The invention discloses an all-plastic glass structure with a retention-preventing function, which comprises a black edge layer and a transparent layer, wherein the black edge layer is connected with the transparent layer; the black edge layer is provided with a through hole, one end of the through hole is an outer opening end, the other end of the through hole is an inner opening end, and the transparent layer seals the inner opening end; any intersection line of any plane vertical to the transparent first layer surface and the outer edge of the black side layer is an outer guide line, and the angle between the outer guide line and the black side first layer surface is 10-60 degrees. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the retention of the shower coating liquid near the junction of the outer edge of the black edge layer and the transparent layer can be effectively avoided, so that the molding effect, the performance and the appearance are qualified; can prevent the liquid from being detained, so that the liquid can flow away in time, and can ensure the thickness of the necessary black edge to adapt to the injection molding property, thereby avoiding the problem of poor injection molding caused by thin wall.

Background
The full plastic glass has been widely used in the automotive field, and has the characteristics of good transparency, good chemical stability, excellent mechanical properties, good weather resistance and the like. The full plastic glass applied to the field of automobiles mainly comprises two parts of structures: the transparent layer realizes functions such as printing opacity, isolation and the like, and the black border layer then increases bulk strength as the skeleton, and the coverage area of black border layer is less than the coverage area of transparent layer. In the production process of all-plastic glass, the curtain coating is one of coating construction methods, is used for coating flat plate-shaped and strip-shaped materials such as steel plates, plywood and plastic plates, and can control the thickness of a coating film on a product by changing the size of a curtain coating nozzle during curtain coating. When the prior all-plastic glass is subjected to curtain coating, the boundary between the outer edge of the black edge layer and the transparent layer is easy to retain curtain coating liquid, and in the curtain coating process, the gas near the boundary between the outer edge of the black edge layer and the transparent layer is difficult to exhaust, so that bubbles are easy to appear near the boundary between the outer edge of the black edge layer and the transparent layer after the curtain coating liquid is solidified, the structural performance and the appearance effect are affected, in addition, gaps are generated near the boundary between the outer edge of the black edge layer and the transparent layer due to poor exhaust and the like, a large amount of curtain coating liquid is drilled into the gaps, and white marks are easy to be generated at the boundary after the curtain coating liquid is solidified.

The inner guide line has the function similar to the outer guide line in principle, and can prevent great amount of shower liquid from accumulating near the junction of the hole wall and the transparent layer.
The angle between the drain line and the first layer surface of the black edge is 45 degrees. If the angle between the current-guiding line and the first layer surface of the black edge is too small, the thickness of the outer edge of the black edge layer is small, so that the injection molding is not facilitated, and poor injection molding is easily caused during injection molding; if the angle between the drainage line and the first layer surface of the black edge is too large, the drainage assisting effect on the shower coating liquid is not strong, the shower coating liquid is easy to stay, and 45 degrees are preferably selected in consideration of comprehensive consideration.
In the process of curtain coating, when the curtain coating liquid flows near the junction of the outer edge of the black edge layer and the transparent layer, the curtain coating liquid can not stay at the junction because a reasonable flow guide angle (the angle between the flow guide line and the first layer surface of the black edge layer is 45 degrees) is arranged between the outer edge of the black edge layer and the first layer surface of the black edge layer, and can quickly flow to the second layer surface of the black edge layer from the outer edge of the black edge layer through the arc surface of the black edge layer, so that the final forming effect of a product can be ensured.

When the shower coating is performed, the quality problem is most likely to occur, namely, the boundary part between the outer edge of the black edge layer and the transparent layer is near, and the outer edge of the black edge layer is arranged on the external annular plate, so that the angle between the drain line and the first layer surface of the black edge layer can be changed to be 45 degrees by adopting different external annular plates according to different shower coating requirements. In addition, when the surface quality of the outer edge of the black edge layer is not up to the requirement or has flaws, the external annular plate can be detached for repairing operations such as polishing, and then the external annular plate is replaced, if the external annular plate cannot be repaired, the external annular plate can be directly replaced.

the black layer is provided with a black first layer surface and a black second layer surface, the black first layer surface is positioned between the transparent layer and the black second layer surface, the transparent layer is provided with a transparent first layer surface and a transparent second layer surface, and the transparent first layer surface is positioned between the black layer and the transparent second layer surface;
the black first layer surface is attached to the transparent first layer surface, the black first layer surface is connected with the transparent first layer surface, any intersection line of any plane perpendicular to the transparent first layer surface and the outer edge of the black layer surface is an outer guide line, and an angle between the outer guide line and the black first layer surface is 10-60 degrees;
