Having described the expression providing method, apparatus, and medium according to exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a computing device for expression provision according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 8.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, aspects of the present invention may be embodied as a system, method or program product. Thus, various aspects of the invention may be embodied in the form of: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, microcode, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects that may all generally be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
In some possible embodiments, a computing device for expression provision according to the present invention may include at least a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps in the expression providing method according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the "exemplary method" section above in this specification when executing the program. For example, when the processor executes the program, step 201 shown in fig. 2 is implemented, in response to an operation that a user inputs a specified word in an input box, the specified word is extracted, step 202, a custom expression corresponding to the specified word is searched from a pre-stored correspondence between the word and the custom expression, and step 203, the custom expression corresponding to the specified word is added to a candidate word list for the specified word and displayed.
A computing device 80 according to this embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 8. The computing device 80 shown in FIG. 8 is only one example and should not be taken to limit the scope of use and functionality of embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, computing device 80 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of computing device 80 may include, but are not limited to: the processor 801, the memory 802, and a bus 803 connecting the various system components (including the processor 801 and the memory 802).
The bus 803 includes an address bus, a control bus, and a data bus.
The memory 802 may include volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)8021 and/or cache memory 8022, and may further include Read Only Memory (ROM) 8023.
Memory 802 may also include a program/utility 8025 having a set (at least one) of program modules 8024, such program modules 8024 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Computing device 80 may also communicate with one or more external devices 804 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, etc.), which may be through input/output (I/O) interfaces 805. Moreover, computing device 80 may also communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the internet) via network adapter 806. As shown in fig. 8, a network adapter 806 communicates with the other modules of the computing device 80 via the bus 803. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computing device 80, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
It should be noted that although several modules of the expression providing apparatus are mentioned in the above detailed description, such division is merely exemplary and not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more of the modules described above may be embodied in one module according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one module described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules.
Moreover, while the operations of the method of the invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
While the spirit and principles of the invention have been described with reference to several particular embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, nor is the division of aspects, which is for convenience only as the features in such aspects may not be combined to benefit. The invention is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. An expression providing method comprising:
in response to the operation that a user inputs a specified word in an input box, extracting the specified word;
searching a user-defined expression corresponding to the specified word from a pre-stored corresponding relation between the word and the user-defined expression, wherein the corresponding relation between the word and the user-defined expression is stored in a chat tool client or a chat tool server; the user-defined expression is a user-defined expression selected and added by the user, and the user-defined expression selected and added by the user is a user-defined expression sent by other users in the history dialog box;
adding the custom expression corresponding to the specified word into a candidate word list aiming at the specified word for displaying;
wherein, the corresponding relation between the words and the user-defined expressions is determined by adopting the following method:
if the specified field of the attribute information of the user-defined expression selected by the user to be added is empty and the word in the user-defined expression selected by the user to be added is not identified, displaying a word input interface;
and responding to the operation that the user submits the words through the word input interface, and storing the corresponding relation between the submitted words and the user-defined expressions selected and added by the user.
2. The method of claim 1, prior to the displaying a word input interface, the method further comprising;
if the designated field of the attribute information of the user-defined expression selected by the user to be added is empty, performing word recognition on the user-defined expression selected by the user to be added, and storing the corresponding relation between the recognized words and the user-defined expression selected by the user to be added;
and if the designated field of the attribute information of the user-defined expression selected and added by the user is not empty, storing the corresponding relation between the words in the designated field and the user-defined expression selected and added by the user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein performing word recognition on the custom expression selected for addition by the user comprises:
and recognizing words in the user-defined expressions selected and added by the user by using a character recognition interface.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and writing the recognized words or the words submitted by the user through the word input interface into the specified fields of the attribute information of the custom expression selected and added by the user.
5. An expression providing apparatus comprising:
the extraction module is used for responding to the operation that a user inputs a specified word in the input box and extracting the specified word;
the searching module is used for searching the user-defined expression corresponding to the appointed word from the corresponding relation between the pre-stored word and the user-defined expression, and the corresponding relation between the word and the user-defined expression is stored in the chat tool client or the chat tool server; the user-defined expression is a user-defined expression selected and added by the user, and the user-defined expression selected and added by the user is a user-defined expression sent by other users in the history dialog box;
the display module is used for adding the custom expression corresponding to the specified word into a candidate word list aiming at the specified word for display;
wherein, the corresponding relation between the words and the user-defined expressions is determined by adopting the following method:
if the specified field of the attribute information of the user-defined expression selected by the user to be added is empty and the word in the user-defined expression selected by the user to be added is not identified, displaying a word input interface;
and responding to the operation that the user submits the words through the word input interface, and storing the corresponding relation between the submitted words and the user-defined expressions selected and added by the user.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the storage module is used for carrying out word recognition on the custom expression selected and added by the user and storing the corresponding relation between the recognized word and the custom expression selected and added by the user if the designated field of the attribute information of the custom expression selected and added by the user is empty before the word input interface is displayed;
and if the designated field of the attribute information of the user-defined expression selected and added by the user is not empty, storing the corresponding relation between the words in the designated field and the user-defined expression selected and added by the user.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the word recognition of the custom expression the user selects to add comprises:
and recognizing words in the user-defined expressions selected and added by the user by using a character recognition interface.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
and the adding module is used for writing the recognized words or the words submitted by the user through the word input interface into the specified field of the attribute information of the custom expression selected and added by the user.
9. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored which is executed by a processor for carrying out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computing device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of any of claims 1-4 when executing the program.
