Abstract

本发明提供一种柔软底膜制备方法。由三层或五层构成,其结构表达式ACA,其中A为聚烯烃或聚酯膜,C为弹性膜;或其结构表达式ABCBA,其中A为聚烯烃或聚酯膜层,B为粘合层,C为弹性膜层;所述弹性膜包括质量分数为20‑75份的弹性体和40‑70份聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂、分散剂、抗氧剂和微粒填充物;所述弹性体包括SBS、SEBS、SIS、SEPS、乙烯‑丙烯嵌段物、聚烯烃弹性体中的一种或几种的混合物。本发明中将弹性膜作为中间层,上下均附着不含弹性体的薄膜,使弹性体不接触空气,从而不易造成氧化;表面薄膜为亲肤性更好的材料制成,薄膜使用时贴合身体,并且舒适性也很好。薄膜中添加电气石粉末作为填充物使用,可以产生负离子,祛除异味,提高穿着舒适性。

一种柔软底膜制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于材料的制备和应用技术领域,涉及一种柔软底膜制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,薄膜已经广泛应用于人们的日常生活中,在卫生巾、纸尿裤等一次性卫生用品中也是大量使用。传统的薄膜在使用的过程中缺乏贴服性,于是就在薄膜中添加了弹性体,但是弹性体中存在双键,易被氧化造成断键出现小分子单体,使得薄膜出现变黄,产生异味,触感变差;并且弹性体粘性较大,收卷后解卷困难。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种柔软底膜制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种柔软底膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂、分散剂、抗氧剂和微粒填充物按照预定质量分数混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机挤出制粒得到材料A;
(2)将粘合剂、抗氧剂、微粒填充物按照预定质量分数混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机挤出制粒得到材料B;
(3)将聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂、弹性体、分散剂、抗氧剂和微粒填充物按照预定质量分数混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机挤出制粒得到材料C;
(4)将材料A和材料C作为原料分别加入挤出机1#、2#中,经熔融塑化后,通过分配器将各挤出机所供给的树脂熔体汇合供入口模,共挤流延制得表达式为ACA的多层膜,或
将材料A、材料B和材料C作为原料分别加入挤出机1#、2#、3#中,经熔融塑化后,通过分配器将各挤出机所供给的树脂熔体汇合供入口模,共挤流延得到表达式为ABCBA的多层膜。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中,于180-200℃温度下,将步骤(1)中的聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂、分散剂、抗氧剂和微粒填充物按照预定质量分数加入双螺杆挤出机中,经过熔融混炼后挤出造粒,冷却;
所述质量分数分别为:聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂50-80份;分散剂0.5-1.0份;抗氧剂0.2-0.5份;微粒填充物10-20份。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,于180-200℃温度下,将步骤(3)中的聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂、弹性体、分散剂、抗氧剂和微粒填充物按照预定质量分数加入双螺杆挤出机中,经过熔融混炼后挤出造粒,冷却;
所述质量分数分别为:聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂40-70份;弹性体20-75分散剂4-15份;抗氧剂0.2-0.5份;微粒填充物20-35份。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中包括步骤:
①将粒径为0.5-10μm的微粒填充物置于85-100℃的烘干机内干燥1-2h,备用;
②按重量份计,称取干燥的5-15份微粒填充物加入料筒温度控制在70-85℃的高速混合机中,加入20-60份粘合剂,再加入0.3-0.5份的抗氧剂,搅拌5-10分钟混合均匀,出料;
③将②中的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,于150-180℃温度下经过熔融混炼后挤出造粒。
进一步的,所述粘合剂包括基体树脂、增粘剂、粘度调节剂。
进一步的,所述基体树脂包括EVA、EPDM、聚氨酯、聚酰胺中的一种或它们的混合物。
进一步的,所述弹性体包括SBS、SEBS、SIS、SEPS、乙烯-丙烯嵌段物、丙烯基弹性中的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中,控制温度为190-230℃,将步骤(1)(2)(3)中的粒料分别加入挤出机1#、2#中,经熔融塑化后,通过分配器将各挤出机所供给的树脂熔体汇合供入口模,共挤流延制得多层膜。
进一步的,所述微粒填充物为电气石粉末。
本发明中将弹性体作为中间层,上下均附着不含弹性体的薄膜,使弹性体不接触空气,从而不易造成氧化;表面薄膜均为亲肤性更好的材料制成,时薄膜使用起来不仅贴合身体,并且舒适性也很好。薄膜中添加的为了填充物使用电气石粉末可以产生负离子,祛除异味,穿着舒适。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
柔软底膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)于180-200℃温度下,质量分数分别为:聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂50-80份;分散剂0.5-1.0份;抗氧剂0.2-0.5份;微粒填充物10-20份,混合搅拌至熔融加入双螺杆挤出机中,经过熔融混炼后挤出造粒,冷却,得到材料A;
(2)于180-200℃温度下,质量分数分别为:聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂40-70份;弹性体20-75分散剂4-15份;抗氧剂0.2-0.5份;微粒填充物20-35份,混合搅拌至熔融加入双螺杆挤出机中,经过熔融混炼后挤出造粒,冷却,得到材料C;
(3)控制温度为190-210℃,将材料A和材料C分别加入喂料机经单螺杆挤出机挤出流延成表达式为ACA的多层膜;

(2)①将粒径为0.5-10μm的微粒填充物置于85-100℃温度下干燥1-2h,备用;
②按重量份计,称取干燥的5-25份微粒填充物、0.5-0.8份分散剂加入料筒温度控制在70-85℃的高速混合机中,搅拌5-10分钟;再加入20-60份粘合剂、10-20份微粒填充物,0.3-0.5份的抗氧剂,搅拌5-10分钟,混合均匀,经冷拌机搅拌10-20分钟,冷却至室温,出料;
③将②中的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,于150-180℃温度下经过熔融挤出造粒。得到材料B;
(3)于180-200℃温度下,质量分数分别为:聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂40-70份;弹性体20-75分散剂4-15份;抗氧剂0.2-0.5份;微粒填充物20-35份,混合搅拌至熔融加入双螺杆挤出机中,经过熔融混炼后挤出造粒,冷却,得到材料C;
(4)控制温度为190-210℃,将材料A、材料B和材料C分别加入喂料机经单螺杆挤出机挤出流延成表达式为ABCBA的多层膜。

其中,所述微粒填充物为电气石粉末。
本实施例与实施例1的区别主要在于中间加入了热熔胶,为了使连接更加牢固,在使用过程中不会产生分层现象。

Claims (1)

1.一种柔软底膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂、分散剂、抗氧剂和微粒填充物按照预定质量分数混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机挤出制粒得到材料A;
(2)将粘合剂、抗氧剂、微粒填充物按照预定质量分数混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机挤出制粒得到材料B;
(3)将聚烯烃树脂和/或聚酯类树脂、弹性体、分散剂、抗氧剂和微粒填充物按照预定质量分数混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机挤出制粒得到材料C;
(4)将材料A和材料C作为原料分别加入挤出机1#、2#中,经熔融塑化后,通过分配器将各挤出机所供给的树脂熔体汇合供入口模,共挤流延制得表达式为ACA的多层膜,或
将材料A、材料B和材料C作为原料分别加入挤出机1#、2#、3#中,经熔融塑化后,通过分配器将各挤出机所供给的树脂熔体汇合供入口模,共挤流延得到表达式为ABCBA的多层膜。
