本发明公开了一种柔性线路板的表面处理的清洗剂,包括按质量百分比如下组分组成:二元脂肪酸2.5‑8%,三乙醇胺5‑12%,乙二醇丁醚0.2‑5%,1,2‑丙二醇0.2‑5%,环氧丙烷环氧乙烷聚合物2‑8%,异构烷基环氧丙烷环氧乙烷聚合物2‑8%,乙二醇苯醚2‑8%,纯水60‑68.8%。本发明的产品成本低廉,清洗效果好,清洗力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及印制线路板技术领域,尤其涉及一种印制线路板HDI产品的柔性线路板的表面处理的清洗剂。
背景技术
柔性电路板又称“软板,”是用柔性的绝缘基材制成的印刷电路,行业内俗称FPC,是用柔性的绝缘基材(主要是聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜)制成的印刷电路板,具有许多硬性印刷电路板不具备的优点。柔性电路提供优良的电性能,能满足更小型和更高密度安装的设计需要,也有助于减少组装工序和增强可靠性。柔性电路板是满足电子产品小型化和移动要求的惟一解决方法。可以自由弯曲、卷绕、折叠,可以承受数百万次的动态弯曲而不损坏导线,可依照空间布局要求任意安排,并在三维空间任意移动和伸缩,从而达到元器件装配和导线连接的一体化;柔性电路板可大大缩小电子产品的体积和重量,适用电子产品向高密度、小型化、高可靠方向发展的需要。因此,FPC在航天、军事、移动通讯、手提电脑、计算机外设、PDA、数字相机等领域或产品上得到了广泛的应用。
柔性印刷线路板有单面、双面和多层板之分。所采用的基材以聚酰亚胺覆铜板为主。此种材料耐热性高、尺寸稳定性好,与兼有机械保护和良好电气绝缘性能的覆盖膜通过压制而成最终产品。双面、多层印制线路板的表层和内层导体通过金属化实现内外层电路的电气连接。
柔性线路板具有节省空间、减轻重量及灵活性高等诸多优点,全球对柔性线路板的需求正逐年增加。柔性线路板独有的特性使其在多种场合成为刚性线路板及传统布线方案的替代方式,同时它也推动了很多新领域的发展,成长最快的部份是计算机硬盘驱动器(HDD)内部连接线,成长速度位居第二的领域是新型集成电路封装,柔性线路技术在便携设备(如移动电话)中的市场潜力非常大。
目前,缺乏一种清洗效果好的柔性线路板的表面处理的清洗剂。

本发明的目的在于提供一种清洗效果好的柔性线路板的表面处理的清洗剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:本发明的一种柔性线路板的表面处理的清洗剂,包括按质量百分比如下组分组成:

有益效果:本发明的产品成本低廉,清洗效果好,清洗力强。不但可快速彻底清洗线路板上的焊锡膏,完全满足线路板表面洁净度要求,配置后的清洗剂呈碱性(pH大于10.0),可避免对线路板元器件造成腐蚀,对元器件、焊点、金属和塑料构件等有很好防护作用;本发明同时还解决了现有技术所存在的对环境污染、易燃易爆等问题,安全可靠。
