Abstract

高压直变逆变应急电源是一种稳压逆变电源,它 由充电检测电路、蓄电池、振荡电路和输出开关电路 组成,蓄电池是一串联组合电池,其电压与市电电压 相同。在充电时,市电经整流后就可直接加到电池组 上充电,放电时,高压直流电经振荡电路和输出开关 电路转换成交流电输出。整个电源中省去了变压器, 这样使得本发明的电源体积小、重量轻。

Description

本发明涉及一种稳压逆变电源。
现时市面上的逆变电源都是把市电(220V或110V),经变压器降压再给蓄电池(通常是12V或24V的铅酸蓄电池),充电贮存能量,当停电时经振荡电路转换成方波或正弦波,再经变压器升压供给负载。如附图5是常规逆变电源的框图,这样的电路有以下几个缺点:1,变压器上有损耗;2,变压器笨重使制造出来的逆变电源体积大,重量重,且结构工艺较复杂,成本高。
本发明的目的是提供一种高压直变逆变应急电源,它是由高压电(220V或110V)直接对蓄电池充电,及放电时直接输出高压,省却变压器,减少电路的损耗,更减少逆变器的体积和重量,降低制造成本。
本发明的原理是这样的,它由充电检测电路、蓄电池、振荡电路和输出开关电路组成,其使用串联组合的蓄电池组,使蓄电池的组合电压与市电电压相同,这样可利用市电直接对蓄电池充电(无需变压);放电时也可直接经交流逆变即可供电,省去了变压器。
本发明的优点是:体积小,重量轻,成本低。
下面通过附图进一步说明本发明的实施情况:
图1是本发明的框图;
图2是自动充电检测电路;
图3是50周波数字振荡电路;
图4是输出开关桥电路。
图5是常规逆变电源的方框图。
图1中,自动充电电路101,检测电路102,蓄电池2,50周波振荡电路3,输出桥开关4。为了减少变压器,而组合一个与市电电压相同的高压蓄电池组2,为了实现体积小,重量轻,可选择可充电的镉镍或镍氢密封蓄电池串联组合。如选用0.5安时,1.2伏额定电压的5号镉镍圆柱密封蓄电池180个串联组成作为500W的逆变电源,其重量只是4公斤多重,而常规500W的逆变电源则要20多公斤。在串联组成蓄电池的同时,在串联组成蓄电池的同时在±12V伏处引出抽头供其他低电路使用。其工作过程是这样的:在市电有电时,由检测电路102,测量蓄电池并控制充电电路101工作,为蓄电池充电,当市电停电时,蓄电池输出的高压直流电加到输出桥开关4上,输出桥开关4由50周波振荡电路3控制,向负载输出50周波的方波。
下面再进一步说明其他电路的工作情况。
图2,是自动充电检测电路,市电经整流B2后经开关G6直接加到蓄电池上,开关G6的通断由IC4组成的检测电路控制,检测电路测到蓄电池的电压来控制G6通断。这样的充电路有两个好处:1,利用全波整流后的正弦交流电压充电,即利用了电压的峰值充电,这样可缩短充电时间;2,蓄电池直接吸收了市电的浪涌。
图3,是振荡电路,它产生一个50周的振荡电平,并使A、B电平相同,C、D电平相同,A、B输出高电平时,C、D输出低电平;C、D输出高电平时,A、B输出低电平;A、B或C、D高低电平一次为一周。
图4,是开关桥电路,当振荡电路A、B输出高电平时,开关G1、G4导通,在负载RL上产生正半周电压;当振荡电路C、D输出高电平时,G2、G3导通,在负载RL上产生负半周电压,如此重复而产生交流电供给负载RL。

Claims (3)

1、一种高压直变逆变应急电源,它由充电检测电路、蓄电池、振荡电路和输出开关电路组成,其特征在于:其没有常规逆变电源中的变压器,其蓄电池是一电压与市电电压相同的组合电池。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高压直变逆变应急电源,其特征在于:蓄电池以串联方式组合,并在±12伏处有引出抽头。
3、根据权利要求1所述的高压直变逆变应急电源,其特征在于:蓄电池采用镉镍或镍氢密封电池。
