本发明提供了一种整列分离装置，其能对零件进行整列和分离从而方便生产、加工。其技术方案是这样的：一种整列分离装置，其包括滑槽，其特征在于：所述滑槽底部开有孔，孔与落料管连接，所述落料管底部与第一分离管和第二分离管连接，所述第一分离管、第二分离管的连接处安装有旋转轴，所述旋转轴连接有第一挡板，所述第一挡板长度大于所述第一分离管以及第二分离管的直径，所述旋转轴上位于所述第一挡板两侧还连接有第二挡板、第三挡板，当第一挡板挡住一侧的分离管时，另一侧分离管内的挡板与所述分离管内壁间的角度大于0度小于90度。

技术领域
本发明涉及整列分离装置技术领域，具体为一种整列分离装置。
背景技术
在运输一种底部有端盖而上部开口的长零件时，为了方便使用，需要对这种零件进行整列，使这些零件有端盖的那个面的方向保持一致；而且为了方便加工，需要把一条流水线上的零件分离到两条流水线上。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种整列分离装置，其能对零件进行整列和分离从而方便生产、加工。
其技术方案是这样的：一种整列分离装置，其包括滑槽，其特征在于：所述滑槽底部开有孔，孔的直径大于工件端盖的高度，孔与落料管连接，所述落料管底部与第一分离管和第二分离管连接，所述第一分离管、第二分离管的连接处安装有旋转轴，所述旋转轴连接有第一挡板，所述第一挡板长度大于所述第一分离管以及第二分离管的直径，所述旋转轴上位于所述第一挡板两侧还连接有第二挡板、第三挡板，当第一挡板挡住一侧的分离管时，另一侧分离管内的挡板与所述分离管内壁间的角度大于0度小于90度。
采用了这样的结构后，当零件有端盖的一端在前经过滑槽上的孔时，有端盖的一端会因重量大而直接落入落料管，而当零件没有端盖的一端在前经过孔时，零件会继续移动直到有端盖的一端处于孔上方从而落入孔内，实现整列；当零件落入孔后，由于第一挡板的阻挡，零件只会落入一侧的分离管中，并且在通过时，通过压力使第二挡板/第三挡板旋转，带动第一挡板旋转，使第一挡板挡住当前落料管，下一个零件就会进入另一侧的落料管中实现分离。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种整列分离装置，其包括滑槽1，滑槽1底部设有运输装置，滑槽1水平设置并且底部开有直径大于工件端盖的高度的孔，孔与落料管2连接，落料管2底部与第一分离管3和第二分离管4连接，第一分离管3、第二分离管4的连接处安装有旋转轴5，旋转轴5连接有第一挡板6，第一挡板6长度大于第一分离管3以及第二分离管4的直径，旋转轴5上位于第一挡板6两侧还连接有第二挡板7、第三挡板8，当第一挡板6挡住分离管4时，挡板7与分离管3的角度为40度，当第一挡板6挡住分离管3时，挡板8与分离管4的角度为40度。

1.一种整列分离装置，其包括滑槽，其特征在于：所述滑槽底部开有孔，孔的直径大于工件端盖的高度，孔与落料管连接，所述落料管底部与第一分离管和第二分离管连接，所述第一分离管、第二分离管的连接处安装有旋转轴，所述旋转轴连接有第一挡板，所述第一挡板长度大于所述第一分离管以及第二分离管的直径，所述旋转轴上位于所述第一挡板两侧还连接有第二挡板、第三挡板，当第一挡板挡住一侧的分离管时，另一侧分离管内的挡板与所述分离管内壁间的角度大于0度小于90度。
