本发明涉及一种卸油阀,包括阀体、阀瓣、阀轴、弹簧、手柄和齿轮机构,在阀轴上端与阀体之间安装相互配套的传感器;主要是传感器由永磁铁和霍尔元件组成,永磁铁固定安装在阀轴上端内部,霍尔元件固定安装在正对阀轴上端的外侧阀体上的安装座内,在霍尔元件外侧的安装座内安装信号处理装置;所述信号处理装置由比例放大器组成,永磁铁与霍尔元件之间的微量距离变化,都会引起霍尔元件输出电压变化,其检测灵敏度高、信号稳定、介质零干扰、防盗性能好。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其关于一种卸油阀。本发明适用于油罐车罐底卸油阀。
背景技术
卸油阀安装在油罐车罐底作为罐体内油品的卸放开关,其结构主要有手动卸油阀和气动卸油阀。手动卸油阀的结构由阀体、阀瓣、阀轴、弹簧、手柄和齿轮机构,手柄旋转通过齿轮机构带动阀轴克服弹簧力,实现对阀瓣开启操作。为了监控卸油阀非正常开启卸油,一般采用在阀体上安装感应器探头,探测阀轴的位置状态,检测阀瓣开闭状态。但是,现有卸油阀采用的感应器探头对阀轴位置移动的检测灵敏度较低,不能检测阀瓣微开状态的阀轴位移,如专利申请号为CN201611208987.1的卸油阀开启检测装置,其检测灵敏度为阀门开启1mm,这样的灵敏度在现有技术中已经是很高了,但是,阀门开启1mm时,卸油阀的出油量已经很大了,所以这种检测技术不能监控非正常微开度偷油现象,防盗性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种检测灵敏度高、防盗性能好的卸油阀。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、阀瓣、阀轴、弹簧、手柄和齿轮机构,阀轴下端与阀瓣上端面中心固定连接,阀轴中部与安装在阀体内腔的导向架中心的导向孔动配合,并通过齿轮机构与手柄传动连接,在阀轴上端与阀体之间安装相互配套的传感器;主要是传感器由永磁铁和霍尔元件组成,永磁铁固定安装在阀轴上端内部,霍尔元件固定安装在正对阀轴上端的外侧阀体上的安装座内,在霍尔元件外侧的安装座内安装信号处理装置;所述信号处理装置由比例放大器组成,其正输入端通过电阻与霍尔元件输出端连接,负输入端通过分压电阻与工作电源负端连接,在负输入端与输出端之间连接可调电阻器,输出端与工作电源负端之间连接第一滤波电容器,正输入端与工作电源负端之间连接第二滤波电容器。
本发明的优点是传感器采用永磁铁和霍尔元件组成,永磁铁与霍尔元件之间的微量距离变化,都会引起霍尔元件输出电压变化,其检测灵敏度高、信号稳定、介质零干扰、防盗性能好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的卸油阀,包括阀体5、阀瓣10、阀轴9、弹簧8、手柄11和齿轮机构,阀体5上端制有连接法兰,该连接法兰安装在油罐车罐底,阀体5下端出口处内腔制有与阀瓣10相互配合的密封面,阀轴9下端与阀瓣10上端面中心固定连接,阀轴9中部与安装在阀体5内腔的导向架中心的导向孔动配合,并通过齿轮机构与手柄11传动连接,在阀轴9与导向架中心的导向孔之间设置轴套7,所述齿轮机构由固定安装在手柄11一端的扇形齿轮6与阀轴9上的轴向齿条相互啮合组成,弹簧8安装在阀瓣10与导向架之间,手柄11转动时,通过齿轮机构克服弹簧8的弹力将阀瓣10向上移动开启阀门,在阀轴9上端与阀体5之间安装传感器;传感器由永磁铁4和霍尔元件3组成,永磁铁4固定安装在阀轴9上端,霍尔元件3固定安装在阀轴9上端外侧阀体5上的安装座1内,霍尔元件3采用半导体霍尔器件,可根据其与永磁铁4之间的相对位置产生连续变化的霍尔效应电压,在霍尔元件3外侧的安装座1内安装信号处理装置2;所述信号处理装置2由比例运算放大器A组成,该比例运算放大器A的正输入端通过电阻R1与霍尔元件3输出端连接,负输入端通过分压电阻R2与工作电源负端连接,在比例运算放大器A的负输入端与输出端之间连接可调电阻器RW,比例运算放大器A输出端与工作电源负端之间连接第一滤波电容器C1,正输入端与工作电源负端之间连接第二滤波电容器C2,提高输出电压的稳定性。比例运算放大器A的输出端与微处理器的信号输入端连接。比例运算放大器A工作电源正端V+与负端之间的工作电压为5V。霍尔元件3的电源正端接工作电源正端V+,电源负端接工作电源负端,如图2所示。

1.一种卸油阀,包括阀体(5)、阀瓣(10)、阀轴(9)、弹簧(8)、手柄(11)和齿轮机构,阀轴(9)下端与阀瓣(10)上端面中心固定连接,阀轴(9)中部与安装在阀体(5)内腔的导向架中心的导向孔动配合,在阀轴(9)上端与阀体(5)之间安装传感器;其特征是传感器由永磁铁(4)和霍尔元件(3)组成,永磁铁(4)固定安装在阀轴(9)上端,霍尔元件(3)固定安装在阀轴(9)上端外侧阀体(5)上的安装座(1)内,在霍尔元件(3)外侧的安装座(1)内安装信号处理装置(2);所述信号处理装置(2)由比例运算放大器(A)组成,该比例运算放大器(A)的正输入端通过电阻(R1)与霍尔元件(3)输出端连接,负输入端通过分压电阻(R2)与工作电源负端连接,在比例运算放大器(A)的负输入端与输出端之间连接可调电阻器(RW),比例运算放大器(A)输出端与工作电源负端之间连接第一滤波电容器(C1),正输入端与工作电源负端之间连接第二滤波电容器(C2)。
