The outer cover 1 is provided with a placing hole, and the inside of the placing hole is provided with a mesh cloth 22 so as to prevent the kneading component and the scraping component from causing uncomfortable feeling due to overlarge friction force between soles. In order to be convenient for fix the sole, an air bag can be arranged on the outer cover 1 to perform pneumatic massage, so that the feet are clamped, and the massage comfort is effectively enhanced. Of course, in other embodiments, it is also possible to provide a cushion pad or other forms of cushioning devices, which are within the scope of the present invention.
In one embodiment, the base 14 is provided with a plurality of guide grooves for positioning in the circumferential direction, and the outer cover 1 is provided with guide bosses for being matched with the guide grooves.
In order to facilitate the installation of the base 14 and the outer cover 1, guiding grooves are provided in the circumferential direction of the base 14, preferably, the guiding grooves can be uniformly provided in the circumferential direction of the base 14, and guiding bosses matched with the guiding grooves are provided on the outer cover 1, so that the two are convenient to install and position, and the positioning mode can be selected according to the needs in other embodiments.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the transmission member includes a worm 20 fixedly connected with the power device, a worm wheel 18 meshed with the worm 20, and a kneading gear 16 meshed with the worm wheel 18, the kneading gear 16 is fixedly connected with the kneading shaft 3, and the worm wheel 18 is provided with a worm wheel shaft 19 fixed to the movement lower cover 8.
The worm 20 is fixedly connected with the power device, generally, the worm wheel 18 is meshed with the worm 20 through a fixing pin to reduce speed, the kneading gear 16 is meshed with the worm wheel 18 to realize power transmission, and further the kneading shaft 3 fixedly connected with the kneading gear 16 is driven to rotate, so that the kneading shaft 3 drives the kneading turntable 21 to rotate, and effective driving of the kneading turntable 21 is realized.
It will be appreciated that, in order to achieve kneading and scraping of the left and right feet, the above kneading components and scraping components may be respectively disposed on both sides of the worm 20, and the kneading and scraping modes thereof are symmetrical with each other, and the principle and framework are consistent. Namely, the kneading and scraping of the left foot and the right foot are respectively realized through the worm 20 and the kneading gear 16 which are arranged at the two sides of the worm 20. Specifically, the power device can be specifically a motor 15, and the arrangement mode enables the kneading and scraping of the left foot and the right foot to be realized through the single motor 15, so that the device is low in cost, simple in structure and convenient to realize.
Further, a sliding rail for sliding the scraping head 6 on the lower cover 8 of the movement is arranged on the lower cover 8 of the movement, a second eccentric shaft is arranged on the kneading gear 16, a connecting rod 4 with one end hinged with the second eccentric shaft is arranged on the second eccentric shaft, and the other end of the connecting rod 4 is hinged with the scraping head 6 to drive the scraping head 6 to slide on the sliding rail.
As described above, a boss may be disposed on the lower cover 8 of the movement, a scraping head pressing bar 5 and a sliding groove are disposed on the boss, and a sliding rail is disposed on the scraping head 6 to realize sliding of the scraping head 6 on the lower cover 8 of the movement, which is only a preferred embodiment, and other technical solutions capable of achieving the above objective may be disposed in other embodiments, which are all within the scope of the present invention. In order to realize the linkage of the scraping assembly, a second eccentric shaft is arranged on the kneading gear 16, one end of the connecting rod 4 is hinged with the second eccentric shaft, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the scraping head 6, under the action of the second eccentric shaft of the kneading gear 16, when the kneading gear 16 rotates, the connecting rod 4 is flapped, and is constrained by the straight line of the guide rail chute, the connecting rod 4 pulls the scraping head 6 to move back and forth along the groove direction, so that the scraping motion of the kneading assembly is realized.
Further, the kneading rotary table 21 is arranged above the upper cover 2 of the machine core, and the kneading shaft 3 penetrates through the upper cover 2 of the machine core and is fixedly connected with the kneading rotary table 21.
In order to protect the transmission parts and prevent sundries or other devices from falling to affect movement, the components are arranged between the upper core cover 2 and the lower core cover 8, the kneading rotary disc 21 is arranged above the upper core cover 2, and the kneading shaft 3 penetrates through the upper core cover 2 and is fixedly connected with the upper core cover 2, generally, the components can be connected through threads or other forms of fixed connection, and the details are not repeated here.
Specifically, the power device is arranged on the lower cover 8 of the machine core, and the upper cover 2 of the machine core is provided with a heat dissipation hole for heat dissipation of the power device.
The power device may be disposed in the middle of the lower cover 8 of the movement, so that kneading scraping assemblies are disposed on the left and right sides of the lower cover, which is, of course, only a preferred embodiment, and in order to facilitate heat dissipation of the power device, heat dissipation holes are disposed in the upper cover 2 of the movement, and in other embodiments, ventilation holes or other heat dissipation devices may be disposed to dissipate heat, which is within the scope of the present invention.
In a specific embodiment, a motor 15 is fixed on a lower cover 8 of the movement, the motor 15 and a worm 20 are connected through a fixing pin, the motor 15 drives the worm 20 to rotate at a high speed after being powered, a worm wheel 18 is sleeved on a worm wheel shaft 19 fixed on the lower cover 8 of the movement, the worm 20 and the worm wheel 18 are meshed to form a worm and worm wheel matched speed reducing mechanism, so that the worm wheel 18 is driven to rotate, a kneading gear 16 is fixed on a kneading shaft 3 through a cylindrical pin 17, the worm wheel 18 is a duplex gear and is meshed with the kneading gear 16, the kneading shaft 3 and the kneading gear 16 are driven to rotate, a kneading turntable 21 is fixed on the kneading shaft 3 through a gasket machine screw, and the kneading turntable 21 rotates to generate kneading scraping motion;
the second eccentric shaft of the kneading gear 16 is connected with a hole column of the connecting rod 4, the other end of the connecting rod 4 is connected with a hole column of the scraping head 6, sliding rails are arranged at the left side and the right side of the scraping head 6, under the action of the second eccentric shaft of the kneading gear 16, the scraping head 6 is pulled by the pull rod to realize scraping motion back and forth along the groove direction under the linear constraint of the sliding grooves of the guide rails.
The kneading shaft 3 is provided with a kneading gear 16, the lower end of the kneading shaft 3 is provided with an extending end, the extending end is provided with a flat position, the walking transition gear 13 is fixedly matched with the extending end of the lower part of the kneading shaft 3, so that the walking transition gear 13 is synchronously driven while the kneading shaft 3 rotates and drives the kneading gear 16 of the kneading scraping assembly, the axial movement of the walking transition gear 13 is limited by a gasket machine tooth screw, the plane rotation of the walking transition gear 13 is ensured, the eccentric wheel shaft 10 is also provided with a flat position, the eccentric wheel shaft 10 is fixed on a lower shell of the machine core through the shaft gland 9, the extending end of the eccentric wheel shaft 10 is arranged to the bottom of the lower shell of the machine core, the eccentric gear 12 is arranged on the eccentric wheel shaft 10, the walking transition gear 13 is meshed with the eccentric gear 12, the walking transition gear 13 rotates under the running transition gear 13, a first eccentric shaft hole column of the eccentric gear 12 is movably connected with one end of the walking pull rod 11, the base 14 is provided with a rigid cylinder, one end of the rigid cylinder is integrally connected with the base 14 as a rigid cylinder hole column on the base 14, one end of the walking pull rod 11 is movably connected with the rigid cylinder hole column on the base 14, the right and left side and right side of the base 14 is provided with a guide groove 7 in the direction of the lower side of the rolling scraping assembly, and the front and back and forth direction of the lower guide groove is formed by the rolling scraping assembly.
The device drives the walking drawing component through the kneading scraping component of the single motor 15, so that the kneading scraping machine core component carries out large-area kneading scraping on soles on the guide rail of the base 14, has simple structure and low cost, effectively massages sole acupoints, and improves the blood circulation and metabolism of the body.

