本发明属于羽毛球拍领域,尤其涉及一种两面中管的制作方法。
背景技术
中管是制作2次成型工艺的羽毛球拍的配件之一,两面中管是指中管一面硬,一面软,用它能制作出攻守同盟的羽毛球拍。碳纱是用比头发丝还细的一束束碳丝和专门配比的树脂一起织成的,再裁剪成需要的尺寸卷在铁芯上,放模具里热压,最终制作出中管。制作两面中管的第一种方案是:采用常规的碳纱,使中管内的中空横截面不是全对称的,为此要求制作过程中的铁芯是不全对称,细长的铁芯因为不对称,使用几次就自然变弯而报废了,这使得加工成本很高。制作两面中管的第二种方案是:采用常规的圆铁芯,为此要求卷在圆铁芯上的碳纱也相应特制,但是不按常规特制的碳纱制作难度大,成本高。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足, 本发明提供了一种两面中管的制作方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种两面中管的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1.将加工好的普通中管固定;
步骤2.用细长圆锉伸入到中管里面,锉去中管一面内壁的一层碳纱,锉去最多的地方的厚度为0.1 mm -1.5mm;
步骤3.可选择地,步骤2. 中用细长圆锉只锉到中管长度的四分之一到四分之三处。
本发明的有益效果是,能简单低成本地制作出两面中管。

一种两面中管的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1.将加工好的普通中管固定;
步骤2.用直径2.5mm细长圆锉伸入到中管里面,锉去中管一面内壁的一层碳纱,锉去最多的地方的厚度a为0.6mm,用细长圆锉只锉到中管长度的二分之一处。
