The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a mounting structure of a passenger foot massage apparatus includes a vehicle interior floor 1 and a vehicle seat 3 mounted on the vehicle interior floor 1, the vehicle seat 3 may be a rear seat or a front seat. A seat support 4 is supported between the vehicle seat 3 and the vehicle interior floor 1, and specifically, the seat support 4 is either a part of the vehicle interior floor 1, formed by the vehicle interior floor 1 protruding upward, or a part of the vehicle seat 3, which is fixedly connected to the seat cushion 31 of the vehicle seat 3.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, a swing conveying mechanism 5 is provided on the floor 1 in the vehicle, and a foot massage device 2 is mounted on the swing conveying mechanism 5, wherein the foot massage device 2 can swing between a first stop position and a second stop position under the driving of the swing conveying mechanism 5. When the foot massage apparatus 2 is positioned at the first stop position, the foot massage apparatus 2 is accommodated on the seat support 4, so that the space in the vehicle is not additionally occupied, and the activities of passengers in the vehicle are not influenced; when the foot massage apparatus 2 is located at the second stop position, the foot massage apparatus 2 is disposed on the floor 1 in the vehicle in front of the vehicle seat 3, so as to provide the foot massage function for passengers, relieve fatigue, and effectively improve riding comfort.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the seat support 4 has a recess 41 for receiving the foot massage apparatus 2 therein, and the recess 41 extends upward to the front end of the seat cushion 31 of the car seat 3. By the design of the concave cavity 41, the foot massage apparatus 2 in the storage state does not occupy extra space in the vehicle and is reliably fixed by the concave cavity 41, and the concave cavity 41 extends upwards to the seat cushion 31, so that the area of the concave cavity 41 can be enlarged as much as possible on the premise of not influencing the riding feeling of passengers, and the foot massage apparatus 2 with larger volume and more functions can be adopted.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the swing conveying mechanism 5 includes a mounting bracket 51, a swing arm 52 and a driving assembly 53, wherein the mounting bracket 51 is located below the vehicle interior floor 1, the swing arm 52 is hinged on the mounting bracket 51 and can swing under the driving of the driving assembly 53, and the foot massage apparatus 2 is connected to the outer end of the swing arm 52 after passing through the vehicle interior floor 1. Specifically, the driving assembly 53 includes a sector gear 531, a worm 532, and an actuating motor 533, the worm 532 is rotatably mounted on the mounting bracket 51 and can rotate under the driving of the actuating motor 533, a pin 54 is rotatably mounted on the mounting bracket 51, and the swing arm 52 and the sector gear 531 are coaxially fixed on the pin 54, wherein the sector gear 531 is engaged with a spiral portion of the worm 532. The executing motor 533 drives the worm 532 to rotate, the worm 532 drives the fan tooth 531 to rotate, the fan tooth 531 drives the pin shaft 54 to rotate, and the swinging arm 52 and the pin shaft 54 synchronously rotate, so that the foot massage apparatus 2 is driven by the swinging arm 52 to rotate and reciprocate between the first position and the second position. It should be noted that the actuator motor 533 and the worm 532 are connected through a speed reducer 534, and the speed reducer 534 may be a gear speed reducing structure, a worm gear speed reducing structure, or other similar structures, and the swing angle of the foot massage apparatus 2 can be controlled more precisely through the speed reducer 534.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the floor 1 has a relief opening 11 adapted to the swing arm 52, that is, the outer end of the swing arm 52 passes through the relief opening 11 and is fixedly connected with the foot massage device 2. The relief opening 11 extends in the projection direction of the swing arm 52 on the vehicle interior floor 1 so as not to interfere with the swing of the swing arm 52. A sliding link plate 6 for shielding the abdication opening 11 is mounted on the vehicle interior floor 1, the sliding link plate 6 can slide along the projection direction of the swing arm 52 on the vehicle interior floor 1, specifically, two opposite sliding grooves 7 are mounted on the vehicle interior floor 1 at two sides of the abdication opening 11, and two outer edges of the sliding link plate 6 are respectively slidably embedded into the corresponding sliding grooves 7. The swing arm 52 passes through the sliding chain plate 6, the sliding chain plate 6 can be driven to slide along the chute 7 through the swing of the swing arm 52, the swing arm 52 swings anyway, and part of the sliding chain plate 6 can completely shield the abdication opening 11, so that the effects of attractive appearance and decoration are achieved, foreign matters can be prevented from entering, and the operation reliability of the swing conveying mechanism 5 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the mounting bracket 51 may move along a horizontal plane direction relative to the floor 1 in the vehicle, specifically, the mounting bracket 51 is mounted on the vehicle frame or the floor 1 in the vehicle through a two-dimensional linear module or other similar translation mechanism (sliding rail, etc.), so that the foot massage apparatus 2 is more flexible and suitable for passengers with different sizes and positions.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the foot massage apparatus 2 includes a cover 21, a mounting box 22, and a massage assembly 23. The mounting box 22 is of a box-shaped structure with an opening at the upper part and is embedded into the corresponding accommodating cavity 11, the massage component 23 is mounted in the mounting box 22, the box cover 21 is mounted on the mounting box 22 in an openable and closable manner, specifically, the box cover 21 is hinged to the upper edge corresponding to the front end of the mounting box 22, and the design is convenient for the feet of a passenger to extend into for use, so that the convenience and comfort of using the foot massage device 2 by the passenger in the vehicle are effectively improved.
The foot massage apparatus 2 is a single module, and is detachably mounted on the swing arm 52, and different foot massage apparatuses 2 have different functions, so that the occupant can conveniently replace the foot massage apparatuses 2 having different massage functions according to his own needs. In this embodiment, the foot massage apparatus 2 includes two foot sleeves 231 and two massage heads 232, each of the massage heads 232 is located below the middle of the corresponding foot sleeve 231, and has convex points 232a protruding upward and distributed in an array, and a plurality of air bags 233 are respectively disposed on each of the foot sleeves 231, and each of the air bags 233 is communicated with the air pipe 24 on the mounting box 22. Specifically, the top and bottom of each of the foot covers 231 have one and two air bags 233, respectively, the two air bags 233 at the bottom of each of the shoe covers 231 are located in front of and behind the corresponding massage heads 232, respectively, and the bottom of each of the massage heads 232 is provided with an air bag 233. Through each air bag 233 and the massage head 232, the above design realizes the sole massage function, can obviously stimulate the reflecting areas of each sole part, so that the blood circulation is smooth, the waste and toxin accumulated in the body are removed, and the metabolism of the human body is normal. Wherein, the effect of kneading foot can be effectively simulated by the air bag 233, and the effect of acupressure and plantar acupoint pressing can be effectively simulated by the convex points 232a on the massage head 232.
