Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a sprayer for an anesthesia department and a using method thereof.
Background
Before the operation is performed on the throat part, the throat part is firstly anaesthetized by an anaesthesia sprayer. The existing sprayer used in an anesthesia department comprises an air inlet pipe, a container and a catheter, wherein the air inlet pipe is communicated with the container, the catheter is communicated with the container through a drug suction pipe, when anesthetic in the container is sprayed out of the catheter through the drug suction pipe, the pressure in the container is difficult to control to be kept in a certain range, the spraying force is too large or insufficient, and therefore the spraying dose is difficult to control. When the pressure in the container is too high, the load on the container is also increased, and the material requirement for the container is too high.

The present invention is directed to a nebulizer for use in an anesthesia department and a method of use to solve the problems set forth above in the background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a sprayer for an anesthesia department comprises a connecting pipe and a liquid medicine bottle, wherein the tail end of the connecting pipe is connected with a first internal threaded pipe, a purifying device is arranged below the first internal threaded pipe, the bottom of the middle section of the connecting pipe is connected with a second internal threaded pipe, the front end of the connecting pipe is provided with a sealing device, the connecting pipe is connected with a mist conveying hose through the sealing device, and the front end of the mist conveying hose is connected with a spray head;
the purifying device comprises a liquid storage bottle, an external threaded pipe matched with a first internal threaded pipe is connected to the mouth of the liquid storage bottle, 1/2-2/3 of purified liquid is stored in the liquid storage bottle, an air inlet pipe is arranged in the liquid storage bottle, the bottom end of the air inlet pipe extends to the position below the liquid level in the liquid storage bottle, the top end of the air inlet pipe passes through the mouth of the liquid storage bottle, the air inlet pipe penetrates through the pipe wall of the connecting pipe and extends to the position above the connecting pipe, an air pump is mounted on the air inlet pipe, and a filtering device is mounted at the pipe orifice at;
the bottom end of the atomizing pipe extends to the inner part of the liquid medicine bottle and is fixedly connected with the bottom of the liquid medicine bottle, threads matched with the second internal threaded pipe are carved on the pipe wall of the top end of the atomizing pipe, a plurality of liquid inlet holes are formed in the pipe wall of the bottom of the atomizing pipe, an ultrasonic atomizing sheet is installed at the inner bottom end of the atomizing pipe, a liquid feeding hole is formed in the side wall of the top of the liquid medicine bottle, and a rubber plug is plugged in the liquid feeding hole;
the sealing device comprises a sleeve, one end of the fog conveying hose is sleeved inside one end of the sleeve, and threads matched with each other are arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve and the outer wall of the front end of the connecting pipe.
Preferably, the filtering device comprises a sponge block, gauze is wrapped outside the sponge block, and the sponge block wrapped with the gauze is plugged into the top pipe orifice of the air inlet pipe.
Preferably, the edge of the liquid feeding hole on the side wall of the liquid medicine bottle is fixedly connected with a funnel.

