本发明属于除草剂领域,尤其涉及一种乙草胺和灭草松复配微乳剂的生产方法。
背景技术
乙草胺,纯品为淡黄色液体,原药因含有杂质而呈现深红色,性质稳定,不易挥发和光解,不溶于水,易溶于有机溶剂,乙草胺是选择性芽前处理除草剂,主要通过单子叶植物的胚芽鞘或双子叶植物的下胚轴吸收,吸收后向上传导,主要通过阻碍蛋白质合成而抑制细胞生长,使杂草幼芽、幼根生长停止,进而死亡,乙草胺防除对象为一年生禾本科杂草和部分小粒种子的阔叶杂草,适用旱田作物。灭草松,又名排草丹、苯达松,外观为无色晶体,微溶于水,易溶于丙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、三氯甲烷、乙醇等溶剂,灭草松是一种选择性的触杀型苗后除草剂,用于杂草苗期茎叶处理,主要用于旱田作物,主要防除一年生阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草,对禾本科杂草无效。本发明产品以乙草胺、灭草松、有机溶剂、表面活性剂、水为辅料通过一系列掺混工艺制成,乙草胺、灭草松复配有增效作用,该产品在水中分散性好,活性高、对禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草有强大的杀灭作用。

本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种乙草胺和灭草松复配微乳剂,生产该产品以乙草胺、灭草松、乙醇、苯磺酸钠、水为原料,通过在特定条件下的掺混制得成品,生产该产品使用的原料重量配比包括:乙草胺8-9%、灭草松7-8%、乙醇24%、苯磺酸钠2%、水58%。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-25转/分,边搅拌边依次加入配方量的乙草胺、灭草松,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-30转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的苯磺酸钠,搅拌至苯磺酸钠全部溶解后,调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210-220 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的乙草胺和灭草松加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时后得到成品。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:

在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为24%的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-25转/分,边搅拌边依次加入占总量为8%的乙草胺、占总量为8%的灭草松,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为58%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为2%的苯磺酸钠,搅拌至苯磺酸钠全部溶解后,调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的乙草胺和灭草松加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.5小时后得到成品。
实施例2:
在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为24%的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-25转/分,边搅拌边依次加入占总量为8.5%的乙草胺、占总量为7.5%的灭草松,搅拌反应0.45小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为58%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-30转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为2%的苯磺酸钠,搅拌至苯磺酸钠全部溶解后,调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为215 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的乙草胺和灭草松加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.45小时后得到成品。

1.一种乙草胺和灭草松复配微乳剂,使用原料的重量配比包括:乙草胺8-9%、灭草松7-8%、乙醇24%、苯磺酸钠2%、水58%;其特征在于:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-25转/分,边搅拌边依次加入配方量的乙草胺、灭草松,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-30转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的苯磺酸钠,搅拌至苯磺酸钠全部溶解后,调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210-220 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的乙草胺和灭草松加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时后得到成品。
