本发明公开了一种木质家具表面清洁修复剂,由以下按照重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺10‑15份、松香改性酚醛树脂15‑20份、滑石粉25‑30份、甘油8‑12份、硬脂酸2‑4份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠6‑8份、焦磷酸四钠7‑10份、三羟甲基丙烷12‑15份、乙醇5‑9份、水20‑30份。本发明还公开了所述木质家具表面清洁修复剂的制备方法。本发明能对家具表面进行清洁,清洁效果好,而且能对木质家具表面划痕等缺陷进行一定程度的修复,延长木质家具使用寿命,同时使得木质家具看起来更新。

本发明涉及一种清洗剂,具体是一种木质家具表面清洁修复剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的木质家具表面场时间使用,家具表面会出现污渍,此时就需要对家具表面进行清洁,普通清洁剂清洁效果不佳,而且污渍去除后,木质家具还会有划痕存在,影响家具的外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种木质家具表面清洁修复剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种木质家具表面清洁修复剂,由以下按照重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺10-15份、松香改性酚醛树脂15-20份、滑石粉25-30份、甘油8-12份、硬脂酸2-4份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠6-8份、焦磷酸四钠7-10份、三羟甲基丙烷12-15份、乙醇5-9份、水20-30份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:由以下按照重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺11-14份、松香改性酚醛树脂16-18份、滑石粉26-28份、甘油9-11份、硬脂酸2-3份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠6-7份、焦磷酸四钠8-9份、三羟甲基丙烷13-14份、乙醇6-8份、水22-28份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:由以下按照重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺12份、松香改性酚醛树脂17份、滑石粉27份、甘油10份、硬脂酸3份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠7份、焦磷酸四钠8份、三羟甲基丙烷14份、乙醇7份、水26份。
所述木质家具表面清洁修复剂的制备方法,步骤如下:将脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺、松香改性酚醛树脂、滑石粉、甘油、硬脂酸、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、三羟甲基丙烷、乙醇、水依次放入反应釜中,抽真空0.01-0.05MPa,升温150-200度搅拌20-30分钟,恢复常压,水浴降温至10-20度,搅拌10-15分钟,静置10-20分钟,获得清洁修复剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明能对家具表面进行清洁,清洁效果好,而且能对木质家具表面划痕等缺陷进行一定程度的修复,延长木质家具使用寿命,同时使得木质家具看起来更新。

一种木质家具表面清洁修复剂,由以下按照重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺10份、松香改性酚醛树脂15份、滑石粉25份、甘油8份、硬脂酸2份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠6份、焦磷酸四钠7份、三羟甲基丙烷12份、乙醇5份、水20份。
本实施例中,所述木质家具表面清洁修复剂的制备方法,步骤如下:将脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺、松香改性酚醛树脂、滑石粉、甘油、硬脂酸、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、三羟甲基丙烷、乙醇、水依次放入反应釜中,抽真空0.01MPa,升温150度搅拌20分钟,恢复常压,水浴降温至10度,搅拌10分钟,静置10分钟,获得清洁修复剂。
实施例2
一种木质家具表面清洁修复剂,由以下按照重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺115份、松香改性酚醛树脂20份、滑石粉30份、甘油12份、硬脂酸4份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠8份、焦磷酸四钠10份、三羟甲基丙烷15份、乙醇9份、水30份。
本实施例中,所述木质家具表面清洁修复剂的制备方法,步骤如下:将脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺、松香改性酚醛树脂、滑石粉、甘油、硬脂酸、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、三羟甲基丙烷、乙醇、水依次放入反应釜中,抽真空0.05MPa,升温200度搅拌30分钟,恢复常压,水浴降温至20度,搅拌15分钟,静置20分钟,获得清洁修复剂。
实施例3
一种木质家具表面清洁修复剂,由以下按照重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺12份、松香改性酚醛树脂17份、滑石粉27份、甘油10份、硬脂酸3份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠7份、焦磷酸四钠8份、三羟甲基丙烷14份、乙醇7份、水26份。
本实施例中,所述木质家具表面清洁修复剂的制备方法,步骤如下:将脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺、松香改性酚醛树脂、滑石粉、甘油、硬脂酸、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、三羟甲基丙烷、乙醇、水依次放入反应釜中,抽真空0.03MPa,升温170度搅拌25分钟,恢复常压,水浴降温至15度,搅拌12分钟,静置15分钟,获得清洁修复剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的木质家具表面清洁修复剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺11-14份、松香改性酚醛树脂16-18份、滑石粉26-28份、甘油9-11份、硬脂酸2-3份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠6-7份、焦磷酸四钠8-9份、三羟甲基丙烷13-14份、乙醇6-8份、水22-28份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的木质家具表面清洁修复剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺12份、松香改性酚醛树脂17份、滑石粉27份、甘油10份、硬脂酸3份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠7份、焦磷酸四钠8份、三羟甲基丙烷14份、乙醇7份、水26份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的木质家具表面清洁修复剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:将脂肪醇二乙醇酰胺、松香改性酚醛树脂、滑石粉、甘油、硬脂酸、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、三羟甲基丙烷、乙醇、水依次放入反应釜中,抽真空0.01-0.05MPa,升温150-200度搅拌20-30分钟,恢复常压,水浴降温至10-20度,搅拌10-15分钟,静置10-20分钟,获得清洁修复剂。
