Abstract

本发明公开了一种低温电池组,包括电池组、BMS热管理系统、加热系统;所述电池组包括超低温电池、动力电池组;所述动力电池组包括多个动力电池,所述加热系统包括分布在所述动力电池周围的加热膜;所述动力电池组上设置有温度传感器、电流传感器;所述BMS热管理系统包括控制装置、充电电源模块;所述控制装置包括温度检测模块、电流检测模块、数据处理模块、电源控制模块;低温环境下,所述超低温电池通过所述电源控制模块与所述加热膜相连并为加热膜加热;温度升高到正常温度时,所述动力电池通过所述充电电源模块与所述超低温电池相连并为所述超低温电池充电;在低温环境下使电池依然能够正常工作。

低温电池组
技术领域
本发明涉及电池组领域,尤其是涉及低温电池组。
背景技术
目前我国汽车主要以汽油、柴油为燃料,随着汽车产销量及保有量的迅速增长,燃油汽车带来的能源紧张问题也更加突出。基于能源结构安全和环境保护压力,发展节能环保的新能源汽车已成为迫切需求。
相较于传统燃油汽车,新能源汽车在能源来源、尾气排放等方面具有明显优势。新能源汽车目前主要以电动汽车为主。电动汽车的能源核心是电池组,汽车在低温环境下使用电池活性会降低,电池容量就会大幅下降。虽然有一些超低温电芯,比如镍氢电芯可以工作在-40°左右,但它的能量密度低,不适合做动力电池组。用电池自身的能力给电池保温,即使是停车状态也会消耗能量。
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种新的技术方案以解决现存的技术缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种低温电池组,保证电池的总的输出能量不会有大幅的降低,解决了现有技术存在的低温环境下动力电池组不能正常工作的技术缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种低温电池组,包括电池组、BMS热管理系统、加热系统,其特征在于:
所述电池组包括超低温电池、动力电池组;所述动力电池组包括多个动力电池,所述加热系统包括分布在所述动力电池周围的加热膜;所述动力电池组上设置有温度传感器、电流传感器;
所述BMS热管理系统包括控制装置、充电电源模块;所述控制装置包括温度检测模块、电流检测模块、数据处理模块、电源控制模块。
进一步的,低温环境下,所述超低温电池通过所述电源控制模块与所述加热膜相连并为所述加热膜加热;温度升高到正常温度时,所述动力电池通过所述充电电源模块与所述超低温电池充电相连并未所述超低温电池充电。
进一步的,所述温度检测模块与所述温度传感器相连并接收所述温度传感器采集的温度数据,所述温度检测模块与所述数据处理模块相连并将所述温度数据传送给所述数据处理模块;所述数据处理模块分析温度数据并发送触发信号给电源控制模块。
进一步的,所述电流检测模块与所述电流传感器相连并接受所述电流传感器采集的电流数据,所述电流检测模块与所述数据处理模块相连并将所述电流数据传送给所述数据处理模块,所述数据处理模块分析所述电流数据得到所述动力电池的剩余电量。
进一步的,所述动力电池、所述低温电池均通过所述所述电源控制模块与外部设备相连并向外部设备供电;外部电源通过所述电源控制模块与所述动力电池组、所述超低温电池连接并同时给所述动力电池组、所述超低温电池充电。
进一步的,还包括设置在超低温电池和动力电池组周围的保温层。
进一步的,还包括散热风扇;所述散热风扇包括进风风扇和出风风扇;所述散热风扇与所述电源控制模块相连接;所述散热风扇的转速随着温度的升高而升高。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种低温电池组,当低温环境下,超低温电池通过电源控制模块为动力电池周围的加热膜加热,动力电池正常工作后为超低温电池充电,使低温环境下电池仍能正常工作,有助于提升低温电池组的工作性能及使用范围,低温电池组的性能更加可靠,用户体验更佳。

