Detailed Description
The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to fig. 1 to 9, so that the functions and features of the present invention can be better understood.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a light guide head mounting structure for preventing light guides from mutually crossing light in accordance with the present invention includes a heat sink 1, an LED circuit board assembly 2, a first light guide mounting bracket 3, a second light guide mounting bracket 4, two first light guides 5 and a second light guide 6; the LED circuit board assembly 2 comprises two first light sources 21 and a second light source 22; the LED circuit board assembly 2, the first light guide mounting bracket 3 and the second light guide mounting bracket 4 are fixed on the radiator 1 in a laminated mode in sequence; the first light guide mounting bracket 3 is formed with two first light guide mounting portions 31, and the positions of the first light guide mounting portions 31 correspond to the two first light sources 21, respectively; the second light guide mounting bracket 4 is formed with a second light guide mounting portion 41, and the position of the second light guide mounting portion 41 corresponds to the second light source 22; the first light guide mounting bracket 3 is hollowed out at a position corresponding to the second light source 22. The first light source 21 and the second light source 22 may employ LED light sources of different colors, for example, the first light source 21 employs a white LED light source, which is used as a light source of daytime running lights and front position lights; the second light source 22 employs a yellow LED light source as a light source of the front turn light. The heat sink 1 is made of metal, preferably LD12 aluminum alloy.
The LED circuit board assembly 2 is fixedly connected with the radiator 1 through a screw or cold riveting structure. The LED circuit board assembly 2 adopts a circuit board with a black front surface, and reduces the reflectivity of the circuit board, so that light rays which are strung out due to the reflection of the circuit board are weakened.
The first light guide mounting part 31 and the first light guide 5 form a first buckling structure matched with each other, and the first light guide 5 is fixed in the first light guide mounting part 31 through the first buckling structure; the second light guide mounting portion 41 and the second light guide 6 form a second fastening structure that cooperates with each other, and the second light guide 6 is fixed in the second light guide mounting portion 41 by the second fastening structure.
One end of the first light guide mounting bracket 3 is matched with the first light guide 5 in a buckling connection mode, and the other end of the first light guide mounting bracket is matched with the radiator 1 in a screw connection mode.
The two screw posts of the second light guide mounting bracket 4 pass through the two through holes 33 on the right side of the first light guide mounting bracket 3 and then press the upper surface of the first light guide mounting bracket 3 against the lower surface of the second light guide mounting bracket 4 in such a manner as to fix the first light guide mounting bracket 3.
The first light guide mounting bracket 3 and the second light guide mounting bracket 4 are made of black opaque PC material, so that light rays are prevented from penetrating through the light guide mounting brackets from the front side, and light strings and light leakage are formed.
The first light guide mounting bracket 3 and the second light guide mounting bracket 4 extend towards the LED circuit board assembly 2 to be matched to form a first flanging 7, light leakage from the side surface is reduced to the greatest extent, light leakage and light stringing are avoided, the end face of the first flanging 7 is a fixed distance away from the LED circuit board assembly 2, and projection of the first flanging 7 towards the LED circuit board assembly 2 is sealed and surrounds the periphery of each first light source 21 and each second light source 22. In this embodiment, the fixed distance is 1mm.
The radiator 1 extends to the first light guide mounting bracket 3 and the second light guide mounting bracket 4 to form a second flanging 11, the second flanging 11 is formed on the periphery of the first flanging 7, and the height of the second flanging 11 is larger than the fixed distance.
The second flange 11 and the first flange 7 cooperate to form a labyrinth structure for shielding light leaking from a 1mm gap between the light guide mounting bracket and the LED circuit board assembly 2.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 8 and 9, the optical fiber protecting sleeve 9 further includes three optical fiber protecting sleeves 9, the optical fiber protecting sleeve 9 includes a sleeve 91 and a sleeve 92, the optical fiber protecting sleeve 9 is respectively sleeved outside the first optical fiber 5 and the second optical fiber 6 through the sleeve 92, and the sleeve 91 of the optical fiber protecting sleeve 9 is covered outside the corresponding first optical fiber mounting portion 31 or second optical fiber mounting portion 41. In this embodiment, the light guide sheath 9 is made of a black opaque PP material, and has a certain deformation, and is directly sleeved on the corresponding light guide and matched with the light guide, so as to shield the exposed light guide buckle structure on the light guide mounting bracket and the section of light guide from the light source to the light guide bracket, and avoid light leakage and light crosstalk caused by light emission from the light guide.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the first light guide mounting portion 31, the second light guide mounting portion 41 and the light guide sheath 9 are formed with an error-proofing structure.
Two first top ribs 32 are formed at intervals on the outer side of a first light guide mounting part 31, and a sleeve head 91 of a light guide sheath 9 corresponding to the first light guide mounting part 31 forms a first opening matched with the first top ribs 32; a second top rib 42 is formed on the outer side of the second light guide mounting part 41, and a sleeve head 91 of a light guide sheath 9 corresponding to the second light guide mounting part 41 forms a second opening matched with the second top rib 42; the first ridge 32, the first opening, the second ridge 42, and the second opening form an error-proof structure. The first and second ribs 32, 42 are 10mm in height and 1mm in width; the first opening is 4.5mm in height and 7mm in width; the second opening was 4.5mm high and 2mm wide.
An assembly identifier 93 is formed on the outside of the ferrule 91 of the optical guide sheath 9. In this embodiment, "a", "B" and "C" are engraved on the first surface of the fitting mark portion 93 of the three light guide sheaths 9, respectively, for distinguishing the corresponding light guides sleeved by the respective light guide sheaths 9.
In addition, an "L" or an "R" letter may be engraved on the second face of the fitting identification portion 93 of the three light guide sheaths 9 so as to distinguish between left and right side parts at the time of fitting, where "L" represents a left side part and "R" represents a right side part.
