技术领域
本发明涉及海产品养殖技术领域,尤其涉及滩涂养殖双齿围沙蚕、贝类的方法。
背景技术
沙蚕属于环节动物门、多毛纲、游走目、沙蚕科、围沙蚕属(Perinereis)和刺沙蚕属(Neanthes)一些经济沙蚕种类的统称,俗称“海蚂蝗”、“海蜈蚣”。主要品种有双齿围沙蚕、枕齿围沙蚕等。身体分节明显,体节两侧突出成具有刚毛的疣足,用以行动。长10厘米左右。双齿围沙蚕是喜分布在中、高潮区软相底质的种类,是海洋自然生态学系统中的主要品种,栖息泥沙中,生殖季节或夜出觅食时,能游水,是生长在潮间带的一种海产鱼虾蟹的优质饵料,动物性钓饵的一种,是钓取海鱼的主要饵料;还可作为鳗鱼及其它特种水产类配合饲料极好的添加剂和诱食剂。我国海滨已广泛养殖,作为商品饵供应垂钓者。我国黄海和渤海沿岸多产,日本亦产,中国福建、浙江、广东沿海有养殖。
对于增殖渔业资源、发展养殖生产、维持生态平衡,均有不可代替的作用。此外,随着国内外游垂钓业的蓬勃兴起,作为“万能钓饵”的沙蚕也随之身价陡增,成为我国沿海地区出口创汇的主要品种之一,其价格并有连年攀升之势。据1999年日本市场调查,双齿围沙蚕(Perineris aibihitensis,青虫)的售价达30美元/kg,多齿围沙蚕(Perinereisnuntia,红虫)的售价高达100美元/kg。
沙蚕和卤虫是构成海洋生物食物链的主要成分之一,是鱼、虾、蟹类的上好食物,所以颇为水产养殖界重视。沙蚕具有药用食疗价值,目前已被人们当作美食和营养保健品利用。因此需求量增大,除人工养殖供给饵料和食用外,对自然资源的索取也相对加剧,为了维护海洋生态平衡,合理利用该类资源,部分地区已制定相关渔业法规加强保护和管理。
沙蚕的养殖,单靠天然饵料,无法维持沙蚕生长发育的需要,除造成自残稀疏外,还会造成养成个体细小,难以达到商品要求。现有技术中,沙蚕饵料方面,目前尚无专门配方和合成饵料的情况下,只有根据其个体大小和食性要求,自行选择,如前期(幼体阶段)以施肥繁殖基础饵料为主,逐步增加鱼粉、豆粉等粉末饵料,中后期(养成阶段)则将张网捕捞的小杂鱼虾搅碎打浆或将豆粕粉碎,兑水泼洒,勤投细喂。
众多滩涂、荒滩,利用沙蚕的生物学特性,养殖沙蚕,从而达到平衡生态、资源增殖和可持续发展的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供滩涂养殖双齿围沙蚕、贝类的方法,通过投喂特殊的饵料,实现沙蚕、贝类高产增收的效果。
本发明所述的滩涂养殖双齿围沙蚕、贝类的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)场地选择:选择地势较平坦、富含有机质的中高潮泥或泥沙滩涂,在养殖区下部修筑一条长堤,滩面在养殖前进行翻耕,清除敌害生物,放苗前滩面施以发酵、晒干并碾碎的有机肥料,沙蚕苗种放养前,翻松、平整滩面;
2)苗种养殖:将池塘养殖培育至13-15刚节幼体移殖滩涂进行放养,滩涂上自然生长着菲律宾蛤仔、西施舌、四角蛤蜊、毛蚶,在养殖滩涂上投放壳长为1-2cm的文蛤苗;
3)养殖管理:每日巡回检查,露滩时进入滩面检查沙蚕生长状况,投喂特殊饵料,整理滩面,疏通排水沟,清除蟹类、螺类、鱼类、敌害生物,夏季天气炎热时排尽积水,平时管理时经常观察沙蚕幼体生长发育情况;
所述的特殊饵料,以质量计算,由:去皮豆粕20.0-30.0份、国产鱼粉10.0-20.0份、百香果果渣5.0-10.0份、2,4-D 0.5-1.0份、复合维生素0.5-1.0份、复合矿物盐0.5-1.0份,制成;
4)成体采捕:
放养的苗种经过8个月养殖后,沙蚕个体大的达15cm以上,平均在10cm以上,根据市场行情适时起捕,成体采收时,采取捕大留小,多次轮捕的方法。
本发明步骤1)所述的场地选择,优选地势较平坦、富含有机质的中高潮泥或泥沙滩涂,在养殖区下部修筑一条长堤,高10-20cm,防止幼苗的流失外逃,滩面在养殖前进行翻耕,翻耕深度为20cm,同时清除敌害生物,放苗前3-7d滩面施以发酵、晒干并碾碎的猪粪、鸡粪,有机肥料3t/hm2,沙蚕苗种放养前,翻松、平整滩面。
步骤2)所述的放养,优选选择在退潮时滩涂表面有少量积水时进行,放苗密度为30万尾/hm2,投放文蛤苗的放养密度为150kg/hm2。
步骤3)所述的养殖管理,滩涂养殖沙蚕属于开放式养殖,养殖过程中往往因环境的变化造成沙蚕迁移,尤其是对于涂位较低,大潮水淹没或淤泥沉积多,底质环境中有害物质多的区域,易引起沙蚕迁移外逃,因此保持环境的稳定至关重要;养殖期间,每日巡回检查发现问题及时修补,露滩时进入滩面检查沙蚕生长状况,投喂特殊饵料,用量控制在每次40-50kg/hm2,整理滩面,疏通排水沟,及时清除蟹类、螺类、鱼类等敌害生物,夏季天气炎热时排尽积水,避免太阳曝晒导致水温过高,烫伤养殖生物,平时管理时经常观察沙蚕幼体生长发育情况。
所述的特殊饵料,优选以质量计算,由:去皮豆粕25.0份、国产鱼粉15.0份、百香果果渣7.5份、2,4-D 0.5份、复合维生素1.0份、复合矿物盐1.0份,制成;
所述的百香果渣,优选百香果压榨果汁后剩下的残渣。
所述的复合维生素,优选每千克复合维生素有效成分为:维生素A:80万IU,维生素D3:15万IU,维生素K3:800mg,维生素E:9g,维生素B1:2.2g,维生素B2:2.2g,维生素B6:2.5g,维生素B12:2.5mg,烟酰胺:10g,叶酸:450mg,泛酸:7.2mg,生物素:20mg,维生素C:10g,肌醇:5g,载体为脱脂米糠。
所述的复合矿物质,优选每千克复合矿物质有效成分为:镁:12g,锰:3.5g,铁:10g,锌:6g,铜:1.2g,碘:20mg,钴:20mg,硒:20mg,载体为沸石粉。
步骤4)所述的成体采捕,优选放养的苗种经过8个月养殖后,沙蚕个体大的达15cm以上,平均在10cm以上,根据市场行情适时起捕,起捕不受季节影响,除繁殖季节沙蚕不宜上市外,一年四季均可起捕;成体采收时,采取捕大留小,多次轮捕的方法,起捕方法有二种:一是徒手起捕,这种方法对沙蚕无损伤;二是用铁锹、齿耙等工具起捕,这种方法容易弄断沙蚕,具体操作是:淤泥底质可以完全用双手操捕,效率稍低,但断残少;细沙底质采用特制耙具,采捕起来比较方便,伤残也少;上述诸法采捕之前先放水晾滩,后组织好人力,齐头并进,分段进行,起捕过的区域过一段时间后多次重复进行,以达到彻底捕清和翻耕底质的目的;
滩涂养殖起捕时按养殖面积的5-6%分区域留足种蚕,以便自然繁殖;
采捕的沙蚕,使用沙蚕专用的泡沫框(60cmX30cmX10cm)分装,避免过分挤压和日晒雨淋;经集中分拣,剔除断残,清海水淘洗2-3次后,启运出售,暂时不能运走的,放在低温(10℃左右)处暂存。
相比现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
1、现有技术中,滩涂养殖沙蚕,平时滩涂管理时,发现底栖硅藻少,一般是施加有机肥料,以促进天然、基础饵料的繁衍。而本发明是通过施加特殊的饵料用以增加沙蚕的营养。