The leg and foot massage system is characterized by comprising a power device, a machine core assembly for kneading scraping, wherein the machine core assembly comprises a machine core upper cover (2) and a machine core lower cover (8) which are used for being installed, a scraping assembly and a kneading assembly connected with the power device:
the kneading assembly comprises a transmission part connected with the power device, a kneading shaft (3) arranged on the lower cover (8) of the machine core and a kneading rotary table (21) connected with the kneading shaft (3), wherein the kneading shaft (3) is fixedly connected with the transmission part and the kneading rotary table (21) respectively so as to drive the kneading rotary table (21) to rotate;
the scraping assembly comprises a scraping head (6) which is slidably arranged on the lower cover (8) of the machine core, and the scraping head (6) is connected with the transmission piece so as to be driven by the transmission piece to slide along the lower cover (8) of the machine core to scrape the sole;
the device also comprises a base (14) arranged below the lower cover (8) of the movement, wherein a sliding rail is arranged on the base (14), and the lower cover (8) of the movement is in sliding connection with the base (14) through the sliding rail;
the kneading shaft (3) is communicated with one end of the machine core lower cover (8) and fixedly connected with a walking transition gear (13), a walking pull rod (11) and an eccentric gear (12) meshed with the walking transition gear (13) are arranged in the base (14), one end of the walking pull rod (11) is hinged with the base (14), the other end of the walking pull rod is hinged with a first eccentric shaft arranged on the circumference of the eccentric gear (12), and the machine core lower cover (8) is fixedly connected with the eccentric gear (12).

