Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of LED driving circuits of automobiles, in particular to an LED driving circuit for multiplexing daytime running lights and position lights, which comprises a daytime running light input power supply, a position light input power supply, an input protection circuit, a voltage division circuit, a PWM dimming circuit, a DCDC driving circuit, an OR gate circuit and an LED load. The invention realizes multiplexing of the daytime running light and the position light through a series of LEDs, has flexible control mode and reduces the cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of LED driving circuits of automobiles, in particular to an LED driving circuit for multiplexing daytime running lights and position lights.
Background
With the continuous development of the LED technology, particularly, since the LED particles can be formed into various unique shapes in different combinations, the application of LEDs in the fields of automotive lamps and lighting technology is becoming wider and wider. However, due to the cost and the modeling requirements, more and more lamp designs require the same string of LEDs to respectively realize the functions of a daytime running light and a position light.
At present, when the LED daytime running light and the position light are shared, the control is mainly carried out through different power inputs, the control mode is single, and meanwhile, when the power supplies of the daytime running light and the position light are simultaneously powered, the LED cannot show the function of the daytime running light.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to an LED driving circuit for multiplexing a daytime running light and a position light, which is particularly used for freely setting two paths of different output current values aiming at the daytime running light LEDs of the current automotive headlamp, so that the same string of LEDs generate different luminous flux outputs, and the multiplexing function of the daytime running light and the position light is realized.

As an optimization scheme of the invention, the PWM dimming circuit is a 555 chip.
As an optimization scheme of the invention, the DCDC driving circuit is an MPQ2483 chip.
As an optimization scheme of the invention, the OR gate is a double diode, and the double diode comprises two diodes connected in parallel.
The invention has the positive effects that: the invention realizes multiplexing of the daytime running light and the position light through a series of LEDs, has flexible control mode and reduces the cost.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention discloses a daytime running light and position light multiplexing LED driving circuit, which comprises a daytime running light input power supply 1, a position light input power supply 2, an input protection circuit 3, a voltage division circuit 4, a PWM dimming circuit 5, a DCDC driving circuit 6, an or circuit 7 and an LED load 8, wherein the daytime running light input power supply 1 and the position light input power supply 2 are respectively connected with the DCDC driving circuit 6 through the input protection circuit 3, the output end of the DCDC driving circuit 6 is connected with the input end of the LED load 8, the input protection circuit 3 is connected with one input end of the or circuit 7 through the voltage division circuit 4, the position light input power supply 2 is connected with the other input end of the or circuit 7 through the PWM dimming circuit 5, and the output end of the or circuit 7 is connected with the control pin of the DCDC driving circuit 6. The current required by the LED load 8 as a position lamp is smaller than the current required by the LED load as a daytime running lamp, and the voltage dividing circuit 4 is a resistor RD1.
PWM dimming circuit 5 is 555 chip
The DCDC driving circuit 6 is an MPQ2483 chip. The 7 th pin of the MPQ2483 chip is a dimming control pin, and when the input voltage of the pin is greater than 1.4V, the DCDC driving circuit 6 outputs current according to the current value set by the sampling resistor; when the pin inputs a PWM signal, if the duty ratio of PWM is 10%, the DCDC driving circuit 6 outputs a current of 10% of the set current.
The or circuit 7 is a double diode comprising two diodes connected in parallel.
When the daytime running light input power supply 1 is triggered in operation, the daytime running light input power supply 1 supplies power to the DCDC driving circuit 6 after passing through the input protection circuit 3, meanwhile, the daytime running light input power supply 1 generates voltage higher than 1.4V on the 7 th pin of the DCDC driving circuit 6 through the voltage dividing circuit 4, the DCDC driving circuit 6 works and outputs set constant current to the LED load 8, and at the moment, the LED load 8 shows a daytime running light function.
When the position lamp input power supply 2 is triggered, the input protection circuit 3 supplies power to the DCDC driving circuit 6, meanwhile, the PWM dimming circuit 5 works to generate a square wave signal with a duty ratio of 10%, the DCDC driving circuit 6 outputs constant current to the LED load 8 according to 10% of the set current, and at the moment, the LED load 8 shows a position lamp function.
When the daytime running light input power supply 1 and the position light input power supply 2 are input simultaneously, the high level generated on the voltage dividing circuit 4 and the square wave level of the high-low signal generated by the PWM dimming circuit 5 pass through the OR gate circuit 7 and then output the high level, so that the DCDC driving circuit 6 outputs constant current according to the set current value, and the LED load 8 shows a daytime running light function.
