Abstract

一种与空调室内机配套的空气净化装置,其特点是在壳体左上部有室外进风口,壳体内左上部有高压静电吸附滤网,高压静电吸附滤网右面装有臭氧催化模块;壳体内左下部有空气质量传感器,空气质量传感器右侧有电控板;壳体内的右部有银锌离子模块,银锌离子模块上部有风扇,壳体内上部有横向的银锌离子通道,银锌离子通道的下侧壁上开有散发孔,银锌离子模块左侧有负离子发生器;壳体内的中央有恒温交换器,恒温交换器的下侧有精细滤网;壳体上壁上有翻动式百叶窗,壳体的下壁上留有空调接口。它解决了传统空调机只有单一的温度调节功能的问题,特别适应家庭等室内场所空调配装使用。

一种与空调室内机配套的新风空气净化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及室内空气温度调整和循环净化设施领域,具体的说是一种与空调机配合使用,可引入室外新风并具有除尘、杀菌净化功能的处理装置。
背景技术
随着经济社会的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,空调已经成为家庭生活的必需品,但传统的空调机只有单一温度调节功能。
发明内容
本发明为解决传统空调机只有单一的温度调节功能的问题,设计一种与空调室内机配套使用的新风、空气净化装置。
本发明的技术方案是,一种与空调室内机配套的新风空气净化装置,其特殊之处是,在箱状壳体左上部留有室外新风进风口,壳体内的左上部装有高压静电吸附滤网,高压静电吸附滤网的右面装有臭氧催化模块;壳体内的左下部装有空气质量传感器,空气质量传感器的右侧装有电控板;壳体内的右部装有银锌离子模块,银锌离子模块的上部装有风扇,壳体内的上部装有横向的银锌离子通道,银锌离子通道的右端与银锌离子模块相通,银锌离子通道的下侧壁上开有多个散发孔,银锌离子模块的左侧装有负离子发生器;壳体内的中央装有恒温交换器,恒温交换器的下侧装有平向的精细滤网;壳体的上壁上装有翻动式百叶窗,壳体的下壁上留有空调接口。
工作时,先将本发明的空调接口与空调室内机的进气口接通,并由接入外电源的电控板控制启动装置,室外新风通过进风口进到壳体内,经高压静电吸附滤网时,空气中的细微颗粒物被拦截吸附,高压静电吸附滤网产生臭氧将空气中的细菌杀灭;
室外新风经过臭氧催化模块时,其中多余的臭氧被转化为氧气,室外空气进入恒温交换器,恒温交换器将进入的室外空气和室内空气温差减小,然后经过精细滤网(开启内循环时,进入的室内空气中漂浮颗粒物,会被精细滤网拦截)、空调接口进入空调室内机吹向房间。
在上述空气循环的同时,负离子发生器会产生高浓度负氧离子,充斥到空气中进行净化;银锌离子模块通过空气质量传感器定时反馈信号,驱动风扇吹送银锌离子模块挥发的银锌离子,通过银锌离子通道、散发孔与进入的室外空气混合,流向空调室内机被吹到房间进行杀菌和去除异味。
在室外空气质量较差或气流压力过大的情况下,百叶窗会自动开启,调整为内循环,此时,则依靠精细滤网除去空气中的细微颗粒物。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种与空调室内机配套安装使用,既能调节室内温度,又能除尘、杀菌、除味的空气净化装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例,对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示,在箱状壳体6左上部留有室外新风进风口7,壳体6内的左上部装有高压静电吸附滤网8,高压静电吸附滤网8的右面装有臭氧催化模块9;壳体6内的左下部装有空气质量传感器5,空气质量传感器5的右侧装有电控板4;壳体6内的右部装有银锌离子模块1,银锌离子模块1的上部装有风扇15,壳体6内的上部装有横向的银锌离子通道13,银锌离子通道13的右端与银锌离子模块1相通,银锌离子通道13的下侧壁上开有多个散发孔10,银锌离子模块1的左侧装有负离子发生器14;壳体6内的中央装有恒温交换器11,恒温交换器11的下侧装有平向的精细滤网3;壳体6的上壁上装有翻动式百叶窗12,壳体6的下壁上留有空调接口2。
工作时,先将本发明的空调接口2与空调室内机的进气口接通并由电控板4控制启动装置,室外空气通过进风口7到壳体6内,经高压静电吸附滤网8时,空气中的细微颗粒物被拦截吸附,高压静电吸附滤网8产生臭氧将空气中的细菌杀灭;
室外空气经过臭氧催化模块9时,其中多余的臭氧被转化为氧气,室外空气进入恒温交换器11,恒温交换器11将进入的室外空气和室内空气温差减小,然后经过精细滤网3(开启内循环时,进入的室内空气中漂浮颗粒物,会被精细滤网3拦截)、空调接口2进入空调室内机吹向房间。
在上述空气循环的同时,负离子发生器14会产生高浓度负氧离子,充斥到空气中进行净化;银锌离子模块1通过电控板4、空气质量传感器5定时反馈信号,驱动风扇15吹送银锌离子模块1挥发的银锌离子,通过银锌离子通道13、散发孔10与进入的室外空气混合,流向空调室内机被吹到房间进行杀菌和去除异味。
在室外空气质量较差或气流压力过大的情况下,百叶窗12会自动开启,调整为内循环,此时,则依靠精细滤网4除去空气中的细微颗粒物。

1.一种与空调室内机配套的新风空气净化装置,其特征是:在箱状壳体左上部留有室外新风进风口,壳体内的左上部装有高压静电吸附滤网,高压静电吸附滤网的右面装有臭氧催化模块;壳体内的左下部装有空气质量传感器,空气质量传感器的右侧装有电控板;壳体内的右部装有银锌离子模块,银锌离子模块的上部装有风扇,壳体内的上部装有横向的银锌离子通道,银锌离子通道的右端与银锌离子模块相通,银锌离子通道的下侧壁上开有多个散发孔,银锌离子模块的左侧装有负离子发生器;壳体内的中央装有恒温交换器,恒温交换器的下侧装有平向的精细滤网;壳体的上壁上装有翻动式百叶窗,壳体的下壁上留有空调接口。
