Abstract

一种显示屏,包括触控面板,液晶显示模组及支撑架,所述液晶显示模组位于所述触控面板与所述支撑架之间,所述液晶显示模组与所述触控面板相互贴合,且所述触控面板的边缘与所述支撑架粘结固定,所述液晶显示模组背离所述触控面板的表面凸设有多个螺柱,所述支撑架扣接所述液晶显示模组及所述触控面板,所述支撑架对应所述多个螺柱设置多个第一螺孔,所述支撑架及所述液晶显示模组通过所述螺柱与螺孔的配合固定连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示屏结构。
背景技术
目前多数车载导航显示屏都是采用三文治结构或者直接用双面胶贴合的结构。随着屏幕变大,重量变重,双面贴合做车规测试往往不能通过。有的液晶显示模组(LCM)可以侧锁,但是,因为螺丝深度有限,震动测试容易造成LCM松脱,LCM铁框变形导致漏光等现象。
发明内容
因此,有必要提供一种可以解决上述技术问题的显示屏结构。
一种显示屏,包括触控面板,液晶显示模组及支撑架,所述液晶显示模组位于所述触控面板与所述支撑架之间,所述液晶显示模组与所述触控面板相互贴合,且所述触控面板的边缘与所述支撑架粘结固定,所述液晶显示模组背离所述触控面板的表面凸设有多个螺柱,所述支撑架扣接所述液晶显示模组及所述触控面板,所述支撑架对应所述多个螺柱设置多个第一螺孔,所述支撑架及所述液晶显示模组通过所述螺柱与螺孔的配合固定连接。
进一步地,每个螺柱上设置有一个第二螺孔,所述显示面板包括多个螺钉,所述螺钉与所述第二螺孔一一对应,所述螺钉与所述第二螺孔相配合进一步固定所述支撑架与所述液晶显示模组。
更进一步地,所述多个螺柱包括一个基部及一个设置在所述基部上的柱状部,所述柱状部为中空阶梯状圆柱,所述柱状部上设置有第二螺孔。
更进一步地,所述螺柱与所述液晶显示结构一体成型。
更进一步地,所述螺钉包括螺杆及位于螺杆一端的螺帽,所述螺杆收容于所述第二螺孔内,所述螺帽与所述第一部分顶端柱状边缘相抵接。
更进一步地,所述触控面板四周边缘贴覆有双面胶,以黏结所述支撑架与所述触控面板。
更进一步地,所述显示屏还包括一个底盖,所述底盖贴合在所述支撑架上。
更进一步地,所述底盖上开设有两个通孔,所述两个通孔与两个所述螺柱相对应,所述螺柱穿过所述两个通孔以固定所述底盖与所述支撑架。
更进一步地,所述螺钉与所述两个穿过第二通孔的螺柱相配合,进一步固定所述底盖与所述支撑架。
更进一步地,所述显示面板包括一个显示屏支架,所述显示屏支架固定在所述液晶显示模组上。
与现有技术相比,本技术方案提供的显示屏,在液晶显示模组的后表面设置螺柱,在支撑架上设置第一螺孔,所述螺柱与所述第一螺孔相螺接用于组装固定所述显示屏,所述组装结构不仅加强了所述显示屏各元件之间的结合的稳定性,还为触控面板实现窄边框或无边框提供了先决条件。

具体实施方式
以下,以具体事实例来说明本技术方案提供所述显示面板的具体结构。
如图1-3所示,所述显示屏10包括依次层叠设置的底盖100、支撑架200、液晶显示模组300,触控面板400及显示屏支架500。
所述底盖100呈长方体,由铁等金属制作而成。所述底盖100上设置有多个通孔110。所述多个通孔110贯穿所述底盖100。本实施方式以两个通孔110为例。所述两个通孔110相对设置于所述底盖100两端。具体地,所述底盖100中央设置有一个凹槽120。所述凹槽120大致呈长方体。所述两个通孔110位于所述凹槽120相对两侧。
所述支撑架200包括相背设置的上表面210及下表面220。所述下表面220与所述底盖100相对设置,所述上表面210远离所述底盖100设置。所述下表面220上设置有多个第一螺孔230。所述第一螺孔230贯穿所述上表面210及所述下表面220。其中,有两个第一螺孔230与所述两个通孔110的位置相对应,两者的孔径大小一致。
所述液晶显示模组300包括一个前表面310及一个后表面320。所述前表面310与所述后表面320平行相背设置。所述后表面320与所述上表面210相对设置,所述前表面310远离所述上表面210设置。
所述后表面320上凸设有多个螺柱330。所述螺柱330与所述第一螺孔230一一对应。请参阅图3,所述螺柱330包括一个基部332及一个柱状部334。所述基部332固定在所述后表面320。所述柱状部334设置在所述基部332中央。本实施方式中,所述柱状部334为中空阶梯状圆柱。所述柱状部334包括第一部分336及围绕所述第一部分336设置的第二部分338。所述第一部分336及所述第二部分338均为圆柱体。所述第一部分336上设置有第二螺孔3360。所述第二部分338的高度第小于所述第一部分336的高度。所述第二部分338的外径小于所述第一螺孔230的直径。本实施方式中,所述基部332与所述后表面320共面设置。
