Claims (14)

1. A VoLTE service quality assessment method is used for a VoLTE service quality assessment system, and comprises the following steps:
the system collects service quality data according to a preset time granularity, wherein the service quality data comprises call ticket information, network management statistical information and simulation dial testing information;
the system acquires all preset dimension parameters according to the service quality data, wherein the all preset dimension parameters comprise user layer parameters, service layer parameters, equipment fault parameters in a network layer and simulation dial testing parameters in the network layer, and the user layer parameters are abnormal call rate of users;
the system distributes weights to the preset dimension parameters to obtain quality evaluation values of the preset dimension parameters;
and the system acquires a VoLTE service quality evaluation result according to the relation between the quality evaluation value of each preset dimension parameter and a preset threshold value.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the ticket information is used to obtain user behavior information, and the ticket information includes network area information, call cell information, and user information of a call terminal;
the network management statistical information is used for acquiring VoLTE service information and equipment fault information, and the network management statistical information comprises network area information and call cell information;
the simulation dial testing information is used for acquiring simulation dial testing information, and the simulation dial testing information comprises network area information, call cell information and user information of a call terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the user layer is configured to analyze user behavior information and actively obtain user layer parameters corresponding to the user behavior information;
the service layer is used for analyzing the VoLTE service information and acquiring service layer parameters corresponding to the VoLTE service;
the network layer is used for analyzing the equipment fault information and acquiring equipment fault parameters corresponding to the equipment fault information;
and the simulation dial testing device is used for analyzing the simulation dial testing information and acquiring simulation dial testing parameters corresponding to the simulation dial testing information.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the system obtains each preset dimension parameter according to the service quality data, and specifically includes:
the system acquires user layer parameters according to the ticket information in the service quality data;
the system acquires service layer parameters according to network management statistical information in the service quality data;
the system acquires equipment fault parameters in a network layer according to network management statistical information in the service quality data;
the system acquires simulation dial testing parameters in a network layer according to the simulation dial testing information in the service quality data.

The method according to claim 4, wherein the service layer parameter is specifically a key quality indicator, KQI, of the service layer; wherein the VoLTE service information comprises: registering, continuing, keeping/switching and canceling the VoLTE service; the KQI comprises: call completing rate, call drop rate, call setup delay, MOS ratio of more than 3.0, IMS registration success rate, eSRCC switching delay-user plane and packet loss rate;
the equipment fault parameter is equipment fault alarm information which is obtained by the same area according to a preset time granularity; wherein, equipment trouble alarm information includes: equipment fault alarm amount and fault alarm amount are amplified;
the simulation dial testing parameter is a VoLTE service key dial testing index; the key dialing and testing indexes of the VoLTE service specifically comprise: and 5 indexes of attachment time delay, attachment success rate, registration success rate, call response time delay and call success rate.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the system assigns weights to the preset dimension parameters, and the obtaining the quality assessment value of each preset dimension parameter specifically includes:
the system distributes weights to user layer parameters, service layer parameters, equipment fault parameters in a network layer and simulation dial-up test parameters in the network layer to obtain a user layer quality evaluation value, a service layer quality evaluation value, an equipment fault quality evaluation value in the network layer and a simulation dial-up test quality evaluation value in the network layer.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the system obtains a VoLTE service quality evaluation result according to a relationship between the quality evaluation value of each preset dimension parameter and a preset threshold, and specifically includes:
the system compares the user layer quality evaluation value, the service layer quality evaluation value, the equipment fault quality evaluation value in the network layer and the simulation dial-up quality evaluation value in the network layer with a preset threshold value to obtain a VoLTE service quality evaluation result.
