Description

Door lock using mobile device as input interface
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a door lock using a mobile device as an input interface, and more particularly, to a door lock that operates a portable mobile device such as a smart phone, a Tablet Computer (Tablet Computer), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Notebook Computer (Notebook Computer), etc. outside an electric door lock and inputs identification information to execute an unlocking program.
Background
At present, most of locks controlled by electronic means transmit identification data required for unlocking in various wireless ways, for example, a door lock system using a smart card (RFID) needs to be provided with a transmitter outside a door lock, and the transmitter continuously or intermittently transmits a signal to search whether a user holds the smart card to unlock, so the transmitter continuously consumes power. Although a power supply source is provided in a general building, a professional technician is required to perform construction to supply the indoor power source to the electronically controlled lock, and in this case, the construction can be performed in a new building at once during the construction process.
The wireless transmitter of the electronic lock using the battery to provide power can still continuously consume the power of the battery even in a standby state, and the electronic lock may not work normally under the condition of no power, so the lock using the battery to supply power needs to replace the battery frequently, and the convenience of use needs to be improved.
In addition, in an electronic lock, a device for inputting identification data by touching or pressing with a finger, such as a keyboard or a touch screen, is provided on an external operation device installed on the outside of a door, and since such a device is likely to leave traces due to frequent touching or pressing of the same number, there is a problem that identification data may be cracked or stolen according to such traces, which further reduces the security of the electronic lock.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a door lock using a mobile device as an input interface, comprising a latch device, a driving device pre-set to a locking state and coupled to the latch device in a linkage manner, the driving device being capable of setting the latch device to an unlocking state, an inside operating device including a control module and a main memory electrically connected to the control module, the main memory storing at least one authenticated identification data, the control module being electrically connected to the driving device, an outside operating device including a main contact type connection interface electrically connected to the control module, and a mobile device including a processing module and a contact type connection interface electrically connected to the processing module and an input device, the mobile device further including a battery module electrically connected to the processing module, the contact type connection interface being detachably electrically connected to or not electrically connected to the main contact type connection interface of the outside operating device And (6) connecting.
In a state where the contact type connection interface of the action device is not electrically connected to the main contact type connection interface of the outside operation device, the latch device is in a locked state, and the action device does not execute an identification program and does not execute a power supply program, does not allow input of identification data to be judged to the control module using the input device, and does not supply power to the control module, in a state where the contact type connection interface of the action device is detachably electrically connected to the main contact type connection interface of the outside operation device, the action device executes the identification program and the power supply program, allows input of identification data to be judged to the control module using the input device, supplies power of the battery module to the control module through the contact type connection interface and the main contact type connection interface, and in a state where the control module recognizes that the identification data to be judged does not coincide with the authenticated identification data stored in the main memory, the control module does not output a signal to the driving device, the latch device is kept in a locked state, and the control module outputs a signal to the driving device to set the latch device in an unlocked state when the control module identifies that the identification data to be judged is consistent with the authenticated identification data stored in the main memory.
The door lock provided by the invention does not have a power supply source, and the power required by the door lock during operation is provided by the mobile device electrically connected with the outside operating device, so that the problem that the door lock cannot operate because the battery is not charged in the traditional door lock using the battery as the power supply source can be solved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
The present invention will be more clearly understood from the detailed description of illustrative embodiments of the invention taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

The latch device 20 is operatively coupled to a drive device 24 driven by electricity, and the drive device 24 is operatively coupled to the latch locking mechanism 22 such that the latch device 20 is set to the unlocked state. The driving device 24 may be a motor or a solenoid valve.
The door lock 10 further includes an inside operating device 34 mounted on an inside face 72 of the door 66 and an outside operating device 28 mounted on an outside face 70 of the door 66. The outboard operating device 28 includes an outboard unlatching mechanism 30 that is drivingly coupled to the latch 26 and the locking mechanism 22, respectively, and the outboard operating device 28 further includes a main contact interface 32 that is exposed. The outer unlatching mechanism 30 may be an outer handle and components moving or linking with the outer handle, and the main contact interface 32 may be a conventional Universal serial bus (Universal serial bus).
The latch device 20 is normally set in the locked state by the locking mechanism 22 and the outside unlatching mechanism 30, and more specifically, when the latch device 20 is in the locked state, the latch 26 is not allowed to move from the latched position to the unlatched position by the outside unlatching mechanism 30 of the outside operating device 28. The locking mechanism 22 may be a mechanism that prevents the outer handle of the outside release mechanism 30 from pivoting, and when the latch device 20 is set to the locked state, the locking mechanism 22 locks the outer handle of the outside release mechanism 30, and when the latch device 20 is set to the unlocked state, the locking mechanism 22 releases the outer handle of the outside release mechanism 30.