2、沙蚕在水产养殖中主要用于亲本培育,现有对斑节对虾的研究表明,由于需要进行卵黄等物质的合成和积累,亲虾在性腺发育与繁殖期间,对蛋白质的需求会高于养成阶段,饵料中的蛋白源会影响斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)亲虾产卵频率和幼体存活率,因此,在水产动物亲本培育过程中,尤其是对虾亲本培育过程中需提高饵料中蛋白质的含量。通过对斑节对虾的研究,现有技术在沙蚕的养殖过程中,通常也是提高饵料中蛋白质的含量,但是现有的沙蚕鲜品的蛋白含量为13%左右,如扣除水分,折算出干物质(按5%的水分含量计算)中的蛋白含量为平均60%左右,而现有沙蚕饲料、饵料中的主要成分国产鱼粉的蛋白质含量为48.32%,从蛋白质角度来说,双齿围沙蚕的营养价值不低于国产鱼粉,因此,现有技术中,前期逐步增加鱼粉、豆粉等粉末饵料,中后期(养成阶段)则将张网捕捞的小杂鱼虾搅碎打浆或将豆粕粉碎的技术方案,并不适合沙蚕的养殖,而本发明通过在饵料中添加罗汉果渣,一个目的是降低沙蚕饵料中的蛋白质含量,另一个目的是增加了饵料的粘结性,便于各成分的混合。在饵料中增加2,4-D,(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)acetic acid,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸类除草剂,用作植物生长调节,是用于诱导愈伤组织形成的常用的生长素类似物的一种。发明人在前期的池塘、滩涂中有使用过2,4-D,用于除草,后面发现用过2,4-D的池塘、滩涂,养殖沙蚕的效果挺好,因此在饵料中增加2,4-D。
具体实施方式
下面以实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例:
滩涂养殖双齿围沙蚕、贝类的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)场地选择:选择地势较平坦、富含有机质的中高潮泥或泥沙滩涂,在养殖区下部修筑一条长堤,高10-20cm,防止幼苗的流失外逃,滩面在养殖前进行翻耕,翻耕深度为20cm,同时清除敌害生物,放苗前3-7d滩面施以发酵、晒干并碾碎的猪粪、鸡粪,有机肥料3t/hm2,沙蚕苗种放养前,翻松、平整滩面;
2)苗种养殖:将池塘养殖培育至13-15刚节幼体移殖滩涂进行放养,选择在退潮时滩涂表面有少量积水时进行,放苗密度为30万尾/hm2,滩涂上自然生长着菲律宾蛤仔、西施舌、四角蛤蜊、毛蚶,在养殖滩涂上投放壳长为1-2cm的文蛤苗,投放文蛤苗的放养密度为150kg/hm2;
3)养殖管理:滩涂养殖沙蚕属于开放式养殖,养殖过程中往往因环境的变化造成沙蚕迁移,尤其是对于涂位较低,大潮水淹没或淤泥沉积多,底质环境中有害物质多的区域,易引起沙蚕迁移外逃,因此保持环境的稳定至关重要;养殖期间,每日巡回检查发现问题及时修补,露滩时进入滩面检查沙蚕生长状况,投喂特殊饵料,用量控制在每次40-50kg/hm2,整理滩面,疏通排水沟,及时清除蟹类、螺类、鱼类等敌害生物,夏季天气炎热时排尽积水,避免太阳曝晒导致水温过高,烫伤养殖生物,平时管理时经常观察沙蚕幼体生长发育情况;

1.滩涂养殖双齿围沙蚕、贝类的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)场地选择:选择地势较平坦、富含有机质的中高潮泥或泥沙滩涂,在养殖区下部修筑一条长堤,滩面在养殖前进行翻耕,清除敌害生物,放苗前滩面施以发酵、晒干并碾碎的有机肥料,沙蚕苗种放养前,翻松、平整滩面;
