Abstract
本发明公开了一种纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将糯米淀粉、橡子淀粉、海藻酸钠室温搅拌均匀,加入硼砂、碳酸钾、过氧化二异丙苯搅拌,升温继续搅拌,降至室温,加入醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯乳液、硅烷偶联剂KH‑570、硬质陶土、膨胀珍珠岩、氢蛭石粉、蛭石粉、氧化镁、稳定剂、消泡剂、水,升温搅拌均匀,得到纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂。本发明所得胶黏剂质量稳定,粘结强度极高,韧性与抗剥离强度高,干燥速度快,而且储存性能稳定,贮存期长,同时成本低,环保,便于工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前印刷行业的产品、材料很多,为了确保包装产品的质量,防止有毒物质、劣质包装产品的应用,必须把握好胶黏剂的使用,淀粉胶黏剂作为环境友好型天然胶黏剂越来越受到纸箱生产厂商的青睐。
但是目前在纸箱生产行业所用的淀粉胶黏剂,主要是以淀粉为原材料制作而成,欠缺在于粘接强度低、储存性能不稳定的问题,从而在一定程度上限制了其在纸箱生产行业中的应用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,所得胶黏剂质量稳定,粘结强度极高,韧性与抗剥离强度高,干燥速度快,而且储存性能稳定,贮存期长,同时成本低,环保,便于工业化生产。
本发明提出的一种纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将糯米淀粉、橡子淀粉、海藻酸钠室温搅拌均匀,加入硼砂、碳酸钾、过氧化二异丙苯搅拌,升温继续搅拌,降至室温,加入醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯乳液、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、硬质陶土、膨胀珍珠岩、氢蛭石粉、蛭石粉、氧化镁、稳定剂、消泡剂、水,升温搅拌均匀,得到纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂。
优选地,糯米淀粉、橡子淀粉、海藻酸钠的重量比为80-100:35-45:10-18。
优选地,糯米淀粉、硼砂、碳酸钾、过氧化二异丙苯的重量比为80-100:6-12:4-8:0.6-1.2。
优选地,糯米淀粉、醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯乳液的重量比为80-100:4-6:4-8。
优选地,糯米淀粉、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、硬质陶土、膨胀珍珠岩、氢蛭石粉、蛭石粉、氧化镁、稳定剂、消泡剂、水的重量比为80-100:0.5-1:8-16:8-12:10-16:4-8:4-8:4-8:4-8:4-8。
优选地,包括如下步骤:将糯米淀粉、橡子淀粉、海藻酸钠室温搅拌均匀,加入硼砂、碳酸钾、过氧化二异丙苯搅拌,升温至60-70℃继续搅拌,降至室温,加入醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯乳液、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、硬质陶土、膨胀珍珠岩、氢蛭石粉、蛭石粉、氧化镁、稳定剂、消泡剂、水,升温至120-140℃搅拌均匀,得到纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂。
本发明以糯米淀粉、橡子淀粉、海藻酸钠为主料,分散程度高,经硼砂、碳酸钾、过氧化二异丙苯作用,不仅储存稳定性好,而且粘结强度极高,干燥速度快,糯米淀粉与硬质陶土、膨胀珍珠岩、氢蛭石粉、蛭石粉、氧化镁配合,填充效果好,在保证防水性的作用下,韧性与抗剥离强度高,导热性极好,储存性能稳定,而且成本低,环保,便于工业化生产。本发明所得胶黏剂质量稳定,贮存期长,贮存3个月粘度不变,无发霉、沉淀现象。
本发明成分简单,性质稳定,存放周期长,所得胶黏剂的粘合强度为550N/m,采用胶黏剂加工的纸板和纸箱边压强度可达800N/m以上,戳穿强度可达20J以上,完全解决了纸板和纸箱的开胶、分层及吸湿等问题。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将80g糯米淀粉、45g橡子淀粉、10g海藻酸钠室温搅拌均匀,加入12g硼砂、4g碳酸钾、1.2g过氧化二异丙苯搅拌,升温至60℃继续搅拌,降至室温,加入6g醋酸乙烯酯、4g丙烯酸酯乳液、1g硅烷偶联剂KH-570、8g硬质陶土、12g膨胀珍珠岩、10g氢蛭石粉、8g蛭石粉、4g氧化镁、8g稳定剂、4g消泡剂、8g水,升温至120℃搅拌均匀,得到纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂。
实施例2
一种纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将100g糯米淀粉、35g橡子淀粉、18g海藻酸钠室温搅拌均匀,加入6g硼砂、8g碳酸钾、0.6g过氧化二异丙苯搅拌,升温至70℃继续搅拌,降至室温,加入4g醋酸乙烯酯、8g丙烯酸酯乳液、0.5g硅烷偶联剂KH-570、16g硬质陶土、8g膨胀珍珠岩、16g氢蛭石粉、4g蛭石粉、8g氧化镁、4g稳定剂、8g消泡剂、4g水,升温至140℃搅拌均匀,得到纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂。
实施例3
一种纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将85g糯米淀粉、42g橡子淀粉、12g海藻酸钠室温搅拌均匀,加入10g硼砂、5g碳酸钾、1g过氧化二异丙苯搅拌,升温至64℃继续搅拌,降至室温,加入5.5g醋酸乙烯酯、5g丙烯酸酯乳液、0.8g硅烷偶联剂KH-570、10g硬质陶土、11g膨胀珍珠岩、12g氢蛭石粉、7g蛭石粉、5g氧化镁、7g稳定剂、5g消泡剂、7g水,升温至125℃搅拌均匀,得到纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂。
实施例4
一种纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将95g糯米淀粉、38g橡子淀粉、16g海藻酸钠室温搅拌均匀,加入8g硼砂、7g碳酸钾、0.8g过氧化二异丙苯搅拌,升温至66℃继续搅拌,降至室温,加入4.5g醋酸乙烯酯、7g丙烯酸酯乳液、0.6g硅烷偶联剂KH-570、14g硬质陶土、10g膨胀珍珠岩、14g氢蛭石粉、5g蛭石粉、7g氧化镁、5g稳定剂、7g消泡剂、5g水,升温至135℃搅拌均匀,得到纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂。

1.一种纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将糯米淀粉、橡子淀粉、海藻酸钠室温搅拌均匀,加入硼砂、碳酸钾、过氧化二异丙苯搅拌,升温继续搅拌,降至室温,加入醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯乳液、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、硬质陶土、膨胀珍珠岩、氢蛭石粉、蛭石粉、氧化镁、稳定剂、消泡剂、水,升温搅拌均匀,得到纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,糯米淀粉、橡子淀粉、海藻酸钠的重量比为80-100:35-45:10-18。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,糯米淀粉、硼砂、碳酸钾、过氧化二异丙苯的重量比为80-100:6-12:4-8:0.6-1.2。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,糯米淀粉、醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯乳液的重量比为80-100:4-6:4-8。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,糯米淀粉、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、硬质陶土、膨胀珍珠岩、氢蛭石粉、蛭石粉、氧化镁、稳定剂、消泡剂、水的重量比为80-100:0.5-1:8-16:8-12:10-16:4-8:4-8:4-8:4-8:4-8。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将糯米淀粉、橡子淀粉、海藻酸钠室温搅拌均匀,加入硼砂、碳酸钾、过氧化二异丙苯搅拌,升温至60-70℃继续搅拌,降至室温,加入醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯乳液、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、硬质陶土、膨胀珍珠岩、氢蛭石粉、蛭石粉、氧化镁、稳定剂、消泡剂、水,升温至120-140℃搅拌均匀,得到纸箱用高粘接强度淀粉胶黏剂。