The inside operating device 34 includes an inside unlatching mechanism 36 coupled to the latch 26, the inside operating device 34 further includes a control module 38, and an authentication module 39 electrically connected to the control module 38, a main memory 40 and a delay module 43, the control module 38 is electrically connected to the main contact interface 32, the main memory 40 can store at least one set of authenticated identification data, the delay module 43 is configured to set a delay time, and the delay module 43 starts counting down the delay time, which may be 5 seconds to 30 seconds, and is preferably 10 seconds, when the latch device 20 is set to the unlocked state.
The authentication module 39 may include a button built into the inside operating device 34 or exposed outside the inside operating device 34, and the button is pressed to activate the authentication module 39 to drive the control module 38 to execute the login identification data program or to release the login identification data program, so that the main memory 40 is allowed to store the identification data to be determined as the authenticated identification data when the login identification data authentication program is executed, and the main memory 40 is not allowed to store the identification data to be determined as the authenticated identification data when the login identification data program is released.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4 of the first embodiment of the present invention, the mobile device 50 further includes a processing module 51, and the mobile device 50 further includes an input device 52 electrically connected to the processing module 51, a battery module 54 and a contact interface 56. The contact connection interface 56 is a Universal Serial Bus (Universal Serial Bus) that can be removably electrically connected to the main contact connection interface 32. The mobile device 50 may be a smart phone, a tablet Computer (tablet Computer), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), or a Notebook Computer (notewood Computer). The input device 52 may be at least one of a fingerprint recognition device, a touch screen, an iris recognition device, a voice recognition device, and a finger vein recognition device.
For convenience of explanation, assuming that the door 66 is closed and the latch device 20 of the door lock 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is in the predetermined locked state, the latch device 20 is kept in the locked state without the contact interface 56 of the mobile device 50 being electrically connected to the main contact interface 32 of the outside operating device 28, and the latch 26 cannot be moved from the latched position to the unlatched position by operating the outside unlatching mechanism 30 of the outside operating device 28, and thus cannot enter the inside from the outside of the door 66, but the latch device 20 can be moved from the latched position to the unlatched position by using the inside unlatching mechanism 36 of the inside operating device 34, and thus can be directly moved from the inside to the outside of the door 66 even if the latch device 20 is set to the locked state.
When the door lock 10 is used for the first time, the authenticated identification data is not registered in the main memory 40 of the inner operation device 34, and thus the latch device 20 cannot be operated to the unlocked state by using the mobile device 50. It is therefore first necessary to electrically connect the contact connection interface 56 of the mobile device 50 with the main contact connection interface 32 of the external operating device 28, the pass program of the mobile device 50 is operated to execute the authentication program and the power supply program, the battery module 54 of the mobile device 50 supplies all the power required for the operation of the door lock 10, the control module 38 starts to operate, the authentication module 39 is further operated to make the control module 38 enter the login identification data program, and in addition, the input device 52 of the mobile device 50 is allowed to input an identification data to be judged and transmit the identification data to the control module 38 in the state that the mobile device 50 executes the authentication program, in a state where the control module 38 executes the login identification data program, the control module 38 stores the received identification data to be judged in the main memory 40 as authenticated identification data, thus completing the login procedure of the authenticated identification data.
The program for controlling the control module 38 to be controlled to be the un-login identification data program by the login identification data process may be configured such that the control module 38 switches to the un-login identification data program by itself after the main memory 40 logs in an authenticated identification data. Alternatively, the authentication module 39 may be operated again in a state where the control module 38 executes the login identification data program, the control module 38 executes the logout cancellation identification data authentication program, and in a case where the control module 38 executes the logout cancellation identification data program, the identification data to be determined transmitted from the mobile device 50 is not allowed to be stored in the main memory 40.
In order to enter the door 66 from the outside to the inside in a state where at least one authenticated identification data is stored in the main memory 40 of the inside operating device 34, the contact interface 56 of the mobile device 50 needs to be electrically connected to the main contact interface 32 of the outside operating device 28, so that the pass program in the mobile device 50 operates to execute an authentication program and a power supply program (without the authentication module 39), thereby allowing the input device 52 of the mobile device 50 to input an identification data to be determined to the control module 38.