一种低温电池组,包括电池组、加热系统、BMS热管理系统、保温层、散热风扇;所述电池组包括超低温电池、动力电池组;所述动力电池组由多个动力电池构成,所述加热系统包括分布在所述动力电池周围的加热膜;所述动力电池组上设置有温度传感器、电流传感器;所述BMS热管理系统包括控制装置、充电电源模块;所述控制装置包括温度检测模块、电流检测模块、数据处理模块、电源控制模块;所述保温层设置在超低温电池和动力电池组的周围;所述散热风扇包括进风风扇和出风风扇。
所述温度检测模块与所述温度传感器相连并接收所述温度传感器采集的温度数据,所述温度检测模块与所述数据处理模块相连并将所述温度数据传送给所述数据处理模块;所述数据处理模块分析温度数据并发送触发信号给电源控制模块;所述触发信号包括第一触发信号、第二触发信号、第四触发信号;当所述温度数据低于所述动力电池正常工作温度时,所述触发信号为第一触发信号;当所述温度数据达到所述动力电池正常工作温度时,所述触发信号为第二触发信号;当所述温度数据超过所述动力电池正常工作温度时,所述触发信号为第四触发信号;所述超低温电池、所述加热膜,所述充电电源模块均与所述电源控制模块相连;所述电源控制模块接收到所述第一触发信号后,所述电源控制模块通过超低温电池为加热膜加热;当所述触发信号由第一触发信号变化为第二触发信号时,所述电源控制模块启动充电电源模块,所述充电电源模块通过所述动力电池为所述超低温电池充电;所述电源控制模块接收到所述第四触发信号后,所述电源控制模块启动散热风扇,所述散热风扇的转速随所述温度数据的升高而增大。
所述电流检测模块接受所述电流传感器采集的电流数据,并将所述电流数据传送给所述数据处理模块,所述数据处理模块分析所述电流数据得到所述动力电池的剩余电量;若所述动力电池的剩余电量为零,所述数据处理模块发送第三触发信号给所述电源控制模块,所述电源控制模块接受到所述第三触发信号后,所述低温电池通过所述电源控制模块与外部设备相连并向外部设备供电。

1.一种低温电池组,包括电池组、BMS热管理系统、加热系统,其特征在于:
所述电池组包括超低温电池、动力电池组;所述动力电池组包括多个动力电池,所述加热系统包括分布在所述动力电池周围的加热膜;所述动力电池组上设置有温度传感器、电流传感器;
所述BMS热管理系统包括控制装置、充电电源模块;所述控制装置包括温度检测模块、电流检测模块、数据处理模块、电源控制模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温电池组,其特征在于:低温环境下,所述超低温电池通过所述电源控制模块与所述加热膜相连并为所述加热膜加热;温度升高到正常温度时,所述动力电池可通过所述充电电源模块与所述超低温电池充电相连并为所述超低温电池充电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温电池组,其特征在于:所述温度检测模块与所述温度传感器相连并接收所述温度传感器采集的温度数据,所述温度检测模块与所述数据处理模块相连并将所述温度数据传送给所述数据处理模块;所述数据处理模块分析温度数据并发送触发信号给电源控制模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温电池组,其特征在于:所述电流检测模块与所述电流传感器相连并接受所述电流传感器采集的电流数据,所述电流检测模块与所述数据处理模块相连并将所述电流数据传送给所述数据处理模块,所述数据处理模块分析所述电流数据得到所述动力电池的剩余电量。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温电池组,其特征在于:所述动力电池、所述低温电池均可通过所述所述电源控制模块与外部设备相连并向外部设备供电;外部电源可通过所述电源控制模块与所述动力电池组、所述超低温电池连接并同时给所述动力电池组、所述超低温电池充电。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温电池组,其特征在于:还包括设置在超低温电池和动力电池组周围的保温层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温电池组,其特征在于:还包括散热风扇;所述散热风扇包括进风风扇和出风风扇;所述散热风扇与所述电源控制模块相连接;所述散热风扇的转速随着所述温度数据的升高而升高。
