本发明涉及一种发电防晒停车位,属于停车位领域,是由加热槽、加热槽进水口、加热槽出气口、副加热槽、副加热槽进气口、副加热槽出气口、第一输气管道、蒸汽发电机、第二输气管道、冷凝器、出气管、气泵、蓄电池、控制电路、停车位、压力传感器、支撑架、后支撑板、前支撑板、轴套、电磁锁、电机、电机主轴、主轴齿轮、链条、遮光板、隔热层、凹面镜、转轴、铁板、转轴齿轮和LED灯组成的,具体地说是通过地热能发电给停车位的电气设备供电,能够在白天天气炎热时自动为车辆遮挡阳光,同时通过相变材料制成的遮阳板来降低遮阳板下的温度,降低停车位中车辆的温度,同时储存多余电量,节能环保,解决了夏季停车车辆温度高的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电防晒停车位,具体地说是通过地热能发电给停车位的电气设备供电,能够在白天天气炎热时自动为车辆遮挡阳光,同时通过相变材料制成的遮阳板来降低遮阳板下的温度,降低停车位中车辆的温度,同时储存多余电量,属于停车位领域。
背景技术
随着科技的迅速发展,私家车越来越普及,私家车的数量也急剧增长,停车位已经成为了随处可见的设施,但大部分停车位处于露天条件下,到了夏天由于强烈的阳光照射,停在露天停车位的车辆温度就会急剧升高,车内温度过高会导致车内物品变质损坏,司机开车时由于车内温度过高,通常需要先开窗散热一段时间,而车表面温度过高会对车漆造成损坏,过高的温度也可能引起火灾。
目前已有多种发电方式,多利用了光能发电,水力发电,风力发电和核能发电等,地热发电是新能源利用的一个重要方向,夏季地表温度能够达到70摄氏度以上;水在一标准大气压下的沸点为100摄氏度,在90kPa时沸点约为97摄氏度,在70kPa时约为91摄氏度,在47kPa时约为80摄氏度,在31kPa时约为70摄氏度。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种发电防晒停车位。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种发电防晒停车位,是由加热槽、加热槽进水口、加热槽出气口、副加热槽、副加热槽进气口、副加热槽出气口、第一输气管道、蒸汽发电机、第二输气管道、冷凝器、出气管、气泵、蓄电池、控制电路、停车位、压力传感器、支撑架、后支撑板、前支撑板、轴套、电磁锁、电机、电机主轴、主轴齿轮、链条、遮光板、隔热层、凹面镜、转轴、铁板、转轴齿轮和LED灯组成的,所述的气泵通过螺纹与出气管连接,出气管的另一端通过螺纹与加热槽连接,加热槽的加热槽出气口通过不锈钢管道与副加热槽的副加热槽进气口相连接,副加热槽的副加热槽出气口通过螺纹与第一输气管道相连接,第一输气管道的另一端通过螺纹与蒸汽发电机的进气口相连接,蒸汽发电机的出气口通过螺纹与第二输气管道相连接,第二输气管道安装在加热槽的上方,第二输气管道的另一端通过螺栓与冷凝器相连接,蒸汽发电机通过电源线与蓄电池相连接,蓄电池上安装有控制电路,蓄电池通过电源线与电机相连,电机焊接在支撑架上,支撑架通过螺栓固定在停车位上,停车位上安装有与车轮位置相对应的压力传感器,支撑架上焊接有前支撑板,前支撑板上安装有LED灯,轴套通过焊接固定在支撑架上,遮光板的转轴穿过轴套,转轴齿轮通过链条与主轴齿轮连接,后支撑板通过焊接固定在支撑架上,后支撑板的顶部安装有电磁锁,电磁锁通过电源线与蓄电池相连接,遮光板的转轴上焊接有矩形铁板,铁板的外侧安装有相变材料制成的遮光板,遮光板的上表面粘接有隔热层,遮光板和铁板的下表面装有凹面镜。
该发明的有益之处是,利用地热发电节省能源,加热槽内部气压低于大气压,使水更容易沸腾产生大量蒸汽带动蒸汽发电机发电,同时管道内安装有单向阀,使蒸汽单向流动,冷凝器和输气管道安装在加热槽上方,蒸汽变为水后通过重力流回加热槽,无需使用水泵提供动力,通过压力传感器感应车辆,当有车辆停放时,自动为车辆遮光,当没有车辆时,遮光板自动升起,通过凹面镜聚光加速加热槽中的水沸腾,可以根据地形大小来增加或减少副加热槽的数目来控制蒸汽产生的量。

具体实施方式
一种发电防晒停车位,是由窗框1、滚轮导轨101、支撑架102、风扇电机103、风扇电机轴104、玻璃窗槽105、窗框透光框106、窗框通风框107、尼龙绒带108、电源线109、玻璃窗2、把手201、过滤网3、空气过滤层301、尼龙钩带302、负离子发生层303、风扇4、挡板5、橡胶挡风板501、牵引带槽502、支撑轴503、牵引带6、牵引电机7、牵引电机轴701、电源8、PM2.5检测仪801、控制电路802和滚轮9组成的,所述的气泵701通过螺纹与出气管7连接,出气管7的另一端通过螺纹与加热槽1连接,加热槽1的加热槽出气口102通过不锈钢管道与副加热槽2的副加热槽进气口201相连接,副加热槽2的副加热槽出气口202通过螺纹与第一输气管道3相连接,第一输气管道3的另一端通过螺纹与蒸汽发电机4的进气口相连接,蒸汽发电机4的出气口通过螺纹与第二输气