用隔热铝合金隔热外壳。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种手动式防火卷帘门，其特征在于：所述隔热外壳之间的缝隙采用热膨胀密封条密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动式防火卷帘门，其特征在于：所述手动卷曲装置采用卷簧进行带动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动式防火卷帘门，其特征在于：所述防火卷帘布采用合成硅胶布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动式防火卷帘门，其特征在于：所述双重密封条采用热膨胀石墨及粘合剂混合制成的密封条。
