本发明属于保健饮品技术领域，具体涉及一种明目茶。
背景技术
随着现代生活节奏的加快，人们随之而来的工作、生活压力也越来越大，紧张的精神容易让人着急上火，我们知道中医上目为肝之窍，而肝火过盛就会影响视力，出现视力下降，视物模糊等问题。
密蒙花为马钱科植物密蒙花的干燥花蕾及花序，性甘而微寒，主以清泄，兼以润养，入肝、胆经。即清泄肝热，又养肝润燥，故而善明目退翳，为目疾专药，凡目疾无论虚实，皆可酌用。
另决明子、菊花、车前子、枸杞、罗布麻叶、沙苑子、女贞子、石斛也均能以清肝、泄肝、养肝等方面佐以明目功能。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种明目茶，以达到明目的目的。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的：
一种明目茶，所述明目茶包括以下重量份的组分：密蒙花8-25份、决明子5-15份、菊花3-10份、车前子5-10份、枸杞3-10、罗布麻叶4-8份、沙苑子5-10份、女贞子2-5份、石斛1-3份。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明具有清肝明目、活血化淤、清热泻火等作用，对近视、 远视等眼病患者，有很好的治疗功效。该茶饮品成本低，使用方便、经济，安全无毒副作用，适合大众群体的饮用。
实施例1
密蒙花8-25份、决明子5-15份、菊花3-10份、车前子5-10份、枸杞3-10、罗布麻叶4-8份、沙苑子5-10份、女贞子2-5份、石斛1-3份。
上述中药组份均打磨成粉后加工成颗粒然后装袋冲泡。
