本发明公开了一种用于PVC地板加工的切边装置，包括：支撑板、工作台、固定块、切割轴、转盘一、切割盘、电机、转盘二、传送带、切割缝、左限位块、右限位块、安装座、气缸、U型连接件，所述切割轴通过轴承转动连接在固定块上，所述转盘一固设在切割轴的右端，所述切割轴的左端固设一个切割盘，所述工作台对应于切割盘处开有切割缝，所述切割盘的上部穿过切割缝，所述左限位块固设在工作台上端面左侧，所述右限位块设置在左限位块的相对一侧，所述右限位块的右端面固接一个U型连接件，所述气缸水平安装在安装座右端面处，所述气缸活塞杆向左穿过安装座且末端与U型连接件中心连接。本发明具有效率高效、操作简便的优点。

技术领域
发明涉及一种用于PVC地板加工的切边装置，应用于PVC地板加工技术领域。
背景技术
PVC地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料，具有绿色环保、超轻超薄、超强耐磨、超强防滑、防火阻燃、防水防潮、吸音降噪等优点，至今在国内的大中城市已经得到普遍的认可，使用非常广泛，如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、公共场所、超市等各种场所，在PVC地板加工过程中，有时会由于操作失误，出现加工误差，会出现制得的PVC地板比标准件尺寸偏大，需通过切边切除多余的部分，但目前市场上，尚没有针对性的设备，需首先通过人工测量，划线后，然后人工切割，这种方法一方面加工效率低，另一方面加工质量差，容易出现报废件。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷，本发明公开了一种用于PVC地板加工的切边装置，具有效率高效、操作简便的优点。
本发明公开了一种用于PVC地板加工的切边装置，包括：支撑板、工作台、固定块、切割轴、转盘一、切割盘、电机、转盘二、传送带、切割缝、左限位块、右限位块、安装座、气缸、U型连接件，所述支撑板为两块分别竖直固设在地面左右两侧，所述工作台固接在两块支撑板的顶端，所述工作台下端面右侧固设一个固定块，所述切割轴通过轴承转动连接在固定块上，且切割轴的左右两端分别伸出固定块左右两侧，所述转盘一固设在切割轴的右端，所述切割轴的左端固设一个切割盘，所述电机安装在工作台的下方，所述电机输出轴末端固设一个转盘二，且转盘一与转盘二之间通过传送带连接，所述工作台对应于切割盘处开有切割缝，所述切割盘的上部穿过切割缝，所述左限位块固设在工作台上端面左侧，所述右限位块设置在左限位块的相对一侧，且右限位块与工作台上端面相接触，所述右限位块的右端面固接一个U型连接件，所述安装座固接在右限位块右侧的工作台上，所述气缸水平安装在安装座右端面处，所述气缸活塞杆向左穿过安装座且末端与U型连接件中心连接。
所述切割盘上部伸出切割缝的高度大于PVC地板标准件的厚度。
所述左限位块与切割缝之间的水平距离等于PVC地板标准件的长度。
所述左限位块、右限位块均为L型块，且L型块的上部均朝向工作台中心90度弯折。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本发明公开了一种用于PVC地板加工的切边装置，包括：支撑板1、工作台2、固定块3、切割轴4、转盘一5、切割盘6、电机7、转盘二8、传送带9、切割缝10、左限位块11、右限位块12、安装座13、气缸14、U型连接件15，所述支撑板1为两块分别竖直固设在地面左右两侧，所述工作台2固接在两块支撑板1的顶端，所述工作台2下端面右侧固设一个固定块3，所述切割轴4通过轴承转动连接在固定块3上，且切割轴4的左右两端分别伸出固定块3左右两侧，所述转盘一5固设在切割轴4的右端，所述切割轴4的左端固设一个切割盘6，所述电机7安装在工作台2的下方，所述电机7输出轴末端固设一个转盘二8，且转盘一5与转盘二8之间通过传送带9连接，所述工作台2对应于切割盘6处开有切割缝10，所述切割盘6的上部穿过切割缝10，所述左限位块11固设在工作台2上端面左侧，所述右限位块12设置在左限位块11的相对一侧，且右限位块12与工作台2上端面相接触，所述右限位块12的右端面固接一个U型连接件15，所述安装座13固接在右限位块12右侧的工作台2上，所述气缸14水平安装在安装座13右端面处，所述气缸14活塞杆向左穿过安装座13且末端与U型连接件15中心连接。
所述切割盘6上部伸出切割缝10的高度大于PVC地板标准件的厚度。
所述左限位块11与切割缝10之间的水平距离等于PVC地板标准件的长度。
所述左限位块11、右限位块12均为L型块，且L型块的上部均朝向工作台2中心90度弯折。
本发明是这样实施的：如图2所示，图中虚线部分代表待切边的工件16，将工件16嵌入左限位块11与右限位块12之间，可根据工件16的尺寸调节右限位块12的具体位置，右限位块12与工作台2没有直接的连接关系，可通过气缸14实现左右移动，启动电机7，电机7带动切割盘6转动，然后通过人工手动推动工件16由内向外行走，工件16受左限位块11、右限位块12限制，不会跑偏，即可完成切割，由于左限位块11与切割缝10之间的水平距离刚好与标准件的尺寸一致，因此可将工件16加工成与标准件一致的尺寸。

1.一种用于PVC地板加工的切边装置，包括：支撑板、工作台、固定块、切割轴、转盘一、切割盘、电机、转盘二、传送带、切割缝、左限位块、右限位块、安装座、气缸、U型连接件，所述支撑板为两块分别竖直固设在地面左右两侧，所述工作台固接在两块支撑板的顶端，其特征在于：所述工作台下端面右侧固设一个固定块，所述切割轴通过轴承转动连接在固定块上，且切割轴的左右两端分别伸出固定块左右两侧，所述转盘一固设在切割轴的右端，所述切割轴的左端固设一个切割盘，所述电机安装在工作台的下方，所述电机输出轴末端固设一个转盘二，且转盘一与转盘二之间通过传送带连接，所述工作台对应于切割盘处开有切割缝，所述切割盘的上部穿过切割缝，所述左限位块固设在工作台上端面左侧，所述右限位块设置在左限位块的相对一侧，且右限位块与工作台上端面相接触，所述右限位块的右端面固接一个U型连接件，所述安装座固接在右限位块右侧的工作台上，所述气缸水平安装在安装座右端面处，所述气缸活塞杆向左穿过安装座且末端与U型连接件中心连接。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于PVC地板加工的切边装置，其特征在于：所述切割盘上部伸出切割缝的高度大于PVC地板标准件的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于PVC地板加工的切边装置，其特征在于：所述左限位块与切割缝之间的水平距离等于PVC地板标准件的长度。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于PVC地板加工的切边装置，其特征在于：所述左限位块、右限位块均为L型块，且L型块的上部均朝向工作台中心90度弯折。
