本发明公开了一种阻隔热辐射型建筑用隔热保温涂料,其原料组分按重量份计,具体包括:合成乳液30‑40份﹑水15‑20份﹑丙二醇1‑2.5份﹑乙二醇0.5‑1.5份﹑醇酯‑12 0.5‑1.5份﹑钛白粉10‑20份﹑高岭土2‑3份﹑流平剂0.5‑1份﹑增稠剂1‑2份﹑润湿剂0.1‑1份﹑pH调节剂0.1‑1份﹑无机复合气凝胶1‑3份﹑云母粉1‑2份﹑硫酸钡1‑3份﹑氧化锌5‑7份﹑氢氧化铝5‑8份﹑氯化镁5‑8份,采用搅拌,研磨,过滤制得。本发明施工方法简单,绿色环保对环境无污染,由于添加了各种金属和非金属粉末,即使涂料添加了颜色也具有很好的阻隔热辐射作用,不但能有效阻隔太阳光和近红外光同时也能有效阻隔中红外和远红外光达到很好的隔热保温效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑墙体材料节能技术领域,具体说是一种具有阻隔热辐射功能的阻隔热辐射型建筑用隔热保温涂料。
背景技术
隔热涂料在最近几年日趋发展,目前国家现有标准和已经发展成熟的产品都冠名为建筑反射隔热涂料,该类涂料只对太阳光等可见光波段有反射作用晚上不起作用,冬季还有反作用。因此反射隔热涂料不能在一年四季及夜晚起到有效的隔热保温作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种不但能阻隔近红外,而且能有效阻隔中﹑远红外光的全波段阻隔热辐射型建筑用隔热保温涂料。该建筑用隔热保温涂料以阻隔热辐射达到隔热保温目的。也就是说在涂层的两面,以通过涂层一面降低对热辐射的吸收量,减小涂层两面的温度差,而温度差的大小又影响热流量的大小,涂层两面的温差越小通过涂层热交换的量越少。当建筑外墙涂刷阻隔热辐射型建筑用隔热保温涂料后,夏季室内温度低,室外温度高,涂层降低该面的热辐射吸收量、降低涂层该面温度以减少外部热量通过;反之冬季室内温度高,室外温度低而热辐射的传递又不需要任何介质,当热辐射直接穿透墙体到达涂层时,涂层可减少涂层另一面的热辐射吸收量,降低涂层该面的温度来减少热量跑出室外,使热辐射能量继续停留在室内维持室内温度,达到隔热保温目的。
实施本发明目的的具体技术方案是:
一种阻隔热辐射型建筑用隔热保温涂料,按重量份计,其原料组分包括:
合成乳液 30-40份,
水 15-20份,
丙二醇 1-2.5份,
乙二醇 0.5-1.5份,
醇酯-12 0.5-1.5份,
钛白粉 10-20份,
高岭土 2-3份,
流平剂 0.5-1份,
增稠剂 1-2份,
润湿剂 0.1-1份,
PH调节剂 0.1-1份,
无机复合气凝胶 1-3份,
云母粉 1-2份,
硫酸钡 1-3份,
氧化锌 5-7份,
氢氧化铝 5-8份,
氯化镁 5-8份,
所述阻隔热辐射型建筑用保温隔热涂料采用包括下列步骤的方法制得:
1)按比例在水中加入丙二醇﹑乙二醇﹑醇酯-12﹑钛白粉﹑高岭土﹑流平剂﹑增稠剂﹑润湿剂﹑PH调节剂﹑无机复合气凝胶﹑云母粉﹑硫酸钡﹑氧化锌﹑氢氧化铝﹑氯化镁高速分散2小时后经砂磨机研磨制得白色稀浆混合体。
2)将研磨制得白色稀浆混合体注入搅拌反应釜中添加合成乳液搅拌1小时经配色后注入过滤机过滤经灌装机装桶制得所述阻隔热辐射型建筑用隔热保温涂料。
所述合成乳液为纯丙烯酸乳液或硅丙烯酸乳液。
本发明施工方法简单,绿色环保对环境无污染,由于添加了各种金属和非金属粉末,即使涂料添加了颜色也具有很好的阻隔热辐射作用,不但能有效阻隔太阳光和近红外光同时也能有效阻隔中红外和远红外光达到很好的隔热保温效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1(各组分以重量份计)
1)在18份水中加入丙二醇1份﹑乙二醇0.5份﹑醇酯-121份﹑钛白粉20份﹑高岭土2份﹑流平剂0.5份﹑增稠剂1.5份﹑润湿剂0.2份﹑pH调节剂0.2份﹑无机复合气凝胶3份﹑云母粉2份﹑硫酸钡3份﹑氧化锌6份﹑氢氧化铝5份﹑氯化镁8份,在分散机内转速2000转,分散2小时后,经砂磨机研磨制得白色稀浆混合体;
2)将研磨制得的白色稀浆混合体注入搅拌反应釜中添加纯丙烯酸乳液35份,搅拌1小时经配色后注入过滤机过滤,经灌装机装桶,制得所述阻隔热辐射型建筑用隔热保温涂料。
取实施例1制得的涂料,涂覆于室外墙壁(厚度≤0.5mm),保持室内与室外温差在50℃左右,采用<<居住建筑节能检测标准>>JGJ/T132-2009方法进行现场实测,测得墙体的传热系数在0.12-0.15,而普通涂料在同一测试环境下测得墙体的传热系数在0.35-0.37;可以看出,本发明能有效降低墙体传热系数,能起到优良的保温隔热作用。

1.一种阻隔热辐射型建筑用隔热保温涂料,其特征在于按重量份计,该涂料的原料组分包括:
合成乳液 30-40份,
水 15-20份,
丙二醇 1-2.5份,
乙二醇 0.5-1.5份,
醇酯-12 0.5-1.5份,
钛白粉 10-20份,
高岭土 2-3份,
流平剂 0.5-1份,
增稠剂 1-2份,
润湿剂 0.1-1份,
pH调节剂 0.1-1份,
无机复合气凝胶 1-3份,
云母粉 1-2份,
硫酸钡 1-3份,
氧化锌 5-7份,
氢氧化铝 5-8份,
氯化镁 5-8份,
按下列步骤制得:
步骤1:按比例在水中加入丙二醇﹑乙二醇﹑醇酯-12﹑钛白粉﹑高岭土﹑流平剂﹑增稠剂﹑润湿剂﹑pH调节剂﹑无机复合气凝胶﹑云母粉﹑硫酸钡﹑氧化锌﹑氢氧化铝﹑氯化镁,以1800-2000转/分钟的转速分散1-2小时后,经砂磨机研磨制得白色稀浆混合体;
步骤2:将研磨制得的白色稀浆混合体注入搅拌反应釜中添加合成乳液搅拌0.5-1小时,注入过滤机过滤,经灌装机装桶,制得所述阻隔热辐射型建筑用隔热保温涂料;其中,所述合成乳液为纯丙烯酸乳液或硅丙烯酸乳液。
