本发明涉及一种内循环式机械搅拌装置，它包括电机减速机、搅拌罐、搅拌轴和搅拌器。所述搅拌罐内设有循环筒，该循环筒通过立板固定在搅拌罐的内壁上，在循环筒的上部装有导流环。本发明通过在搅拌罐内装设循环筒使反应物形成环流，缩短了反应时间、提高了搅拌效率、减少了设备磨损，降低了动力消耗，因而拥有极高的应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械搅拌装置，具体地说，是涉及一种能使物料在搅拌罐内循环流动的机械搅拌装置。
背景技术
机械搅拌装置是一种通过机械转动将气体、液体或固体颗粒进行混合的设备。它主要由搅拌罐、电机减速机、搅拌轴和搅拌器等部件构成。现有机械搅拌装置的搅拌罐多是空腔的，有的搅拌罐为了增强液体的湍动，在其内壁上装有几条垂直的挡板，这类搅拌装置虽然结构简单、通用性强、在固体与液体混合时有较好的性能，但在用于气体与液体的混合反应时，其反应时间较长，搅拌效率较低，尤其用在以非溶性固体粉末为催化剂的气体与液体进行化学反应的场合，其搅拌效果更差。
发明内容
为了解决现有机械搅拌装置存在的上述问题，本发明提供一种能使物料在搅拌罐内循环流动的新型搅拌装置，它能促使气体与液体快速混合反应，从而能提高搅拌效率，降低动力消耗。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种内循环式机械搅拌装置，它包括电机减速机、搅拌罐、搅拌轴和搅拌器，其特征在于，所述搅拌罐内设有循环筒，该循环筒通过立板固定在搅拌罐的内壁上，在循环筒的上部装有导流环。
所述搅拌器为推进式搅拌器，该搅拌器设有一层或若干层。
所述用于将循环筒与搅拌罐内壁相固定的立板有若干块。
所述循环筒上部安装的导流环有若干个。
本发明所述的内循环式机械搅拌装置具有以下优点：
1、通过在搅拌罐内设置循环筒使反应物沿循环桶外壁向上形成环流，缩短了反应时间，提高了搅拌效率。
2、通过在搅拌罐内设置循环筒可以减小搅拌器的浆径和转速，从而减少了
搅拌器的磨损，降低了动力消耗。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的内循环式机械搅拌装置其结构如图1和图2所示：它包括电机减速机1、搅拌罐2、搅拌轴3和搅拌器4。所述搅拌罐2内设有循环筒6，循环筒6通过立板7固定在搅拌罐2的内壁上，在循环筒6的上部装有导流环5。
所述搅拌器4为推进式搅拌器，这种搅拌器结构简单，运行平稳，搅拌力量大，是本发明的首选搅拌器，在搅拌不同性质的物料时，也可选用其他类型的搅拌器，搅拌器的层数是根据搅拌罐的高度及物料的粘稠度而设定的，所以搅拌器可装设一层或多层。
所述用于将循环筒6与搅拌罐2内壁相固定的立板7有若干块，具体使用立板7的数量须根据搅拌罐2的直径及拌罐2与循环筒6的间距来确定。
所述循环筒6上部安装的导流环5有若干个，实际安装导流环5的数量，也是根据搅拌罐2的直径及搅拌罐2与循环筒6的间距来确定。
本发明通过在搅拌罐内装设循环筒使反应物形成环流，缩短了反应时间、提高了搅拌效率、减少了设备磨损，降低了动力消耗，因而拥有极高的应用价值。

1.一种内循环式机械搅拌装置，它包括电机减速机、搅拌罐、搅拌轴和搅拌器，其特征在于，所述搅拌罐内设有循环筒，该循环筒通过立板固定在搅拌罐的内壁上，在循环筒的上部装有导流环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内循环式机械搅拌装置，其特征在于，所述搅拌器为推进式搅拌器，该搅拌器设有一层或若干层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内循环式机械搅拌装置，其特征在于，所述用于将循环筒与搅拌罐内壁相固定的立板有若干块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内循环式机械搅拌装置，其特征在于，所述循环筒上部安装的导流环有若干个。
