The method for controlling channel packing and broadcasting according to claim 1, wherein in step S5, the program schedule to be broadcast is adjusted by intervention, and the broadcast time node of the packing item is modified correspondingly according to the timestamp of the key frame to generate a channel broadcast execution list, which comprises: judging whether the key frame extracted in the step S4 is linked with the packaging item ID, and if so, performing forced intervention adjustment on the programming list to be played; inserting the linked packing item into the program video as a next frame of the key frame; modifying the broadcasting time node of the packing item inserted into the program video according to the time stamp of the key frame; and generating a channel playing execution list according to the re-linked program video and the packing item.

A channel packaging and broadcasting control system is characterized by comprising a server (3) which is in communication connection with a program database (1) and a packaging database (2) and can realize data exchange, wherein the server (3) comprises a packaging to-be-played database (31), an external receiving module (32), a material calling module (33), an information extraction module (34), a time marking module (35), a packaging relation judgment module (36), a linking module (39), an intervention adjustment module (37) and an execution broadcasting module (38) which are in communication with the packaging to-be-played database (31),
the external receiving module (32) is used for receiving a program schedule to be played, and acquiring program information and packaging item information of the current day through the program schedule to be played, wherein the program information comprises the name, program codes, playing time and playing time nodes of the played program in each time period;
the material calling module (33) is used for calling a program video from a program database (1) according to the program information, and calling a packaging item material from a packaging database (2) according to the packaging item information, wherein the packaging item information comprises a packaging item ID and a broadcasting time node of the packaging item; the information extraction module (34) is configured to extract a key frame of the program video, send the key frame to the time marking module (35), perform content analysis on the packaging item material, extract key information, and send the key information to the packaging relationship judgment module (36);
the time marking module (35) is configured to perform time stamp marking on the key frame, and meanwhile, is further configured to correspondingly modify a broadcast time node of the packing item according to the time stamp of the key frame; the packaging relation judging module (36) is used for judging whether the key information and the key frame have a packaging relation, and if the packaging relation exists, generating a link instruction and sending the link instruction to the connecting module;
the link module (39) is used for linking the extracted key frames with the packaging item ID and sending an instruction for storing the packaging item materials to the packaging to-be-played database (31) to the material calling module (33);
the interference adjusting module (37) is used for performing interference adjustment on the programming list to be played, sending an instruction for modifying the playing time node of the packing item to the time marking module (35), and generating a channel playing execution list;
the execution broadcasting module (38) is used for broadcasting the packing items according to the channel broadcasting execution list;
the packaging to-be-played database (31) is used for storing packaging item materials;
the information extraction module (34) comprises a content analysis unit (341), an information query unit (342) and a key frame determination unit (343), wherein the content analysis unit (341) is used for performing content analysis on each video frame of the program video, extracting content information and establishing a content information base, and the content information comprises key fields appearing in each video frame; the information inquiry unit (342) is used for inquiring the content information with high occurrence frequency in the content information base, namely setting the content information as key information; the key frame determining unit (343) is configured to query the corresponding video frame through the key information, and determine the video frame as a key frame.

The channel packing and broadcasting control system of claim 6, wherein the content parsing unit (341) comprises a communicating identifying subunit (3411), an extracting subunit (3412), an encoding subunit (3413), and an associating subunit (3414), wherein the identifying subunit (3411) is configured to perform text recognition on each of the video frames in the program video to obtain text content in the video frames; the extraction subunit (3412) is configured to extract content features from the obtained text content, where the text content is a key field; the coding subunit (3413) is configured to code a position of the content feature in the program video to form position information; the association subunit (3414) is configured to associate the content feature with the location information to form content information.
