In order to divert water into the drainage channels, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the conveyor belt 4 be provided with grooves at both ends.
In order to prevent the sundries from falling from both ends, in the embodiment, it is preferable that both ends of the conveyor belt 4 are provided with partition plates.
In order to allow the flow of water to be forced out into the waste reservoir, in this embodiment, the junction of the drainage channel 6 and the inverted tooth conveyor housing 12 is preferably provided with an inlet.
In order to support the conveying shafts 5 and better squeeze the moisture of the impurities, in the embodiment, a plurality of rotating shafts are preferably arranged between the conveying shafts 5.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: after the device is installed, a grating machine is firstly placed into a sewage pool and fixed, after a power supply is turned on, a main motor 9 drives main shafts 11 to rotate through chains, the two main shafts 11 are connected and driven through the chains, so that a pawl conveyor 10 rotates, sundries in sewage can be hung on rake teeth on the surface of the pawl conveyor 10, when the sundries are conveyed to the upper part of the ground by the pawl conveyor, the sundries fall onto a lower drainage plate 7 under the action of gravity and fall onto the conveyor belt 4 due to the inclined angle of the drainage plate 7, a secondary motor 8 drives a conveying shaft 5 to rotate through a belt, so that the conveyor belt 4 is driven to rotate, the conveyor belt 4 stops after moving for a certain length, an electric push rod 2 drives the conveyor belt 4 to extrude the sundries on the conveyor belt 4 through an extension, water in the sundries is extruded out, the extruded water can flow into drainage grooves 6 at the lower end of the conveyor belt 4 through grooves at two sides of the conveyor belt 4, and finally, the mixture flows into a sewage tank, the electric push rod 2 ascends after extrusion every time, the conveyor belt 4 continuously moves, the extruded dry sundries fall onto the ground for treatment, repeated extrusion and treatment are carried out, and the grid machine is cleaned after the cleaning is finished.