If the control module 38 compares the identification data to be determined with at least one authenticated identification data in the main memory 40, the control module 38 outputs an unlock signal to the driving device 24, the driving device 24 drives the locking mechanism 22 to cause the latch device 20 to be temporarily set to the unlocked state, the contact interface 56 of the mobile device 50 can be separated from the main contact interface 32 of the outside operating device 28 if the latch device 20 is temporarily set to the unlocked state, and the outside unlatching mechanism 30 of the outside operating device 28 is allowed to be used to move the latch 26 from the latched position to the unlatched position, further the door 66 can be opened, and after the outside unlatching mechanism 30 of the outside operating device 28 is operated to move the latch 26 from the latched position to the unlatched position, the control module 38 outputs a lock signal to the driving device 24, the driving device 24 is linked with the locking mechanism 22 to set the latch device 20 to the locked state, thus, the outer release mechanism 30 of the outer operating device 28 cannot move the latch 26 from the latched position to the unlatched position.
In addition, after the latch device 20 is set to the unlocked state, no matter whether the outside unlatching mechanism 30 of the outside operating device 28 is operated to move the latch 26 from the unlatched position to the unlatched position or not, the delay module 43 starts to count down the delay time, the latch device 20 remains in the unlocked state until the delay time is counted down, after the delay time is counted down, the control module 38 outputs a lock signal to the driving device 24, the driving device 24 controls the operation of the locking mechanism 22 to set the latch device 20 to the locked state, and therefore, if the delay time is counted down, the latch device 20 is still set to the locked state without moving the latch 26 from the unlatched position to the unlatched position.
When the door 66 is to be opened from the inner side surface 72 of the door 66, the operation of the inner release mechanism 36 is not restricted by the locking mechanism 22, and therefore, the inner release mechanism 36 is directly operated from the inside of the door 66 to move the latch 26 from the latched position to the unlatched position to open the door 66 regardless of whether the latch device 20 is set to the locked state or the unlocked state.
The door lock 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention does not provide a power supply source by itself, and the power required for the operation of the door lock 10 is provided by the operation unit 50 electrically connected to the outside operating unit 28, so that the problem that the door lock cannot be operated due to the power failure of the battery in the conventional door lock using the battery as the power supply source can be solved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
The present invention can be modified in addition to the door lock 10 of the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, as shown in fig. 5, the door lock 10 of the second embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the door lock 10 of the second embodiment is substantially the same as the door lock 10 of the first embodiment, and the difference between the two embodiments is that the inside operating device 34 of the door lock 10 of the second embodiment further includes a main battery module 42 as a power supply source and a charging module 44 electrically connected to the main battery module 42. In addition, since the inner operating device 34 is provided with the main battery module 42 and the charging module 44, the power supply program is not executed by the pass program installed in the mobile device 50.
Assuming that the door 66 is closed and the latch device 20 is set to the locked state, when the door 66 is opened from the outside of the door 66, the contact connection interface 56 of the mobile device 50 is electrically connected to the main contact connection interface 32 of the outside operation device 28, the pass program of the mobile device 50 operates to execute the authentication program, and the charging module 44 of the inside operation device 34 detects the remaining power of the main battery module 42, if the remaining power of the main battery module 42 is sufficient, the control module 38 does not output any signal to the electrically connected mobile device 50, the mobile device 50 is kept in the state of executing only the authentication program, if the charging module 44 detects that the remaining power of the main battery module 42 is insufficient, the charging module 44 outputs a charging signal to the mobile device 50, and the mobile device 50 executes both the authentication program and the charging program, and in the case that the mobile device 50 executes the charging program, the battery module 54 of the mobile device 50 charges the main battery module 42 through the charging module 44 and provides power required for the operation of the door lock 10.
It should be particularly noted that the charging module 44 detects that the power of the main battery module 42 is insufficient, which is not only that the power remaining in the main battery module 42 is insufficient to operate the door lock 10, and the matching between the charging module 44 and the main battery module 42 may also be determined that the power is insufficient after the remaining power of the main battery module 42 is reduced to a certain degree, for example, when the remaining power of the main battery module 42 is reduced to below 50% of the saturation voltage, the charging module 44 may determine that the remaining power of the main battery module 42 is insufficient, so that the main battery module 42 may be charged in a state where the mobile device 50 executes a charging program, so that the main battery module 42 may gradually rise, and further, when the charging module 44 detects that the power of the main battery module 42 reaches 80% of the saturation voltage, the charging module 44 may output a charging stop signal to the mobile device 50, the mobile device 50 stops executing the charging process.
When the identification data to be determined input by the action device 50 matches any authenticated identification data in the main memory 40 of the inner operation device 34, the latch device 20 is set to the unlocked state, and the outer unlatching mechanism 30 is allowed to be operated to move the latch 26 from the unlatched position to the unlatched position. If the input identification data to be determined does not match all the authenticated identification data of the main memory 40 of the inner operating device 34, the latch device 20 is kept in the locked state and the outer unlatching mechanism 30 is not allowed to operate to move the latch 26 from the unlatched position to the unlatched position.
