The inner cover is internally provided with a gas-collecting guide ring, one end of the gas-collecting guide ring is connected with the sound absorption block, and the flat holes are all positioned in the gas-collecting guide ring. The composite air inlet box has the functions of ventilation, heat dissipation and sound insulation and absorption. The adoption of the composite air inlet box is beneficial to the health and normal life of surrounding residents. At present, in the power industry, shutters are arranged in an air inlet of a main transformer room of a transformer and distribution station so as to be matched with an air outlet to realize natural ventilation and heat dissipation of the main transformer room. Because the shutter has only ventilation and heat dissipation functions and has no sound insulation and absorption functions, noise generated in the operation process of the main transformer can be outwards spread through the shutter, and the health and normal life of surrounding residents are not facilitated.

a guide plate is arranged on one surface of the sound absorption block covered by the outer cover; the upper edge of the guide plate is connected to the sound absorption block between the lowest flat hole and the air inlet, and the lower edge of the guide plate is arranged in an upward inclined mode.