Leg and foot massage system according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower core cover (8) is provided with an eccentric wheel shaft (10), the lower core cover (8) and the eccentric gear (12) are fixedly connected through the eccentric wheel shaft (10), and the eccentric wheel shaft (10) and the lower core cover (8) are fixedly connected through a shaft gland (9).
3. Leg and foot massage system according to claim 2, characterized in that the base (14) is provided with a boss, the boss is provided with a guide depression bar (7), and the movement lower cover (8) is provided with a guide rail matched with the guide depression bar (7).

A leg and foot massage system as claimed in claim 3, further comprising an outer cover (1) fixedly connected with the base (14), wherein the outer cover (1) is provided with a placement hole for placing the kneading assembly and the scraping assembly, and a mesh cloth (22) is detachably and fixedly connected in the placement hole.
5. Leg and foot massage system according to claim 4, characterized in that the base (14) is provided with a plurality of guiding grooves for positioning in the circumferential direction, and the cover (1) is provided with guiding bosses for cooperation with the guiding grooves.

Leg and foot massage system according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the transmission comprises a worm (20) fixedly connected with the power means, a worm wheel (18) meshed with the worm (20) and a kneading gear (16) meshed with the worm wheel (18), the kneading gear (16) being fixedly connected with the kneading shaft (3), the worm wheel (18) being provided with a worm wheel shaft (19) fixed to the movement lower cover (8).

Leg and foot massage system according to claim 6, characterized in that the movement lower cover (8) is provided with a sliding rail for the scraping head (6) to slide on, the kneading gear (16) is provided with a second eccentric shaft, the second eccentric shaft is provided with a connecting rod (4) with one end hinged with the second eccentric shaft, and the other end of the connecting rod (4) is hinged with the scraping head (6) to drive the scraping head (6) to slide on the sliding rail.
8. Leg and foot massage system according to claim 7, characterized in that the kneading turntable (21) is arranged above the movement upper cover (2), and the kneading shaft (3) penetrates through the movement upper cover (2) and is fixedly connected with the kneading turntable (21).
9. Leg and foot massage system according to claim 8, characterized in that the power means is provided on the movement lower cover (8), the movement upper cover (2) being provided with heat dissipation holes for heat dissipation of the power means.