The door lock 10 of the second embodiment of the present invention is advantageous in that the inside operating device 34 is provided with the main battery module 42, so that the mobile device 50 can be removed from the outside operating device 28 before the outside unlatching mechanism 30 is operated to move the latch 26 from the unlatched position to the unlatched position when the latch device 20 is set to the unlocked state, because the power of the inside operating device 34 is not directly supplied by the mobile device 50, so that the driving device 24 can continuously operate to maintain the unlocked state of the latch device 20 until the latch 26 moves from the latched position to the unlatched position or the delay module 43 counts down the delay time to end the driving device 24 to link the locking mechanism 22 to set the latch device 20 to the locked state.
The advantage of the charging module 44 provided in the door lock 10 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is that if the main battery module 42 is low in power, the main battery module can be directly charged by the mobile device 50 electrically connected to the external operating device 28, so that the problem that the door lock operated by using power cannot be operated due to the low battery power can be effectively solved.
The present invention further provides a door lock 10 as shown in fig. 6, in which the inside operating device 34 of the door lock 10 of the third embodiment does not include the main memory 40, but the inside operating device 34 of the door lock 10 of the third embodiment includes a network module 46 electrically connected to the control module 38, the door lock 10 further includes a management server 48 connected to the network module 46 of the inside operating device 34, and the management server 48 and the network module 46 of the inside operating device 34 can be connected to each other through one of a wired network, a wireless network, the internet, or a Global System for mobile Communications (Global System for mobile Communications).
Since the inside operating device 34 of the door lock 10 of the third embodiment does not have the main memory 40, when the authentication module 39 executes the login identification data program, the identification data to be determined retrieved by the input device 52 of the mobile device 50 is transmitted to the management server 48 via the control module 38 via the network module 46 to be stored as the authenticated identification data, and after the authentication module 39 executes the logout identification data releasing program, the management server 48 is not allowed to store the identification data to be determined as the authenticated identification data.
Assuming that the door 66 is closed and the latch device 20 is set to the locked state, when the door 66 is opened from the outside of the door 66, the contact connection interface 56 of the mobile device 50 is electrically connected to the main contact connection interface 32 of the outside operation device 28, the pass program of the mobile device 50 operates to execute the authentication program, the identification data to be determined input via the input device 52 is transmitted to the management server 48 through the control module 38 by using the network module 46, if the management server 48 recognizes that the identification data to be determined matches any one of the authenticated identification data in the management server 48, the management server 48 drives the control module 38 to output an unlocking signal, so that the driving device 24 operates to interlock the locking mechanism 22, so that the latch device 20 is set to the unlocked state, if the management server 48 recognizes that the identification data to be determined does not match any one of the authenticated identification data in the management server 48, the management server 48 does not drive the control module 38 and further the control module 38 does not output any signal to the drive means 24 and further the latching means 20 remains in the locked state.
Although the door lock 10 according to the third embodiment of the present invention employs the network module 46 and the management server 48 to be online, the network module 46 may be configured to start working only when the contact-type connection interface 56 of the mobile device 50 is electrically connected to the main contact-type connection interface 32 of the external operating device 28, so as to greatly reduce the burden of the main battery module 42, and further achieve the effect of saving power.
The outer operating device 28 of the door lock 10 of each embodiment of the present invention is not provided with a fingerprint capturing device, a numeric keypad, or a touch screen, for example.
In addition, the door lock 10 according to the embodiments of the present invention is electrically connected to the contact connection interface 56 of the mobile device 50 by using the main contact connection interface 32, so that a wireless transmission module that needs to continuously or intermittently transmit signals is not used, and thus the power consumption of the door lock 10 can be saved, and even when the door lock 10 uses the main battery module 42 to supply power as in the second and third embodiments of the present invention, the power consumption of the main battery module 42 can be greatly reduced because the wireless transmission module is not used to connect with the mobile device 50.
While the basic teachings of the present invention have been described, numerous extensions and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. For example, the inner operating device 34 of the door lock 10 of the first embodiment may not include the delay module 43, and since the door lock 10 of the first embodiment has no power supply source, when the door 66 is removed from the mobile device 50 when the mobile device 50 is set to the unlocked state by operating the latch device 20 using the mobile device 50, the driving device 24 of the latch device 20 cannot continuously maintain the state of the locking mechanism 22 without power supply, so that the locking mechanism 22 can be reset using the spring bias, and thus the latch device 20 can be maintained in the locked state when the mobile device 50 is not electrically connected to the outer operating device 28 without the delay module 43.
As the present invention disclosed in the specification may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or general characteristics thereof, and it is noted that some of these specific forms have been set forth, the embodiments disclosed in the specification should be considered as illustrative and not restrictive. The scope of the invention is indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are intended to be embraced therein.
