Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a paperless conference management method in an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a paperless conference management system in an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
As the background art shows, the self-service equipment has more types and relatively complex functions, and for common customers, special workers are required to guide the operation and use of the self-service equipment in detail when the self-service equipment autonomously handles business, so that the problems of resource waste and low efficiency exist.
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, in the technical scheme adopted by the embodiment of the invention, the network environment configuration information input by the user is received and stored, when the network environment configuration request of the user is received, the network environment configuration information stored by the user is acquired, and the acquired network environment configuration information is adopted to configure the network environment of the computer, so that the convenience of computer network environment configuration can be improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a paperless conference management method in an embodiment of the present invention. The paperless conference management method shown in fig. 1 may specifically include the following operations:
step S101: and acquiring identity information input by the user and verifying the identity of the user.
In specific implementation, when paperless conference management is required, a user can connect to a terminal of a private network of a conference room through a browser of a computer terminal and a browser of a mobile terminal, so as to log in a browser of a paperless conference system in the embodiment of the invention. When receiving the identity information input by the user, such as an account number, a password, and the like, the paperless conference system may verify the received identity information of the user to determine whether there is matching identity information, and when determining that there is matching identity information, pass the identity verification of the user, and log the user in the paperless conference system.
Step S102: and when the identity of the user passes the authentication, outputting and displaying a corresponding conference management operation interface to the user.
In specific implementation, when the user logs in successfully, the paperless conference system may output and display a corresponding conference management operation interface to the user, so as to receive a conference management operation of the user through the conference management operation interface.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the conference management operation interface includes a conference room overlooking operation area for displaying information of terminals participating in a conference. By presenting the overlooking operation area of the conference room to the user, the user can acquire the information of all terminals participating in the conference, for example, the user can visually see a computer which needs to be powered off or on, so that the user can conveniently perform corresponding conference management operation. In an implementation of the present invention, the conference management operation interface further includes a corresponding monitoring area to monitor a state of a terminal participating in a conference, for example, refer to a power-on state or a power-off state of the terminal of the conference.
Step S103: and acquiring an operation request initiated by a user on the conference management operation interface, and executing corresponding conference operation.
In specific implementation, when a user needs to perform a conference management operation, the user may send a corresponding operation request to the paperless conference system through a conference management operation interface. When receiving an operation request of a user, the paperless conference management system responds to the operation request of the user and executes corresponding operation so as to realize automatic management of the paperless conference.
For example, a "one-button conference opening" button and a "one-button conference meeting" button may be provided on the conference management operation interface. When a user clicks a 'one-click conference opening' button, the paperless conference management system can execute preparation operation for starting a corresponding conference, such as opening all terminals participating in the conference and lifting the screen of the terminal; when the user clicks the "one-button conference end" button, the paperless conference management system performs the corresponding conference ending operation, such as closing all terminals participating in the conference and lowering the screen of the terminal.
In specific implementation, in order to further improve convenience of paperless conference management, the paperless conference management method in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step S104: and when the corresponding operation is executed and an error occurs, generating and storing a corresponding abnormal log record.
In a specific implementation, when a user performs paperless conference management, an error or an abnormal condition occurs, for example, a terminal referring to a conference cannot be opened or closed, or a screen of the terminal cannot be raised or lowered, the paperless conference management system in the embodiment of the present invention may generate a corresponding abnormal log file for storage, for example, the abnormal log file is stored in a storage address pre-configured in a preset configuration file, so as to record the abnormal or error condition and reason, so that the user may know corresponding information, and further take corresponding measures.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the paperless conference management system may further record a paperless conference management operation performed by a user, and generate a corresponding operation log file, so as to facilitate subsequent other management operations.
The paperless conference management method in the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail above, and apparatuses corresponding to the method are described below.

In a specific implementation, the conference management operation interface comprises a conference room overlooking operation area used for displaying information of terminals participating in a conference. In an implementation of the present invention, the conference management operation interface further includes a monitoring area, which is used for monitoring terminals participating in a conference.
The operation unit 203 is adapted to obtain an operation request initiated by a user on the conference management operation interface, and perform a corresponding conference operation. Wherein the respective operation performed by the operation unit 203 comprises at least one of: opening the terminals participating in the conference; closing the terminals participating in the conference; raising a display screen of a terminal participating in the conference; a display screen of a terminal participating in a conference;
in a specific implementation, the paperless conference management system 20 may further include a logging unit 204, where:
the log recording unit 204 is adapted to generate and store a corresponding abnormal log record when the corresponding operation is executed and an error occurs.
By adopting the scheme in the embodiment of the invention, when the service guide request input by the user is received, the information of the self-service currently handled by the user on the self-service terminal is acquired, and the handling process of the self-service is displayed for the user, so that the self-service guidance of the user service can be realized without the on-site operation guidance of special staff, the human resource can be saved, and the efficiency of self-service handling is improved.