管道5相连接,第二输气管道5安装在加热槽1的上方,第二输气管道5的另一端通过螺栓与冷凝器6相连接,蒸汽发电机4通过电源线与蓄电池8相连接,蓄电池8上安装有控制电路9,蓄电池8通过电源线与电机13相连,电机13焊接在支撑架12上,支撑架12通过螺栓固定在停车位10上,停车位10上安装有与车轮位置相对应的压力传感器11,支撑架12上焊接有前支撑板1202,前支撑板1202上安装有LED灯16,轴套1203通过焊接固定在支撑架12上,遮光板15的转轴1503穿过轴套1203,转轴齿轮1505通过链条14与主轴齿轮1302连接,后支撑板1201通过焊接固定在支撑架12上,后支撑板1201的顶部安装有电磁锁1204,电磁锁1204通过电源线与蓄电池8相连接,遮光板15的转轴1503上焊接有矩形铁板1504,铁板1504的外侧安装有相变材料制成的遮光板15,遮光板15的上表面粘接有隔热层1501,遮光板15和铁板1504的下表面装有凹面镜1502。
使用时通过气泵701将加热槽1中的空气抽出一部分,使加热槽1中的气压控制在31kPa左右,太阳光照射到地面和凹面镜1502上,凹面镜1502将阳光聚集到加热槽1和副加热槽201周围,随着加热槽1和副加热槽201周围的温度升高,当加热槽1和副加热槽201中的水温达到70摄氏度左右,水由液态变为气态,压力升高,通过第一输气管道3将高压蒸汽输送给蒸汽发电机4,蒸汽发电机4将产生的电流储存到蓄电池8中,蒸汽从蒸汽发电机4经过第二输气管道5输送到冷凝器6中,蒸汽由气态变为液态水,流回加热槽1中,当有车辆停到停车位10的指定位置时,压力传感器11将信号传递给控制电路9,控制电路9控制蓄电池8给电机13供电,同时控制电路9控制蓄电池8给电磁锁1204断电,电机13带动电机主轴1301转动,通过主轴齿轮1302和链条14传动带动转轴齿轮1505转动,转轴齿轮1505带动转轴1503转动,同时转轴齿轮1505带动遮光板15由竖直状态转到水平状态,遮光板15落到前支撑板上,为车辆遮光,当车辆开走时,压力传感器11将信号传送给控制电路9,控制电路9控制蓄电池8给电机13供电,同时控制电路9控制蓄电池8给电磁锁1204供电,电机13带动电机主轴1301转动,通过主轴齿轮1302和链条14传动带动转轴齿轮1505转动,转轴齿轮1505带动转轴1503转动,同时转轴齿轮1505带动遮光板15由水平状态转到竖直状态,电磁锁1204吸住铁板1504将遮光板15固定,夜晚控制电路9控制LED灯16点亮,为周围行人照明,避免发生意外或者碰撞,同时蓄电池8将产生的多余电量储存起来,蓄电池8能够拆卸下来供其他设备使用。

1.一种发电防晒停车位,是由加热槽、加热槽进水口、加热槽出气口、副加热槽、副加热槽进气口、副加热槽出气口、第一输气管道、蒸汽发电机、第二输气管道、冷凝器、出气管、气泵、蓄电池、控制电路、停车位、压力传感器、支撑架、后支撑板、前支撑板、轴套、电磁锁、电机、电机主轴、主轴齿轮、链条、遮光板、隔热层、凹面镜、转轴、铁板、转轴齿轮和LED灯组成的,其特征在于:所述的气泵通过螺纹与出气管连接,出气管的另一端通过螺纹与加热槽连接,加热槽的加热槽出气口通过不锈钢管道与副加热槽的副加热槽进气口相连接,副加热槽的副加热槽出气口通过螺纹与第一输气管道相连接,第一输气管道的另一端通过螺纹与蒸汽发电机的进气口相连接,蒸汽发电机的出气口通过螺纹与第二输气管道相连接,第二输气管道安装在加热槽的上方,第二输气管道的另一端通过螺栓与冷凝器相连接,蒸汽发电机通过电源线与蓄电池相连接,蓄电池上安装有控制电路,蓄电池通过电源线与电机相连,电机焊接在支撑架上,支撑架通过螺栓固定在停车位上,停车位上安装有与车轮位置相对应的压力传感器,支撑架上焊接有前支撑板,前支撑板上安装有LED灯,轴套通过焊接固定在支撑架上,遮光板的转轴穿过轴套,转轴齿轮通过链条与主轴齿轮连接,后支撑板通过焊接固定在支撑架上,后支撑板的顶部安装有电磁锁,电磁锁通过电源线与蓄电池相连接,遮光板的转轴上焊接有矩形铁板,铁板的外侧安装有相变材料制成的遮光板,遮光板的上表面粘接有隔热层,遮光板和铁板的下表面装有凹面镜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种发电防晒停车位,其特征在于:第二输气管道弯折处有1:30的斜度,避免冷凝的水倒流。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种发电防晒停车位,其特征在于:隔热层为反光涂料制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种发电防晒停车位,其特征在于:第二输气管道和冷凝器安装在加热槽上方,冷凝后的水通过重力作用流回加热槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种发电防晒停车位,其特征在于:转轴齿轮和主轴齿轮通过链条传动。