所述触控面板400呈长方体。所述触控面板400的大小与所述支撑架200的大小相一致。所述触控面板400包括平行相背设置的第一表面410及第二表面420。所述第一表面410与所述前表面310相对设置。所述第二表面420远离所述前表面310设置。所述第一表面410包括一个显示区412及一个贴合区414。所述贴合区414环绕所述显示区412相设置。所述显示区412的大小与所述液晶显示模组300相同。
所述显示屏支架500贴合于所述后表面320及侧面(图未示)上。所述显示屏支架500用于支撑整个显示屏10,使所述显示屏10可以垂直或倾斜于桌面设置。具体地,所述显示屏支架500包括一个卡合部510。所述卡合部510位于所述显示屏支架500一端,用于锁扣所述底盖100。
所述显示屏10还包括多个螺钉600。所述多个螺钉600与所述第二螺孔3360相配合,以固定所述显示屏。每个螺钉600包括一个螺杆610及位于所述螺杆610一端的螺帽620。所述螺杆610收容于所述第二螺孔3360内。所述螺帽620与所述第一部分336顶端柱状边缘相抵接。
安装所述显示屏10时,首先,在所述触控面板400的贴合区414贴上一层双面胶;然后,将所述液晶显示模组300对准放置在所述显示区412上;接着,将所述支撑架200边缘与所述贴合区414相贴合,此时,所述液晶显示模组300收容固定在所述支撑架200与所述触控面板400之间,所述螺柱330与所述第一螺孔230相螺接;随后,将所述螺钉600安装于所述第二螺孔3360内;最后,将所述底盖100盖合在所述支撑架200上,两个所述螺柱330对准穿过所述通孔110,并用所述螺钉600将所述底盖100与所述支撑架200固定,此时,所述显示屏支架500的卡合部卡扣在所述底盖100上。
本发明所提供的所述显示屏10,在液晶显示模组300的后表面320上设置螺柱330,在支撑架200上设置所述第一螺孔230。所述螺柱330与所述第一螺孔230相螺接用于组装固定所述显示屏10,所述组装结构不仅加强了所述显示屏10各元件之间的结合的稳定性,还为触控面板400实现窄边框或无边框提供了先决条件。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示屏,包括触控面板,液晶显示模组及支撑架,所述液晶显示模组位于所述触控面板与所述支撑架之间,所述液晶显示模组与所述触控面板相互贴合,且所述触控面板的边缘与所述支撑架粘结固定,所述液晶显示模组背离所述触控面板的表面凸设有多个螺柱,所述支撑架扣接所述液晶显示模组及所述触控面板,所述支撑架对应所述多个螺柱设置多个第一螺孔,所述支撑架及所述液晶显示模组通过所述螺柱与螺孔的配合固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,每个螺柱上设置有一个第二螺孔,所述显示面板包括多个螺钉,所述螺钉与所述第二螺孔一一对应,所述螺钉与所述第二螺孔相配合进一步固定所述支撑架与所述液晶显示模组。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述多个螺柱包括一个基部及一个设置在所述基部上的柱状部,所述柱状部为中空阶梯状圆柱,所述柱状部上设置有第二螺孔。
4.如权利要求2所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述螺柱与所述液晶显示结构一体成型。
5.如权利要求2所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述螺钉包括螺杆及位于螺杆一端的螺帽,所述螺杆收容于所述第二螺孔内,所述螺帽与所述第一部分顶端柱状边缘相抵接。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述触控面板四周边缘贴覆有双面胶,以黏结所述支撑架与所述触控面板。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括一个底盖,所述底盖贴合在所述支撑架上。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述底盖上开设有两个通孔,所述两个通孔与两个所述螺柱相对应,所述螺柱穿过所述两个通孔以固定所述底盖与所述支撑架。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述螺钉与所述两个穿过第二通孔的螺柱相配合,进一步固定所述底盖与所述支撑架。
10.如权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括一个显示屏支架,所述显示屏支架固定在所述液晶显示模组上。