s1, adding anesthetic liquid medicine into a liquid medicine bottle through a liquid adding hole, then plugging a rubber plug into the liquid adding hole, and then screwing an atomizing pipe into a second internal threaded pipe;
s2, filling purified liquid into the liquid storage bottle, wherein the purified liquid is purified water or alcohol, and then screwing the external threaded pipe at the top of the liquid storage bottle into the first internal threaded pipe;
s3, starting the ultrasonic atomization sheet and the air pump, and atomizing the anesthetic liquid medicine by the ultrasonic atomization sheet;
s4, air is pumped into the liquid storage bottle by the air pump, impurities in the air are filtered out by the air through the purifying liquid, then the air enters the connecting pipe, and atomized anesthetic liquid medicine is brought into the mist conveying hose;
s5, air and atomized anesthetic liquid enter a spray head through a mist conveying hose;
s6, the thin end of the nozzle sprays air and atomized anesthetic liquid.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the sprayer provided by the invention is simple in structure, convenient to use, outstanding in operation stability and effect, and beneficial to improving the working efficiency and the medical quality. The sprayer can stably and continuously spray the anesthetic liquid medicine, and meanwhile, the anesthetic liquid medicine is atomized by the ultrasonic atomization sheet, so that the sprayer has an excellent atomization effect; through air purification device with air purification to the pollutant in the filtering air guarantees to get into the internal gas of human harmless, thereby avoids anesthesia in-process pollutant entering human body, thereby guarantees to provide healthy narcotic for the person of being anaesthetized.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a technical solution: a sprayer for an anesthesia department comprises a connecting pipe 1 and a liquid medicine bottle 2, wherein the tail end of the connecting pipe 1 is connected with a first internal threaded pipe 3, a purifying device 4 is arranged below the first internal threaded pipe 3, the bottom of the middle section of the connecting pipe 1 is connected with a second internal threaded pipe 5, the front end of the connecting pipe 1 is provided with a sealing device 6, the connecting pipe 1 is connected with a mist conveying hose 7 through the sealing device 6, the front end of the mist conveying hose 7 is connected with a spray head 8, the spray head 8 is tubular, one end of the spray head 8 is thick and the other end is thin, the thick end of the spray head 8 is connected with the mist conveying hose 7, when air and atomized anesthetic liquid medicine pass through the spray head 8, the air and the atomized anesthetic liquid medicine enter the thin end from the thick end and are sprayed out, so that the anesthetic;

the bottle mouth of the liquid medicine bottle 2 is hermetically connected with an atomizing pipe 9, the bottom end of the atomizing pipe 9 extends to the bottom of the liquid medicine bottle 2 fixedly connected inside the liquid medicine bottle 2, threads matched with a second internal threaded pipe 5 are carved on the pipe wall of the top end of the atomizing pipe 9, a plurality of liquid inlet holes 10 are formed in the pipe wall of the bottom of the atomizing pipe 9, an ultrasonic atomizing sheet 11 is installed at the bottom inside the atomizing pipe 9, a liquid feeding hole 12 is formed in the side wall of the top of the liquid medicine bottle 2, a rubber plug 13 is plugged in the liquid feeding hole 12, and a funnel 14 is fixedly connected to the edge of the liquid feeding hole 12 in the side wall of the liquid medicine bottle 2;

The use method of the sprayer for the anesthesia department comprises the following steps:
s1, adding anesthetic liquid medicine into a liquid medicine bottle 2 through a liquid adding hole 12, then plugging a rubber plug 13 into the liquid adding hole 12, and then screwing an atomizing pipe 9 into a second internal threaded pipe 5;
s2, filling purified liquid into the liquid storage bottle 41, wherein the purified liquid is purified water or alcohol, and then screwing the external threaded pipe 42 at the top of the liquid storage bottle 41 into the first internal threaded pipe 3;
s3, starting the ultrasonic atomization sheet 11 and the air pump 44, and atomizing the anesthetic liquid medicine by the ultrasonic atomization sheet 11;
s4, air is pumped into the liquid storage bottle 41 by the air pump 44, impurities in the air are filtered out by the air through the purifying liquid, then the air enters the connecting pipe 1, and atomized anesthetic liquid is brought into the mist conveying hose 7;
s5, air and atomized anesthetic liquid enter a spray head 8 through a mist conveying hose 7;
s6, the thin end of the nozzle 8 sprays out the air and the atomized anesthetic liquid.
The sprayer provided by the invention is simple in structure, convenient to use, outstanding in operation stability and effect, and beneficial to improving the working efficiency and the medical quality. The sprayer can stably and continuously spray the anesthetic liquid medicine, and meanwhile, the anesthetic liquid medicine is atomized by the ultrasonic atomization sheet 11, so that the sprayer has an excellent atomization effect; through air purification device 4 with air purification to the pollutant in the filtering air guarantees to get into the internal gas of human harmless, thereby avoids anesthesia in-process pollutant entering human body, thereby guarantees to provide healthy narcotic for the person of being anaesthetized.
