氯酯磺草胺,外观为灰白色固体,低毒,无致畸、致癌、致突变作用,对遗传亦无不良影响;除草原理是:该药属内吸传导型除草剂,杂草根系和茎、叶均能吸收药剂,通过木质部和韧皮部向上、向下传导,最后积累在植物分生组织内,导致杂草体内蛋白质合成受阻,生长停滞,死亡,该药既有茎叶处理效果,也有土壤封闭效果,且对作物的安全性好;主要用于大豆田防除阔叶杂草。精喹禾灵外观为淡黄色的均匀结晶,其作用机制是通过杂草茎叶吸收,在植物体内向上和向下双向传导,积累在顶端及居间分生,抑制细胞脂肪酸合成,使杂草坏死,精喹禾灵是一种高度选择性的新型旱田茎叶处理剂,在禾本科杂草和双子叶作物间有高度的选择性,对阔叶作物田的禾本科杂草有很好的防效,作用速度快,药效稳定,不易受雨水气温及湿度等环境条件的影响,药剂对一年生杂草在24小时内可传遍全株,2-3天新叶变黄,停止生长,4-7天茎叶呈坏死状,10天内整株枯死;多年生杂草受药后,药剂迅速向地下根茎组织传导,使之失去再生能力;精喹禾灵主要用于旱田,防除一年生和多年生禾本科杂草。将上述二种除草剂和辅料复配后,防除草的效果显著高于单用氯酯磺草胺或精喹禾灵,除草效果大大增强,可用于防除藜、苋、蓼、苍耳等阔叶杂草和稗草、狗尾草、野燕麦、臂形草、牛筋草等一年生、多年生禾本科杂草。

本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种氯酯磺草胺和精喹禾灵复配微乳剂,配制该产品以氯酯磺草胺、精喹禾灵、乙酸乙酯、烷基硫酸钠、水为原料,生产该产品使用的原料按重量配比包括:氯酯磺草胺6-7%、精喹禾灵4-5%、乙酸乙酯24%、烷基硫酸钠1%、水64%。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙酸乙酯加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20转-25转/分,边搅拌边依次加入配方量的氯酯磺草胺、精喹禾灵,搅拌反应0.6-0.8小时。
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为30转-40转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至烷基硫酸钠全部溶解;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210-220 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙酸乙酯的氯酯磺草胺、精喹禾灵加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.8-0.9小时后得到成品。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:
所述的氯酯磺草胺纯度为80%、精喹禾灵的纯度为90%。
步骤(1)、步骤(2)所述的常温为2-35℃。

1.一种氯酯磺草胺和精喹禾灵复配微乳剂,使用原料的按重量配比包括:氯酯磺草胺6-7%、精喹禾灵4-5%、乙酸乙酯24%、烷基硫酸钠1%、水64%;其特征在于:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙酸乙酯加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20转-25转/分,边搅拌边依次加入配方量的氯酯磺草胺、精喹禾灵,搅拌反应0.6-0.8小时。
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为30转-40转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至烷基硫酸钠全部溶解;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210-220 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙酸乙酯的氯酯磺草胺、精喹禾灵加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.8-0.9小时后得到成品。
